The most important point for a company should always be the customer and getting new customers is not always an easy strategy. Digital marketing techniques study how to attract new customers to businesses using digital platforms. By virtue of the popularization of these means, the strategies had to be shaped to the new possibilities. With just one click you can reach thousands of individuals, which means many new leads for the company. However, filtering out which of these individuals are really interested in the product or service offered by the company demands a lot of effort from the sales team. This overhead is detrimental in the sense that the company can lose revenue by not targeting the real opportunities. With the aim to minimize this problem, the present work offers a proposal whose objective is the automatic identification of the client achieved through digital marketing strategies. It is proposed the usage of Machine Learning techniques, in particular supervised classification algorithms, namely Decision Tree and Naive Bayes. It was used the Scikit-learn library available for the Python programming language. In addition, it was necessary to apply the SMOTE oversampling algorithm, due to the unbalance of the dataset. In addition, in order to optimize the classification, we used the techniques of attribute selection and model selection with hyperparameters adjustment. Finally, to evaluate the results, we used the confusion matrix, the precision and coverage metrics, and the accuracy and coverage curve. Due to the imbalance of the data, the precision metric did not report good indexes results, with averages of 5.5% of correctness. In addition, the coverage was around 83%. Even with such divergent results among the applied metrics, the present work reached its goal, identifying most of the real opportunities and reporting that using this approach, it would be possible to obtain a reduction of up to 85% in the effort applied by the sales team if they had to call for all the leads. As a consequence, the company may have a cost reduction with the resources applied to obtain new customers, allowing the sales team to find new customers with greater efficiency.

In this article, we will discuss the role of the indigenous villagers as an auxiliary military force in the expansion and safeguarding of the territory conquered by the Dutch West India Company from Portuguese America in the 17th century. The underlying questions that led to this research are based on the concepts, theoretical discussions and methods characteristic of a Historical Domain that emerged in National Historiography in the last decades of the 20th century: the “New Indigenous History”. The work of this field has left an important reassessment of the impact of the actions of Amerindian individuals and groups on historical processes and events, in the light of reinterpretations of certain concepts, as well as from the criticism of previous historiographies. To carry out this proposal, we will essentially analyze Dutch administrative sources in order to identify the extent - quantitative and qualitative - of the military employment of indigenous villagers, their relationship with war activity during the period in question and the centrality of the colonial “aldeamento” system to the practices of Dutch and indigenous people in the face of war.

Havin in sight the alarming number of young students from Recife nowadays with psychic problems, like depression, anxiety, Burnout syndrome etc. The present work aims to analyze if it’s possible to estabilish a direct relationship between the socialization made by the education with the increanse in the rate of psychic disorders of this population. Does the current educational model exert neuronal violence in young people? If so, in what ways this violence is exercised? And what are the consequences of this violence? To verify the truth of the thesis and answer these questions, a field research was made using questionnaires and interviews with students and former students with the purpose of collecting data to be analyzed and support a theoretical discussion capable of verifying this thesis. It is concluded that it’s possible to estabilish a relationship between education and the population’s psychic illness insofar as it internalizes values and routines that throws the individual in a life full of neuronal violences that contribute to the formation of psychic problems.

The structural modification of natural compounds is of significant importance for medicinal chemistry, from 1981 to 2014 1328 medicines were approved for commercialization, of which 51.5% are of natural origin and 26.8% are derived from phytochemicals. An example is the natural amide piperine, which is the target of several biological investigations, and which has demonstrated the potential to act as a precursor to new compounds with application in the modulation of biological phenomena with the 1,2,4 oxadiazole nucleus, which are a class of heterocyclic that exhibit a range of biological activities and that can be used for the synthesis of potential microbial agents. This work aims to report the extraction of piperine by microwave. Reflux hydrolysis of piperine to obtain piperinic acid in moderate yields. Obtaining the ethyl piperininate esters and 3,4 methylenedioxy ethyl cinnamate with excellent yields. The synthesis of amidoximes using the conventional methodology of stirring with hydroxylamine hydrochloride, sodium carbonate and the corresponding nitriles with the substituents (p-nitro, p-toluyl, m-toluyl, benzo, piperonyl, 4-pyridine) in yields of 37% -98%. Using the methodology of synthesis of oxadiazole by microwave using ethyl cyano acetate esters with piperonylamidoxime, ethyl ester 3,4-methylenedioxy cinnamate with 4-pyridine and p-toluyl amidoxime in the presence of K2CO3 and DMF. All oxadiazol precursors were elucidated by IV and the 1,2,4-oxadiazoles synthesized characterized by 1H and 13C NMR. Some compounds were tested bactericidal activities, where the 1,2,4-oxadiazoles presented excellent results against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae and one of the compounds presented luminescent activity a little reported in the 1,2,4 oxadiazoles.
