It is characterized when a fragment of the tibial tuberosity detaches from the tibia, where the patellar ligament is inserted, due to the force exerted by the tendon as a result of a sudden or traumatic movement. Aseptic Necrosis of the Femoral Head (NACF) also affects young dogs, between 3 and 13 months old, mainly small breeds, such as Toys and Terriers, being defined as a debilitating condition characterized by aseptic, non-inflammatory, avascular and idiopathic condition of the femoral head, due to ischemia that can be triggered by several factors, including traumatic and hereditary. The present work aims to describe the post-surgical physiotherapeutic treatment of a dog, of the Jack Russell Terrier breed, with pain and lameness in the right pelvic limb due to FATT, which aggravated the predisposing NACF, which underwent osteosynthesis surgery and colocephalectomy later. The fracture correction was carried out on January 29, 2024 and physiotherapy began on March 5, 2024, due to complaints about the lack of weight bearing on the affected limb. At the beginning of the physiotherapeutic protocol, persistence of pain and lameness was noted, with NACF being diagnosed on March 22, 2024 and colocephalectomy performed on April 1, 2024, with a subsequent return to rehabilitation on April 9, 2024. The case was followed from the first session after colocephalectomy surgery, during the Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO), at the Marlene Reis Rehabilitation Center, in Recife-PE.Item Relatório de Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório realizado no Espaço Pet Clínica Veterinária (EPCV), João Pessoa - PB.
