The present work aims to describe the experiences of the student Flavia Juliano during the period of Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO) held at the Parque Estadual de Dois Irmãos in Recife, Pernambuco, from February 14 to May 26, 2021, with total workloadof 420h. The internship was developed with clinic and husbandry of wild animals, under the supervision by D.V.M. Dr. Márcio André da Silva and guidance by Prof. Dr. Jean Carlos Ramos da Silva. The first part of this report describes the activities carried out in the internship during the aforementioned period, while the second part addresses the case report of clinical and laboratory analyzes of crested eagle (Morphnus guinanensis), a theme chosen based on its scientific importance for the species and connection with that internship.
