Item Monitoramento para automação de processos em cultivos hidropônicos: uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática(2024-03-07) Silva, Iracema Carla Calixto da; Sousa, Emanoel Di Tarso dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3682039140895268; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8422413675003216In the current context of global hunger and exponential population growth, implementing technological practices to increase agricultural productivity and reduce waste is crucial. This paper conducted a bibliographic review on the use of monitoring technologies for environmental variables and nutrient solution in hydroponic farming, aiming to identify advancements in process automation for agricultural production in this modality. 82 sources were consulted between 2010 and 2023, identifying 16 works that used hardware and software technologies for automation in hydroponic systems. Controllers like ESP32, Arduino Nano, and Arduino Mega were employed to monitor and control environmental and nutrient solution variables, while peristaltic pumps and solenoid valves ensured precise dosing and water flow control. Software such as C++, Dart, Matlab, Arduino IDE, LabView, Blynk, and ThingSpeak were used for programming and data integration, while online platforms like Firebase, Flutter framework, and MQTT were employed for real-time data storage, visualization, and communication. Although offering advantages such as increased efficiency and resource savings, the use of these technologies faces significant challenges, including the need for specialized technical knowledge and connectivity dependence.Item Hidroponia de baixo custo e fontes alternativas de água na produção de hortaliças(2018) Bartusch, Victor Pedrosa; Santos Júnior, José Amilton; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2839547928353699; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3865227333865612Salinization problems in semi-arid regions make hydroponics a viable crop alternative for agricultural production. In this sense, the objective of this study is to evaluate the water relations of the parsley under different concentrations of salts. Two experiments were carried out in greenhouse, in the Experiment 1, in the factorial scheme (6 x 4) with six salinity levels of the nutrient solution (1.7; 2.7; 3.7; 4,7; 5.7 and 6.7 dS m-1), prepared on the basis of four cationic natures (NaCl, CaCl2, KCl and MgCl2). No experiment I the water of the evapotranspirated blade was replaced with water supply and without experiment II a replacement was made with brackish water based on the cationic natures mentioned above according to treatments. The installation of another aquaponics system in a building located in Sossego street, located in the Boa Vista neighborhood, central region of Recife, where the Cultural Center Brazilian Germany (CCBA) operates, has enabled us to carry out a comparative analysis with systems that were (UFRPE) campus, as well as another system set up at the Professor Johei Koike (UFRPE) Aquaculture Station / Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture (DEPAQ), also on the campus of the Aquaculture and Sustainability Laboratory of the Department of Animal Science of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco headquarters of (UFRPE). Some observation points followed the following variables and requirements such as: system assembly; necessary materials; water conditions (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, carbonate hardness, toxic ammonia, nitrite); conditions of light incidence; productivity; monitoring of the system in fish farming and plant cultivation; management of the aquaponic system, yield of final production (animal and plant biomass), emergence of pests and diseases for animals and plants, evaluate responses of both to the conditions found in each parameter, besides costs for such an undertaking. However, to make a general survey of all the data inherent to the project and to evaluate the viability of this project, it should be used in small spaces, with little supply or availability of natural resources, deficiency in organic food production and work. The work also has the purpose of generating technical knowledge that can be applied in society, especially in family agriculture, with small and medium-sized rural producers and in urban centers, constituting a possible source of organic food, besides the possibility to be an alternative income generation for many families inserted in rural areas, thus avoiding the increase of the rural exodus and the most important, helping to solve the great problem of hunger in the world, especially in the most needy regions such as the Brazilian Northeast. This experimental research was carried out under the cultivation methodology of the Nutrient Film Techinique (NFT), and until the last test performed, the above-mentioned parameters as system variables, were zeroed to those that are systemic such as toxic ammonia and nitrites, as expected, showing the efficiency of systems in symbiotic processes.Item Avaliação do desempenho de quinze genótipos de mini alface(2018-11) Verslype, Nina Iris; Menezes, Dimas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0089637824215999; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5714954931906782Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) belong to Asteraceae (Compositae) family and is considered one of the most important vegetable crops in Brazil, despite climatic differences and consumption habits. Lettuce crops is preferably carried out in mild climate, however, it presents a wide adaptation to different climatic conditions, with successive crops possibility in the same year. In Brazil, mini lettuce is a growing and promising market niche, which has attracted interest from some producers, consumers and restaurants. The aim of this study was to evaluate fifteen lettuce cultivars (Barlach, Cousteau, Excite, Klee, Sartre, Triplex, Xandra, Bruma, Escarcha, Jonction, Kiribati, Mondai, Rosaine, Rouxai and Tudela), in spring season, in Recife municipality, PE, Brazil, to determine whether cultivars are suitable for crop large-scale production in one of the warmer season of region. The experiment was carried out in the months of September to November using a randomized complete block design with 15 cultivars and five replicates. The characteristics germination percentage, number of leaves, diameter and height plant (cm), commercial fresh mass (g) and early elongation of floral stem susceptibility were evaluated. The germination of cultivars evaluated didn’t present significant difference at 5% probability level of tukey test. The data indicate that lettuce cultivars of Rosaine (cos), Kiribati (oak leaf), Jonction and Triplex (crisp), Sartre (butter head), and Escarcha and Bruma (iceberg) were the highest productivity in their respective commercial groups.
