Educational games are used as motivators and facilitators of the teaching and learning of scientific concepts. We emphasize that the purpose of this feature is not restricted to the memorization of the subject by the student, but search lead him to thinking, reflection and hence (re) construction of knowledge. The RPG adventure is experienced in live action form, titled "Overcoming the Phlogiston Theory: the caloric disguised" and is based on two philosophies that guide the construction of eighteenth-century science, empiricism and rationalism, and that epistemological century, with a priori reasoning (deduction) or rational and posteriori (induction) or experimental, and the twentieth century, in a Kuhnian view of science, conceiving that moment as a milestone in the history of chemistry of the eighteenth century and, therefore, there was a chemical revolution with its large representative Antonie Laivoisier, discoverer of oxygen, according to this epistemological perspective, the fact that still today is debated who was its discoverer, if Scheele, Priestley and Lavoisier, due to the crisis caused the current paradigm, the phlogiston theory. For the application of the game was chosen a class of sixth period of Degree in Chemistry, Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, which were divided into two groups, a defender of the phlogiston and other caloric, used the game and answered questionnaires probing. The results showed that the game contributed to a better understanding by the students of the historical significant that permeated the discovery of oxygen for chemical science, exploring students' conceptions in this context, and some students have achieved the learning objectives expected. The database used is real and was obtained from a company that works with Scrum-based development process and Planning Poker es- timation. During the studies, data pre-processing, classification and selection of best attributes were used along with the term frequency–inverse document frequency algo- rithm (tf-idf) and principal component analysis (PCA). Machine learning and automatic sorting occurred with the use of Support Vector Machines (SVM) based on available data history. The final tests were performed with and without attribute selection by PCA. It is demonstrated that the assertiveness is greater when the best attributes are selected. The final tool can estimate the size of user stories with a generalization of up to 91 %. The results were considered likely to be used in the production environment without any problems to the development team.Item Como uma professora do 3º ano do ensino fundamental organiza suas atividades para o processo ensino aprendizagem da leitura?(2017) Freitas, Caroline Vieira de; Cabral, Ana Catarina dos Santos Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7731108870085614The present work had as objective to analyze the practice of a teacher of the 3rd year of elementary school, in order to identify the contributions to the teaching and learning process of reading. More specifically identify and analyze what the teacher did for the teaching of reading; analyze what the teacher thinks about the teaching process of reading; map and analyze the didactic resources used by the teacher to teach reading. For this, we carried out a case study, with semi-structured interviews and observations. We verified that the teacher performs a systematic work in relation to the teaching of reading, prioritizing texts of the narration order, such as: story, story, fable. Every day, after the recess, he performs the activity of reading enjoyment with the students, and at these moments helps them to reflect on different reading strategies . In addition, weekly, students are taken to the library with the help of the teacher to read a book. We can conclude that although there are students who are not yet literate, there is a concern of the teacher in forming readers of texts. In the theoretical reference the following topics were addressed: What is reading? And the process of teaching reading learning. The theoretical approach was based on Bamberger (1987), Brandrão (2006), Cardoso and Pelozo (2007), Carleti (2007), Colomer and Camps (2002), Kleiman (1995), Oliveira and Queiroz (2010).Item Relatório final estágio curricular obrigatório(2017) Silva, Bárbara Nogueira da; Silva, Suely Alves da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3497194749381919; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6961431912284211Item Implantação de quintais produtivos em busca da valorização e soberania alimentar da comunidade da Nova Tatuoca(2017) Ferreira, Joanne Kaline de Oliveira; Silva, Lourinalda Luiza Dantas da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7013867423178814; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8545969062098278Item Para além do texto escrito: a presença audiovisual no livro didático de história(2017) Freitas, Renan Moura de; Silva, Lucas Victor; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0058476610695399; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3802404445141358The textbook is one of the most important instruments used in the basic education in Brazil. The study of the PNLD collections are essential to understand the pedagogical paths taken by the school culture and the teaching-learning relationships. The goal of the present research was to analyze the use of film productions by the didactic book, bringing reflections referring to the teaching of history. For this, we consider the two collections most distributed nationally by the PNLD in the year of 2015, referring to the High school stage. In addition, a thematic clipping was necessary within the collections, being chosen as object of study the history of Colonial Portuguese America. The analysis produced reflections on representations of history teachings today and contributed on rethinking the limits and possibilities of the filmic use of textbooks.Item Avaliação de desempenho ambiental de lavanderias de beneficiamento têxtil em Caruaru – PE(2017) Fonseca, Agnes Camila Nascimento da; Holanda, Romildo Morant de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4283130448063981; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7674860445423851Item Relatório final do estágio curricular III: ensino agrícola(2017) Gomes, Caio Felipe Cavalcanti de Andrade; Silva, Suely Alves da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3497194749381919; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1376931159803426Item Avaliação de desempenho ambiental de lavanderias de beneficiamento têxtil em Caruaru(2017) Fonseca, Agnes Camila Nascimento da; Holanda, Romildo Morant de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4283130448063981; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7674860445423851Item Proposta de um meta-modelo para avaliação de robutez de redes de computadores com base na combinação de métricas topológicas(2017) Barros, Gustavo Henrique Pinto Soares de; Araújo, Danilo Ricardo Barbosa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2708354422178489; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1155438495823549A growing demand for resilience and robustness in the field of computer networks rises from the great diversity of its aplications. The modern sistems display an increasing critical nature, and the occurrence of perturbations may cause significant losses either human, monetary or environmental. Optical fiber acts on the current systems as the main mean of transportation. Among its variety of applications, which are heavily dependant on its infrastructure, some of them are the internet, cable television and high transmission rates systems. The non-homogeneous and complex topology nature of these networks determine their increasing avaluation cost. For these reasons, optical networks are the study object of this research. Quantifying the robustness of networks is usually accomplished by nodes and links failure simulations, on which the monetary and temporal cost scales proportionally to the network size. This research analyzes the possibility of obtaining values of robustness metrics in complex networks which would originally be obtained from simulations through an alternative regression method. This method has as inputs the values of simple metrics which are obtained through applications other than simulations and uses artificial neural networks to forecast simulation results in a smaller period. The results are obtained through a comparison between the proposed model output and the node and link failure simulation output. They indicate that the proposed model presents a satisfactory error margin, between 10−³ and 10−9, thus the simulation values were reached successfully through regression on a smaller time period.Item Consumo hídrico da cana-de-açúcar sob estresse salino e lâminas de lixiviação no litoral de Pernambuco(2017) Silva Filho, Antônio Diomescio da; Silva, Ênio Farias de França e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1144266495720148; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5590201858478918Item Projeto integrado de redes ópticas de longa distância e Metropolitanas usando algoritmos de inteligência computacional: estudo de caso para o estado de Pernambuco(2017) Nascimento, Jorge Candeias do; Araújo, Danilo Ricardo Barbosa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2708354422178489; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8065833426856653Nowadays, several network technologies with different prices and adaptations are appearing in the market. A network topology project involves several metrics; the metrics are used to evaluate a project. In the evaluation we use metrics such as robustness metrics (which help in the network’s ability to recover from a failure), blocking probability and energy consumption. The best way to optimize infrastructure in a network design would be to use the latest technologies, only the most efficient ones, even if such technologies are more expensive. However, of the metrics to be considered in this type of project, one of them is the cost (capital employed). Therefore, it is not always feasible to use the most expensive ones on the market. Many technical issues can help control the metrics of these projects, among which is the network topology (link interconnection). Multiobjective evolutionary algorithms (algorithms inspired by the evolution of the species) have been studied in the state of the art for the conception of network topologies. At the same time, clustering algorithms (algorithms specialized in separating samples into groups) have been used in other types of network studies. This study aimed to make use of computational intelligence algorithms in the construction of a network topology project, using the state of Pernambuco as a case study. In a first stage of the study, a clustering algorithm was used in the division of the state into groups. The intention of this part of the work was to measure the coverage of the network in relation to the entire size of the state, and thus ensure the completeness of the network. In addition, the clustering stage also aimed to propose a cost control model through the merging of different technologies for the network (Passive or active) depending on the function of the network segment. In a second step, an evolutionary multiobjective algorithm was used to compose several network topologies that served the clusters created in the previous step. This algorithm has evolved the various network topologies in order to improve four metrics, Blocking Probability, Cost, Energy Consumption and Algebraic Connectivity. The multiobjective algorithm was designed as a memetic algorithm, and, after a set of executions, the algorithm performances were compared with and without the alteration. The results of the tests, in the first stage, showed that the clustering techniques are quite efficient and adaptable to the proposed goal both in terms of network completeness and cost control. Already in the second stage, or multiobjective search stage, it was verified, through the use of a quality indicator (hypervolume), that there was an improvement of the algorithm in relation to convergence and diversity to the Pareto curve, with the use in its new form as memetic algorithm.Item Influência da salinidade sobre a nutrição mineral do Pinhão manso(2017) Silva, Laís Albina; Bezerra Neto, Egídio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1539205550728785; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4829194376741249
