Item A estruturação espaço-temporal a partir da dança na Educação Física Escolar: contribuições para a educação psicomotora(2018) Souza, Géssica Maria Duarte de; Pinho, Ana Flávia Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5165723460219140; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4693762255449264Dance, besides being a rich content of Physical Education (PE), is a field of knowledge that has as object of action the perception of corporeity and human movement. Its teaching-learning process requires opportunities to experience experiences that contribute to the development of capacities: motor, emotional, creative and cognitive. The specifics and generalities of Psychomotor Education (PE) applied in school PE classes, and especially in dealing with Dance content, bring a relevant expansion of the competences associated with child development, especially in the focus of this study, which takes the stage of Space-Time Structuring (TSE). In the search to instrumentalize PE with this relevant PE content, the following question arises: how can Dance content in school physical education contribute to children's PE in the TSE phase? The general objective of this research was to understand how the Dance can contribute in the Psychomotor Education of children, referring to TSE. By tracing a clipping in it, we identified which aspects of the child development phase focused on TSE; we classify the perception of the elements of space and time in the EP and; we investigated in the documents of the school PE the learning contributions of Dance content from the relation body-space-time. The literature review was chosen to characterize this research. This work attributes a qualitative nature of exploratory type that, through a critical and systematic analysis through its bibliographical survey and also through documentary analysis, was able to deepen us in the object of study in a multidimensional way. After understanding the process of developing TSE and how the Dance content of PE is organized in the official documents that guide its knowledge, we conclude that the Dance offers through its practice contributions to its body awareness, the maturation of its sensory-motor perceptions , that result in a favorable way in the development of the language, having as main medium the human movement. Thus revealing the irrefutable link between the contributions of Dance practice in school EF and psychomotor developmentItem O lugar da velhice na escola: atitudes de crianças em relação à velhice(2018) Cavalcanti, Everton Willian de Oliveira; Tavares, Nayana Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0916330104621989; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3956248009938233The changes that occurred in the demographic distribution in the Brazilian population have caused numerous changes in the functioning of society as a whole, as well as in the way society deals with the elderly. Thus, this research had as a general objective to analyze attitudes regarding the old age of elementary school children initial years and as specific objectives: a) identify concepts of aging, as well as conceptions and representations of old age throughout history and in today's society; b) to question about the school, its social function and the teacher and student as subjects of the same; c) verify approximations and distances between documents that govern the curricular content physical education in elementary school years and the thematic old age. The research took as reference authors such as Beauvoir (1970), Freitas and Py (2016), Neri (2007), (2013), Papalia, Olds and Feldman (2010), among others, to address the issues related to aging, Freire (2000), (2002), Saviani (1999), Manacorda (1997), among others, to address issues related to education, Bracht (1999), Darido (2012), Soares (1994), among others. (1988), Todaro (2008), Luchesi (2011), Newman, Faux and Larimer (1997), Neri (1991), among others, to deal with issues related to children's attitudes. This research is characterized, as far as the approach, as a qualitative research, and is classified as an exploratory descriptive research. As a collection instrument, a questionnaire composed of one part with sociodemographic data and the other by the Scale Todaro (composed of four domains, namely, agency, social relationship, persona and cognition) was chosen, which was subsequently analyzed from the content analysis, according to Bardin (2010) and Souza Júnior, Melo and Santiago (2010). In this way, it was possible to verify a positive attitude of the children in relation to old age, which is in agreement with the findings of previous researches at national and international level. This finding, however, did not extinguish the existence of specific points in which the attitudes were more negative, as can be verified in the domain cognition, presenting a score of almost 0.2 points above the general. This research concluded that, despite finding more positive attitudes, it is necessary a directed educational action that addresses the old age theme within the school, therefore, it is believed that it is possible to provide a change in stereotypes linked to the elderly and to form a generation that deals with old age differently from past generations.Item A necessidade da pessoa surda no ensino regular(2018) Oliveira, Helen Andrade de; Cordeiro, Leane Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8538638475316742; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2324132257599554Educational policies advocate that all students with disabilities attend regular schools. These same policies offer complementary services for hearing impaired students. This research, of a qualitative nature, analyzed the needs of the deaf student for the insertion in the regular education focusing on the Brazilian inclusive policies. A bibliographic review was developed, based on the use of documentary analysis and literature review. Based on the results of this research, it can be shown that the schooling of the hearing impaired has been achieved through the gains of the deaf community, although there have been advances in educational approaches, it is still necessary to reconsider the education of this group of students as individuals with particular characteristics and for that to happen measures of improvements must be adopted independently of the level and the network of education, the deaf community has the right to learn and to develop its knowledge, and for this one must think a structural readaptation.Item O trato com o conhecimento esporte nas aulas de educação física: a questão dos jogos interclasses(2018) Souza, Victor de Albuquerque; Melo, Flávio Dantas Albuquerque; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9033781419336294The realization of sports competitions in the school space is, by tradition, common in many educational institutions of the state of Pernambuco. Predominantly, these competitions happen annually and assume a certain format that gains the terminology of "interclass games". The present study has as main justification the potential of interclass games to promote gains in the learning process, especially in the treatment of collective sports. The research, with a qualitative approach and exploratory objective, aims to analyze the treatment of the content of sports through interclass games, especially with regard to the place that said teaching procedure has occupied in the pedagogical planning of the physical education teacher. The same was done with the teachers of physical education of the two state schools of reference of totally integral character of the municipality of Carpina - PE. Collected through semistructured interviews, the data were analyzed according to the content analysis procedure proposed by Bardin according to Triviños (1987). As a result, we can consider that the relationship between the achievement of the interclass games for the work of the contents related to collective sports and the pedagogical planning of the teacher occurs in a troubled way. However, we see that there are also positive aspects to be highlighted, such as some issues related to interdisciplinarity and the organization of pedagogical time.Item Jogos de oposição: possibilidades para o ensino das lutas na educação física escolar(2018) Oliveira, Wandeberg Ramos Ferreira de; Costa, Marcos André Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2739394540779281; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6363671886974556The content fights is a knowledge to be treated in the classes of Physical Education (EF), because it is predicted in the National Curricular Parameters (PCNs), however by some other research can be verified that it is a knowledge surrounded by preconceptions, and that by many sometimes denied to students. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the opposition games as a possibility to expand and qualify the teaching of content struggles in school EF classes. The research was carried out at the Don Bosco State School and directed to the second year of high school, in which action research was adopted as methodology, where we had 7 interventions that occurred continuously once a week. It is concluded that this content should be discussed during the teacher's training, so that it is not denied in the school, because it has its importance in the formation of the student, bringing the discussion of themes such as Violence and Gender, for example, as well as be an instrument of social interaction.Item Projeto social: uma perspectiva inclusiva acerca das possibilidades e desafios da prática pedagógica no ensino do voleibol(2018) Silva, Lucas Correia da; Vieira, Ana Luiza Barbosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2045282789284599; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0442503882118808The present study sought to understand the pedagogical practice in social projects, understanding the challenges and opportunities in the teaching of volleyball in social projects. The survey was conducted from the qualitative method with application of a semistructured questionnaire with four teachers of different social projects, which are located in the cities of Olinda and Recife. The survey encompassed the following objectives: the challenges and opportunities in sports teaching in social projects; the motivation of children and teenagers to participate in the social project and the pedagogical practice of the teaching of volleyball in social projects. The results show us that the social project aims to not only remove the street boys, but provide educational practices to behold the inclusion in class, student autonomy, the formation of critical subjects and troubleshooting from the game, downloading the learning for life. It is concluded that the research contributes to a greater expansion of perspectives about the importance of social sports project for the life of students and society, as well as the survey will serve as a basis for further reflection on the theme.Item Educação postural: o trato dessa temática nas aulas de educação física em escolas do Recife(2018) Silva, Gabriela Monteiro da; Pirauá, Natália Barros Beltrão; Tenório, Maria Cecília Marinho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5822053911842534; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1778511907021100; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2170585633254973The subject "Postural Education" is a knowledge that can be treated in the classes of Physical Education (PE) teachers, as it is foreseen in the National Curricular Parameters (NCP). In this sense, this study aims to analyze the treatment of the subject "Postural Education" by PE teachers in PE classes in schools in the south of Recife. The sample consisted of 19 elementary school PE teachers from 15 public and private school schools in the Boa Viagem neighborhood, located in the city of Recife. The questionnaire was used to collect and analyze the data, containing 13 questions about the formation / performance of the PE teacher and about the treatment of knowledge "Postural Education" in the school. After collecting the data, the data were tabulated and analyzed in the LibreOffice 4.4 Calc program through simple typing. The study found, through reports, that teachers use the subject "Postural Education" in PE classes and that they consider important the treatment of this knowledge in their classes. Teachers also reported that students find this theme important, but although their students have understood about their importance, they have not yet made significant changes in their daily body posture. Teachers believe that this knowledge should be treated continuously throughout the student's training, believing that changes in their postural behavior should occur in the long run. It is concluded that the subject "Postural Education" is a knowledge that should be discussed during the training of PE teachers, not only because it is predicted in NCPs, but because it is considered important in the educational context, being part of teacher's lesson planning of PE, which can be developed throughout the student's training.Item O jogo popular como conteúdo de ensino na educação infantil: uma experiência a partir da pesquisa-ação(2018) Andrade, Ana Beatriz de Carvalho Paz de; Costa, Marcos André Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2739394540779281; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0224433559530496Modernity and its consequent globalization have brought with it innumerable elements that impact behavior and modify the daily way of life of people. Children who used to play in the streets, replace popular or traditional games with new digital technologies. Taking into account the importance of practicing these games for children's development, the school environment through physical education classes is a means of rescuing them. In view of this the research problem was related to the place that the popular games occupy in the physical education classes of elementary school. In this action research, the theme of popular games was elaborated during 5 (five) interventions, whose main objective was to problematize the pertinence of these games in children 's education, from didactic sequences of teaching, as well as watering games and games that parents and grandparents practiced as children, critically reflect the game content in physical education classes and stimulate the process of redefining popular games. The present work was developed in a school located in the neighborhood of Ibura - Recife / PE, with 107 students of the first and second years of elementary school. Qualitative research of the research-action type and content analysis were adopted as a methodological reference. The results were positive, detected during the activities carried out during the intervention period, confirming the contributions in the teaching - learning process.Item Socialização através de jogos e brincadeiras(2018) Fônseca, Sara Holanda Martiniano da; Costa, Marcos André Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2739394540779281; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1809571820757325The game can make it easier for the learner to learn that it might take longer to learn through traditional ways, and thus to develop through playfulness, critical sense, to control favorable conditions, to conduct mediations, to research, to interpret and to make decisions and thus to promote the social interaction. The present work aims to show that the games and games when worked in the school context can provide an improvement in the interpersonal relationships of the students. Through an action research of a qualitative nature, with emphasis on the analysis of the data obtained through the observation and recording of the interventions carried out with students of the fundamental II, in a municipal school in the city of Canhotinho-PE, it was possible to verify that popular games when worked in a playful way with concerns in a critical formation, favor the conception of cooperation, the importance of teamwork, besides promoting autonomy, creativity and respect for others.Item A Coeducação também dança: reflexões para a Educação física escolar(2018) Vasconcelos, Rayssa Hellena Almeida de; Lira, Maria Helena Câmara; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1315487815493191; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5183275366156518This research seeks to analyze the possibilities of working the dance/education from coeducational principles, seeing dance as content of School Physical Education classes, form of expression, art, science, psychomotricity and body culture. Through a bibliographical research we were able to unveil the details of the coeducation theory studied by Daniela Auad (2003, 2003b, 2004b, 2005, 2006, 2010, 2015, 2016) and the methodology of dance education, developed by several authors such as Laban (1978, 1990), Marques (1999, 2010, 2011) and Nanni (1998, 2002), finding approximations and distances that showed possibilities of union. Finally, we report the experience of extension projects based at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, during 2015 and 2016, where dance and gender relations worked in a single propositional rhythm, that of dance/coeducation.Item Formação dos professores de educação física da UFRPE: uma análise do perfil do formando para atuação com pessoas com deficiência(2018) Bastos, Thúlio Albuquerque; Tavares, Nayana Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0916330104621989The inclusion of people with disabilities in School Physical Education classes guided this production. The objective of this research is to identify the profile of the undergraduate course in Physical Education of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco for the educational action in the perspective of inclusion and as specific objectives: a) to understand the history, concepts and general aspects of People with Deficiency; b) relate concepts and aspects about the Person with Disabilities with Inclusive Education and Inclusive Physical Education; c) investigate whether the inclusive theme during the academic trajectory fulfills what the Political Pedagogical Project of the Course demands; d) To verify the need of the graduates of the Physical Education Degree course of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, of a greater approximation during the graduation of the theme Inclusion. The research took as reference to Declaração de Salamanca (1994), Stainback and Stainback (1999), Freire (2008), Brasil (2010), Jesus e Effgen (2012), Brasil (2015) among other authors and documents, to treat (2005), Sassaki (2003), Monte e Santos (2005), Amiralian (2000), among others, and issues related to education, Garcia (1977), Martins (2005), Saviani (1991), Fonseca (2003), Chicon (2008) and others. Based on qualitative, exploratory-type research, online questionnaires were applied through Google Docs to 39 students considered as trainees. The data allowed to identify several aspects necessary for the implementation of the inclusive proposal in the training of future teachers. The main difficulty indicated for the realization of inclusion in his future teaching referred to the difficulty of relating theoretical-practical knowledge to teacher attitudes towards Inclusive Education. As suggestions were highlighted: the need for the presence of the subject Inclusion in disciplines from the beginning of the course and through optional subjects that deal with the subject, experience with students with disabilities during the course, appropriate means to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge and in what way can be articulated to the appropriate attitudes in teaching. It is concluded that it is important to broaden and improve the perspective of Inclusion in the course, so that the students who are trained in it are apt and qualified for educational action in the perspective of inclusion.Item Agente de apoio ao desenvolvimento escolar especial AADEE: um profissional da educação sob múltiplos olhares(2018-08-13) Rêgo, Selmo Vieira; Alves, Maria do Socorro Valois; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1019759205900756; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2855393823883797The research presented in this paper falls within the field of public policies for the inclusion of people with disabilities, with emphasis on the field of Education. Our object of study is the position of Support Agent for Special School Development, for being a new position in the Municipal Network of Education of the City of Recife. The choice of the theme Special Agent for Support to Special School Development – SEDSA: a professional of the education from multiple perspectives, emerges from the reflection on my field of professional performance, since I find myself performing this function, and from the observation of the professional exercise in that same field in others educational units, which raised the possibility of seeking responses backed by the scientific rigor of the field of research, such as: Being a new position in the public school system of the city of Recife, what is the perception that SEDSA has of its own performance? What is the perception of the other professionals who are directly connected to the SEDSA in the school environment, do they have this new position? We then draw as a general objective to identify the perception that the SEDSA and those who are directly linked to it, in the exercise of its function, have on its performance. We also sought to verify the main difficulties encountered by SEDSA in its support to students with disabilities, and also to present the perceptions of the research subjects, in a quantitative way, based on the information provided by them, and then make inferences of a qualitative nature. Our research is of a qualitative and quantitative nature, a characteristic that is configured in the scope of methodological course adopted which contemplates content analysis as a treatment procedure of the data collected. The research carried out brought us some surprising results, related to the performance of the SEDSA in the pedagogical area; the precarious training of teachers in the exercise of teaching in Special Education, teachers who do not work in specialized school attendance, among others. Finally, we made our final considerations discussing some of the problems and discrepancies found in the search results. Based on the findings, this study does not pretend to present itself as ready and finished, but rather instigates new concerns, new responses to the same concerns with the prospect of feeding other relevant studies to the analysis of this post, which, because it is new in public teaching networks, suggests a certain novelty as a fertile field to epistemological discoveries related to the pedagogical, sociological and political field of the formation of cadres for action in the educational sector.Item Futebol feminino e suas representações: revisão narrativa sobre dificuldades relacionadas a prática do futebol(2018-08-14) Araújo, Natália Figueirêdo de; Pirauá, André Luiz Torres; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7971412342122230; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6598071426413875Football is one of the most practiced sports in the world, both in the feminine as masculine aspects. Through analysis and discussion, the present study aims, through a narrative review, to identify and analyze the difficulties related to the practice of women's football. In which, the study was carried out through a research that related the woman to the soccer, being analyzed and taken from the publications the difficulties presented here. These difficulties being decisive factors for the non-participation of women in the field, having also impeded a Decree that was launched in 1940, which prohibited the practice taking into account biological factors. In addition to the ban, the relationship of influence of the media under the sport was also a decisive factor for the situation that the Women's football remains until the present time. This work has the initial objectives to analyze and identify the difficulties related to soccer practice and secondary objectives, characterize and describe the relationship between financial support and the influence of media on women's relationship with the sport.Item Vivências da prática de hidroginástica no Compaz Ariano Suassuna: uma experiência com idosos(2018-08-15) Silva, Maria Marluce Sousa Gomes da; Lindoso, Rosângela Cely Branco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3076590717855221; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2581762854102319This research aims to analyze the experience of water aerobics practiced by seniors enrolled in COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna. We start from the following question: What are the motives, benefits and degree of satisfaction of older water aerobics practitioners at COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna? In this sense, we start with the following objectives: General objective To analyze the experience of elderly water aerobics practitioners in COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna and specific objectives, to analyze how this knowledge has been produced through the bibliographical review on the practice of water aerobics by the elderly; to identify the motives, benefits and degree of satisfaction of the water aerobics practice performed at COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna; to compare the empirical field data collected in COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna with the literature review. In the development of the research we used the case study methodology, with descriptive method, with 11 elderly people investigated about the reasons, the benefits, the degree of satisfaction and the evaluation of the practice of water aerobics in the COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna. With the bibliographical review, we present three categories of analysis on the practice of water aerobics by the elderly, being: improvement in health, well-being, medical treatment. Comparing the data of the review with those collected in the field, we noticed that the categories resemble each other. Thus, the practice of water aerobics is sought by the majority of the elderly due to improvements in physical, psychological and social health; while in terms of benefits more than 50% consider to have improvements in health due to pain and self esteem, mainly; when asked by the degree of satisfaction almost all the elderly consider the classes of aqua gymnastics very satisfactory for their life; and when they evaluate these classes offered by Recife's City Sports and Leisure Program (PELC), they consider the great majority to be excellent and good. Thus, we realized that the practice of water aerobics by the elderly is of paramount importance to improve their health, to provide their well-being and to obtain medical treatment, as well as the aqua aerobics classes offered by the PELC social program in the COMPAZ Ariano Suassuna were well evaluated.Item Correlação entre a qualidade do sono e o nível de atividade física em estudantes universitários(2019) Monte, Jéssica do Carmo Anjos do; Lima, Anna Myrna Jaguaribe de; Silva, Aurea Letícia Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4368077040588552; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6743434574905339; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4770348637819580Poor sleep quality can have consequences for students' health and academic development, and, coupled with a low level of physical activity, may be related to an increased risk of premature death from heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and increased health problems. anxiety and depression. Accepting high academic demands, or the scenario experienced by most college students can contribute to a reduction in the level of physical activity and impairment of sleep quality. Thus, the study aims to correlate sleep quality and physical activity level in college students. One sample consisted of 56 (fifty-six) university students from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, of both sexes, with an average age of 25.5 ± 5.9 years. The students were evaluated at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, and the instruments used in the collection were the following questionnaires: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI): for sleep quality assessment and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, short version (IPAQ - short version): for assessment of the level of physical activity. According to the results, 82% of students were rated poor sleep quality and 43% were rated very active. However, there was no association between the level of physical activity and the students' sleep quality (r = 0.14; p> 0.05). Thus, we can conclude that there is no association between sleep quality and physical activity level in college students, still mostly in students who are classified as very active or active, and have a poor quality of sleep. , a cause of poor sleep quality is multifactorial, other factors may compromise the sleep quality of these students. This way, it is suggested that future research be carried out to identify the main causes and factors that negatively affect sleep quality, and projects that are subjected to research on encouragement, promotion and adequacy of sleep and regularly exercise.Item O ensino da educação física escolar como estratégia na promoção da saúde mental(2019) Vieira, Cristiano Simião; Souza, Daniela Maria Bastos de; Jimenes, George Chaves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4856221548369438; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3956430381020013The objective of this study is to analyze how school physical education can contribute to the mental health of students, in a comparison between the pharmacological treatment and the benefits of physical education, in the protection and / or rehabilitation of the psyche that suffered childhood traumas by developing mental disorders. The methodology used was a bibliographical review starting from works that deal with what is psychological trauma, what its consequences, the treatment of pharmacology and the benefits physical education in the recovery and / or health protection. In conclusion, we will evaluate the efficacy and efficacy of pharmacological treatments, physical exercises, their points of divergence or convergence regarding the protection and / or recovery of the psyche in response to psychological trauma.Item Relações de gênero na identidade docente: um estudo a partir de professoras e professores de educação física(2019-01-18) Silva, Beatriz Moura da; Lira, Maria Helena Câmara; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1315487815493191; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2445258591614943It was with the physical education identity crisis in the 1980s that scholars in the area promoted changes in the perspective on which this curricular component was presented in school. Considering that research in the field of Physical Education, both as a social practice and as a pedagogical practice, are increasingly connected to studies of intersectionality and studies of feminist epistemology, this field of research has contributed to the attribution of meaning and meaning to the knowledge of body culture and their possible dialogues with the school. Therefore, as a general objective, this research proposes to analyze the gender relations in the teaching identity of teachers and teachers of Physical Education. Methodologically, this study analyzed the theme in the light of the qualitative method, from the application of a questionnaire with teachers graduated in the Degree in Physical Education of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco. Parts of the data are systematized in the form of graphs, but transcriptions of the questionnaires are also presented. The results of the research indicate that there is a male hegemony in Physical Education; that there are certain influences of the gender of the teacher in their relationship with the student; the predominance of Physical Education content and their links with the gender issue. Therefore, the need to give visibility to the gender issues within the school and in the formation of teachers and teachers is defended; the constant teacher interference in cases involving gender discrimination, as this may change the behavior of students; within the possibilities of the School Physical Education for the defense of the equality if it has the concept elaborated by Daniela Auad of coeducation, this, because, here, a respect is respected to the diversity within the human relations. In addition, this research has no other position than the opposite of any social policy or action that would disregard the need to work systematically and pedagogically on social markers such as gender, race, sexuality, physical and intellectual abilities, and religiosities within the school.Item A história do futebol pernambucano e possíveis diálogos com a educação física escolar(2019-01-18) Silva, André Felipe Rodrigues da; Lira, Maria Helena Câmara; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1315487815493191; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8591436518208684The monograph on the agenda deals with theproblematization of historical elements about football inPernambuco and the way that knowledge can be in school, through physical education classes. For the realization of thisresearch, we studied books that address the history offootball from a global perspective until we reach morespecific elements of Pernambuco analyzing characters, curiosities described in the literature and events that createdmemory For this social practice in the cited state. Therefore, the methodology used was the bibliographic review, mainlywith works such as: History of football in Pernambuco,Givanildo Alves (1978), Charles Miller, the father of Brazilianfootball, John Mills (2005), the True history of footballBrazilian, by Loris Beane Cunha (1993) and the book GameVision: Early football in Brazil by José Moraes dos SantosNeto (2002), Ball on foot; The incredible history of football,by Luisa Massarani and Marcos Abrucio (2004). After thestudy of these authors, we performed an essay of didactictexts to serve as inspiration in school physical educationclasses. We conclude that much of what the literaturepresents about football can be translated into the schoolroutine attributing even more meaning to this sport sopopular. Football, within the sport as a curricular knowledgeof physical education, should be one more way tounderstand the connections between what mankind hasproduced about body culture and how we can tread newpaths.Item Se essa rua fosse minha: o resgate dos jogos populares através da educação física escolar(2019-02-06) Lima, Maria Claudia Virgínia de; Costa, Marcos André Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2739394540779281; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2197657366665979In contemporary society, spaces for games and games become increasingly scarce: violence, traffic, construction of buildings. Aspects that take children from streets and squares, the old stage for these popular experiences. In parallel technology continues to advance and consumption of computers, cell phones and tablets growing. In this perspective, the present study proposes, through a bibliographical review, to discuss and analyze the space that popular games are currently occupying, so this work aims to historicize about popular games and their cultural importance, listing possible causes of distancing from the street games of children's lives and Identify what the literature says about the experience of popular games in Physical Education.Item Perfil antropométrico e fisiológico de jovens em idade escolar praticantes de natação(2019-02-06) Silva, Flávio Henrique Viana da; Lima, Anna Myrna Jaguaribe de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6743434574905339; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9683009795205478The body composition of the world population, including children and adolescents, has undergone changes in its characteristics. There is a reduction in malnutrition rates and an increase in the number of overweight and obese children and adolescents, thus determining a nutritional epidemiological transition. The regular practice of physical exercise is among the behavioral habits that can bring benefits in both the short and long term. Therefore, the study aimed to describe the anthropometric and physiological profile of children and adolescents, of school age, that takes swimming lessons. The sample that originated the data was composed of 56 students from the University’s Project named Barbatanas da Rural, 40 boys and 16 girls, aged 12.6 ± 2.1 years old. The evaluations were carried out at the Physical Education Department of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco and the components were the body mass index (BMI), the fat percentage through the sum of triceps and subscapular folds, the static force through the handgrip test, the flexibility through the sit and reach test, upper limb strength through the arm flexion test and abdominal resistance through the abdominal flexion test. Regarding BMI and fat percentage, there was no difference between the sexes. However, for BMI, 17.86% of the sample was overweight and 23.21% of the sample was obese, with boys averaging 20.78 ± 4.78 kg / m2, girls 20.72 ± 3.25 kg / m2 and the total sample 20.76 ± 4.37 kg / m2. For the fat percentage, 23.21% of the sample was moderately high, 10.71% high and 12.50% excessively high, presenting the boys an average of 21.23 ± 11.22%, the girls 24.39 ± 4.29% and the total sample 22.14% ± 9.82%. There was no difference between boys and girls when comparing the values of flexibility (22.13 ± 7.38cm vs. 24.43 ± 7.97cm, respectively) and the number of arm flexion repetitions (9.48 ± 7.86 repetitions vs. 7.00 ± 4.89 repetitions, respectively), remaining only 44.64% of the sample above the average for the flexibility values, with a distribution of 56.25% of the female sample and 40.0% of the male sample. For arm flexion, 73.21% of the sample was above average, with a distribution of 93.75% of the girls and 65% of the boys. The boys presented higher values in the handgrip test (26.72 ± 9.65 kgf vs. 20.75 ± 3.40 kgf, respectively) and in the abdominal test (29.1 ± 10.71 and 24.00 ± 5, 05 repetitions) when compared to girls. 100% of the sample had values below the average for the handgrip test and 87.50% of the abdominal resistance sample was below average, with a distribution of 82.50% of the boys and 100% of the girls. Based on the results obtained, we observed that a large percentage of the sample was overweight, obese and fat percentage above ideal values. In addition, static strength and abdominal resistance were higher in boys compared to girls; flexibility and arm flexion showed no difference between groups.
