The school is the environment where knowledge lives, where it is transmitted to students, playing an extremely important role in society. It is worth being aware that it is the school that brings together the day-to-day knowledge of students expressed in society, with scientific knowledge. Analyzing the health - Physical Education relationship, we realize that health knowledge has always been interconnected with the intentions, objectives and specific contents of Physical Education. Therefore, we used qualitative research methodology, linked to a semi-structured interview to collect data and treated through content analysis (Souza Jr). The interview was carried out with a Physical Education teacher who works in the public education system and treats health as a transversal theme in his classes. In this way, we understand that it is possible to address the issue of health in Physical Education classes in the New High School, treating this knowledge as a transversal theme and intertwining it with the specific contents of Physical Education. The present work aimed at technological monitoring, raising patents and articles referring to NEOEs with applicability in the field of human and veterinary health. The documents were obtained through a systematic review, in several databases and went through inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then were grouped for the analysis of variables, such as: Type of documents by country; Publication timeline by type of document; Application area; Applicability of NEOEs; among others. 153 articles and 34 patents were found. It was observed that Brazil is the country with the highest number of publications for both types of documents. For articles, along with Brazil, we observe that India and Iran have a large amount of publication, but they have a low amount of patent publication. This indicates that these countries are not protecting their products, reducing the inventive potential of their respective nations. When we evaluate patents, Brazil remains in first place, but now alongside it, we have China and the United States, that is, these last two countries protect their ideas more than they publish scientific articles. Analyzing the applicability of NEOEs, there is a greater exploration of their cytotoxic potential, that is, being applied to the destruction of pathogenic cells (Bacteria, fungi, protozoa, worms and cancer cells). Most of the patents found belonged to educational institutions, and few to private industry. In the world, little attention has been given to the development of NEOE with application in veterinary medicine, which makes it an unexplored field, but with great potential as it is a high monetary power industry. Although there is a greater amount of products aimed at human health, few systemic diseases have been explored for the application of NEOEs, which would be another promising field for the development of future research.Item A hidroginástica e os impactos na melhoria da saúde e qualidade de vida dos idosos(2023-09-06) Lopes, Guilherme Soares; Lindoso, Rosângela Cely Branco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3076590717855221; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6898690352812735Water aerobics offers a gentle environment for exercising, minimizing the impact on joints and allowing older people to perform movements comfortably. Furthermore, physical exercise in water defines an intervention strategy for health promotion with positive repercussions in the area of public health. The research seeks to answer the following question: “What are the impacts of water aerobics on the health and quality of life of the elderly?” To this end, we set the objective of analyzing the contributions of water aerobics to improving the health and quality of life of the elderly. The research is a literature review with a qualitative approach. A digital platform used by Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) as a reference source. The descriptors used were the following: Water aerobics; Elderly; Health. The Booleans AND and OR were used to create the descriptor indices. The results found are four articles that addressed the review topic. Through an in-depth analysis of the articles, it was possible to gain a greater understanding of the importance of water aerobics in the lives of elderly people. We conclude that fit elderly people, guided by health professionals and after evaluating their individual requirements, should adopt water aerobics as a valuable means of improving their quality of life.Item A relação entre saúde e saneamento básico a partir do papel das tarifas sociais(2023-04-26) Nascimento, Jacielle Pauline Lima do; Gomes, Sónia Maria Fonseca Pereira Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9795791528582607; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8959440966860066In Brazil, public authorities face difficulties in ensuring the universalization of sanitation services, which mainly affects economically vulnerable families. In Pernambuco, it is no different, as its capital presents great challenges in providing continuous service of treated water supply, exacerbating the social inequalities present in the region. Thus, the objective of this work is to portray the correlation between health and sanitation, highlighting the role of subsidy policies in meeting the goals of universalizing services. In addition, it presents studies on the entry of private initiatives in the sanitation sector, which is one of the proposals of the new regulatory framework for basic sanitation in the country. However, the privatization of sanitation services is strongly criticized by experts, given the negative experiences in other countries, where several concessions were terminated due to the precariousness of services and the tariff increases felt by users. In this scenario, social tariffs emerge as an important tool to ensure access to basic sanitation services for low-income populations. However, this research pointed out the need for a review of the social tariff model that allocates the entire low-income population to a single group, ignoring their consumption specificities. In this sense, it is essential to conduct new studies regarding the tariff structure, especially regarding subsidy policies, aimed at ensuring continuous access to sanitation services for poor users.Item Produção do conhecimento em Educação Física escolar: a questão da saúde(2021-02-23) Sena, Ângela Souza Pantaleão de; Paiva, Andréa Carla de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1546386833032185; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6515200410221210This work aims to analyze the health concepts implicit in the monographs produced in the Physical Education Degree Course at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), based on the mapping of these productions and identifying their contributions to the understanding of the concept of health in the context of the formation of Physical Education teachers. To this end, we carried out a qualitative research, of documentary type, having as main source, the monographs whose objects of study present the relationship between Health, Physical Education and School, delivered in the period of 2013-2019, considering those that were available online line until March 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began, published in the Integrated Library System / UFRPE. Thus, we realized that, of the 142 monographs that we accessed for analysis, only 4 of them are directly related to the topic in question, which indicated that the individual perspective is still a strong presence in the authors' references, pointing out the need to expand the studies, and a closer relationship with references that address health in a collective perspective, for Physical Education to advance in its field of intervention.Item O conceito de saúde na representação social de estudantes do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco(2022-06-03) Toledo, Gerlaine Alves; Lindoso, Rosângela Cely Branco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3076590717855221In order to research the Social Representation of students of the Degree in Physical Education at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, this research was used as a database for texts published between the years 2012 and 2021 on the Scielo website. Searches were made with the descriptors Physical Education and Health and found 12 works previously selected during the research, with relevant parameters to contribute to the understanding of how the concept of health is found in society and understanding of the objective of this study. The results were included in an elaborate table, identifying the authors, the type, objectives, results and year of publication of the work. For the survey of the Social Representation of the concept of Health of the students of the Degree in Physical Education at UFRPE, a questionnaire was prepared, which could not be applied in person because of maintaining social distance as a preventive measure caused by the Pandemic caused by Covid-19. 19. So, for this reason, the questionnaire was applied online through the Google Forms platform, using the Free Word Association method containing 6 questions; being 3 for personal identification and 3 related to understanding about health. The questionnaire was disseminated in the course students' WhatsApp groups, resulting in a number of 37 volunteers. And as a result, it was possible to perceive a greater number of answers obtained by the students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd period, which resulted in a relationship between health more focused on food. In order to understand this result, it must be taken into account that the answers of students in the first periods are still based on common sense and knowledge is a progression that is obtained throughout the graduation. Based on this result, a new research is indicated in the final periods of the course with these same volunteers from the 3 initial periods, for a more satisfactory survey of the research, with the deconstruction of common sense and with a more scientific basis.Item Adequação as boas práticas, direito do consumidor e atividades de produção no Restaurante Skillus: relatório de Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório(2019) Santiago, Júlia Bianca Ferreira; Alves Filho, Francisco Valerio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5867822941885322The “Good Practices” (RDC 216/2004) are the basis of the functioning ofa professional kitchen for they ensure safety and avoid the contamination of the work environment, the workers and the final consumer. Likewise, the law 8.078/1990 (Consumers Defense Code) has the intent of protecting the citizens against damages caused by producers or service providers, this way it is necessary to make use of both to analyze such kitchens. In this work will be described the production, cleaning and maintenance procedures in the Skillus restaurant’s kitchen and such procedures will be compared to what is considered correct by such standards with the aim of comprehending if the activities occur correctly and if this kitchen can be considered adequate for the consumer’s safety.Item Relação entre saneamento básico e indicadores de saúde: panorama Brasil, Nordeste e Pernambuco(2019) Lins, Julia Camila de Barros; Gomes, Sónia Maria Fonseca Pereira Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9795791528582607Mortality indicators have improved considerably in recent decades. From 2016, however, the movement became the reverse and mortality rates showed a growth trend. These facts coincide with the stagnation of investment in sanitation. The present study proposes to provide a temporal overview of the current sanitation and health conditions in three geographic units: Brazil, Northeast and Pernambuco. Thus, one can also investigate whether there is a correlation between sanitation and health indicators. This panorama was constructed from data from IBGE, SNIS and DATASUS, between the years 2006-2016. It was verified by the analysis made the stagnation in the investment in sanitation and persistent deficit in the coverage of sanitary sewage throughout the country. At the same time, mortality rates due to morbidity, which were falling significantly until 2008, have since been unevenly trajectory in all geographic units studied.
