The main way of accessing these services is from basic health units, popularly known as "postinhos", Those responsible in these units for facilitating this access for residents are community, health and endemic diseases, agents who act as bridges between residents and health units. With tools to help plan strategies to operate in the region and facilitate communication with residents, Minha UBS proposes, through an application, to reduce barriers between the population and public health services.Item WebForAll: Simplificando o entendimento da WCAG com gamificação(2024-03-08) Serafim, Maria Giulia Maia; Burégio, Vanilson André de Arruda; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3518416272921878; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0667725413041028In the digital age, web accessibility is a growing concern, aiming to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy online resources. However, this concern is often not prioritized in software projects due to a lack of basic knowledge on how to implement it. This work addresses the research problem: How to facilitate understanding of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)? To solve it, Design Thinking was adopted as the methodology. Based on this methodology and aiming to solve the identified problem, an innovative solution was proposed: an educational platform that not only teaches these guidelines but does so in an engaging and motivating way through gamification.Item Design thinking como estratégia de ensino e aprendizagem na Química: explorando a química ambiental e sustentável no ensino médio(2022-10-18) Nascimento, Rhaysa Myrelle Farias do; Leite, Bruno Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4932752031807872; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1130697619312470Active methodologies are teaching and learning processes that encourage students to overcome challenges and commit to their learning. These methodologies make the student have an active posture, which allows to solve; know and investigate challeng- ing problems that make sense to him. Although active methodologies are favorable for the teaching and learning process in chemistry teaching, they are not yet fully known and applied in the educational context. One of the little known and very current active methodologies is Design Thinking (DT). DT or design thinking, is presented in this work as a teaching and learning strategy that has as main characteristics the possibility of developing in its stages skills such as: critical thinking, empathy, collaboration and en- gagement. This research brings the application of Design Thinking as a teaching and learning strategy with the objective of applying and evaluating the development of the use of Design Thinking involving the content of Environmental Chemistry with third- year high school students in a state reference school in the state of Pernambuco. To meet the objective of this research, the work was carried out in four steps: 1) Environ- ment of the school and survey on the possibilities of implementing Design Thinking in the school reality; 2) Elaboration and evaluation of the didactic strategy of Design Thinking tied to the content of environmental chemistry and sustainable; 3) Analysis of the data obtained on the students' perceptions in relation to the strategy. The results indicate that the application of Design Thinking proved to be of great importance in the classroom, bringing a lot of interaction between students and teachers, with students as main agents of their learning process, developing soft skills, such as empathy and creativity. In summary, the use of the Design Thinking methodology can contribute to the teaching of Chemistry in a ceative, innovative and empathetic way, allowing stu- dents to develop different skills, contributing to make them citizens capable of solving problems, challenges and transforming the society in which they live, in addition to becoming protagonists of their learning process.Item Design thinking: uma proposta para a criação de uma solução de gestão financeira para microempreendedores individuais (MEIs)(2022-10-03) Costa, Mariana dos Santos; Ceolin, Alessandra Carla; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7810633996702948Item O vaso inteligente: uso de design thinking na criação de uma tecnologia Appless para o mercado de jardinagem e paisagismo(2022-06-01) Vasconcelos, Bruna Pereira; Medeiros, Victor Wanderley Costa de; Monteiro, Cleviton Vinicius Fonsêca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9362573782715504; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7159595141911505; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8985198107522049The COVID-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing led Brazilians to adopt a new habit: growing plants. The sector recorded growth of 10% in 2020, moving R$9.6 billion, according to the Brazilian Institute of Floriculture (Ibraflor). We have applied techniques from the Design Thinking methodology. We carried out interviews with consumers and entrepreneurs in this segment. We detected that the biggest problem faced by people is to follow the care routine that a plant demands correctly. The study aimed to propose a Proof of Concept (PoC) of a smart vase and evaluate the user experience when using it to support domestic plants’ care. Eighty-two people evaluated the Smart Vase. Of these, 90% reported the desire to acquire it, indicating that the method and techniques used in this work effectively enabled a solution that adequately solves the target audience’s problem.Item Auditoria do futuro - um estudo de caso de melhoria do processo de auditoria de dados do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Pernambuco(2021-12-07) Santos, João Lucas Pereira de Lima; Santos, George Augusto Valença; Cabral, George Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8227256452129177; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8525564952779211; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5685463265526362The data audit process allows us to verify transactions and work to reduce the risk of incomplete records, thus being able to identify possible irregularities. This performance is quite challenging due to the amount of information that the process involves and the ways to carry out an analysis. However, the agencies still present an immature workflow for this activity and without the use of a great part of the technological resources that can help this work. To deepen the understanding of this process, we used the Court of Auditors of the State of Pernambuco as a case, thus developing a study based on research achievements, innovation workshops and some Design Thinking techniques in conjunction with BPM. a proposal to improve the data audit process in the context of the Court of Auditors of the State of Pernambuco. We believe that, with this contribution, the auditors will be able to evolve within the process, as we will have the mapping of the entire activity, and will allow the sector to advance in terms of the results delivered and the work carried out.
