As oportunidades futuras incluem investigar novos compostos bioativos, desenvolver produtos farmacêuticos e nutracêuticos e promover práticas apícolas sustentáveis.

One in nine people in the world do not have access to enough quality food to maintain a nutritional range corresponding to a healthy life. In Latin America, Brazil is an important global food producer with great potential to expand supply. Brazil has a potential of approximately 14% of the global capacities for incorporating new unproductive areas for irrigated agriculture. Agriculture is one of the activities that most demand the use of water for growing food and maintaining crops in different regions of the world, as well as the need to manage and improve water efficiency is in evidence worldwide. Science is continually looking to mitigate water loss in irrigation, and the mobile drip irrigation system (MDI) has particularities that can help reduce some parameters, such as reducing water runoff. In this sense, the objective of this study was to understand the current state of scientific production on the MDI System, through a systematic review with analysis of scientometric and bibliometric indicators. The distribution of study sites suggests a local interest from the United States and Brazil. The most frequent terms analyzed in the word cloud from the titles of the articles focus on words related to irrigation and the most frequent terms in the cloud referring to the words used in the abstracts show an emphasis on irrigation systems, management and efficiency in use from water. When analyzing the networks by co-occurrence of words, it was observed that the synergy occurs around the term drip irrigation, with terms that demonstrate a trend in soil moisture and soil water, water management. The US is the country where the largest number of MDI-related articles are located. Finally, the potential collaborations of the factorial analysis verified two clusters focused on issues of irrigation systems and the management and management of water use, thus it is concluded that the authors are aiming at a new technology, in which irrigation is interconnected with the water usemanagement.

CRISPR-Cas9 no setor florestal: uma abordagem cienciométrica
(2021-12-09) Braz, Luísa Silva; Gallo, Ricardo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5160912065817980; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2573015676942351
CRISPR-Cas9 is a genetic editing technique that works like a pair of scissors, adding new information to the DNA after “cutting” it into a small, previously programmed part. This technological innovation brings great potential for the genetic improvement of plants, as it has a low cost and is simple to implement, when compared to other biotechnological techniques. Therefore, this work aimed to carry out a scientometric survey of research on CRISPR-Cas9 applied in the forest sector. Using the bibliometric method, the term “CRISPR-Cas9” combined with the following words was searched in the Web of Science and Scopus databases: "plant breeding", "tree", "forestry", "tree breeding"; “forest”. The articles obtained were analyzed on bibliometrix, generating data for scientometric analysis. A huge growth in the number of publications on the topic was observed, as of 2014. It was also found that 10 journals form the core of publications on the topic, according to Bradford's Law; and that the main publishers are: International Journal of Molecular Science, Frontiers in Plant Science and Plant Biotechnology Journal. The magazines with the greatest impact were: Plant Biotechnology Journal and Nature Communications. The most prominent authors were: Zhang Y, with 24 articles published, Li Y, with 19, Wang Y, with 17, Wang X, with 15 and Liu Y, with 11. In the analysis of Lotka's Law, we could see that 79 .3% of authors wrote only 1 article each on this topic, while few authors had a high number of publications. The survey also provided the researchers' affiliations. The University of California, South China Agricultural University, and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences are standind out with a high number of publications. The theme is being researched mainly in institutions in the United States and Asia, with research being carried out in Brazil. The words (Keywords Plus): "gene editing", "genetics", "plant breeding", "article" and "nonhuman" were the most cited in the articles, as for the keywords of the authors of the articles: tomato, potato, rice , Populus and Bombyx mori L., presented high frequency. Research involving CRISPR-Cas9 in forestry production is still in its beginning, noting that species of the genus Populus stood out in several studies, however it is possible to observe a considerable advance for agricultural crops, such as rice, tomatoes and potatoes. Forest species are still in the initial stages of using this technique, but they have great potential for improvement in clones and hybrids of species of commercial interest.

(2021-07-09) Carvalho, Robson Oliveira de; Cunha, Márcio Vieira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8936474723708253
Bibliometric analyzes arise in response to the large amount of information generated by scientific production activities in a specific area of knowledge and the need to store, categorize, quantify and qualify such a large volume of information. Silvopastoral systems are integrated systems that seek to benefit from the relationship between animals, pasture and the use of tree species within the agricultural production system. With numerous benefits, this system alleviates one of the main problems of pastures, the degradation caused by several factors. Over the years, there has been an increase in the interest of the academic and scientific community regarding silvopastoral systems, generating more and more research and articles on the subject and promoting the technological development of the practice. Therefore, the objective of this work was to analyze the scientific production on silvopastoral systems in the last 30 years through bibliometric indicators in the Web of Science database. It was observed that Brazil (2nd place), together with the USA (1st place), stands out in the publication on the subject. Most of the work was carried out by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (EMBRAPA) and financed by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). The authors who produced the most scientific articles on the subject are affiliated with the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) in Spain, namely Rodrigues, A. R. (27 articles) and Losada, M. R. M. (26 articles). Regarding journals, more than 28% of the articles were published in Agroforestry Systems. The main keywords used in the articles were agroforestry, silvopasture and shading. The most present species and genera within the evaluated works were Brachiaria brizantha, Leucaena, Eucalyptus and Pinus radiata, and the animals were cattle and sheep. Bibliometric studies play an important socioeconomic role in determining the trends and directions of the desired area of knowledge within the scope of scientific research, benefiting decision-making by governments and research/financing agencies. When applied to the topic of Silvipastoral Systems, these studies allow determining a timeline, observing the growing interest of researchers in the topic, especially between 2017 and 2020.

(2021-07-09) Barros, Eveline Maria de; Cunha, Márcio Vieira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8936474723708253; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9746268668354240
Bibliometrics is an area of study in librarianship and science and technology dedicated to collecting, analyzing and evaluating the quantitative aspects related to the production and dissemination of information published in the media. Indicators from bibliometric studies can be useful for the planning and execution of public policies, in addition to being a means of finding out which are the most recurrent studies in a given area of knowledge and as a source of new themes for future projects. The objective of this work is to study the scientific production on forage cactus in the Web of Science (WoS) database. The forage cactus was chosen as the theme because of its importance for arid and semi-arid regions, emphasizing its relevance in the Brazilian Northeast. The data were obtained using the terms "Opuntia" and "forage" as search criteria, where data from 285 articles in the period 1945 to 2020 were analyzed. Aspects such as the amount of annual publication, authors who produce the most on the topic, were considered. more relevant funding agencies, more productive educational and research institutions, more recurrent publishing sources, countries that are more productive, most used languages and keywords. Through bibliometric analysis on scientific production in the Web of Science database, it was possible to identify productivity trends on forage cactus. The publication range found was from 1991 to 2020, with significant growth from 2006 and peaking in 2020. Most research institutions, funding and journals were Brazilian, US or Mexican, which indicates that they are the countries that most do and invest in research with forage cactus. Most of the most productive authors are linked to a Brazilian teaching and research institution, corroborating the production of research institutions and countries as a whole. The most recurrent themes are directly linked to previously determined search terms and the themes of the most current articles are related to the environment. Through these results, the researcher will be able to have a basis to make decisions regarding the best options according to their criteria, whether they are related to publication sources, research institutions, language to be used, among others.

(2022-06-02) Costa, Bruno Borba Santos Ferreira; Olivera Gálvez, Alfredo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7002327312102794; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0090047327576200
Triploidy can be defined as the presence of three complete sets of chromosomes in cells. The induction of this state can be performed in some animals as a method to obtain advantageous characteristics for aquaculture. The present study aims to provide a bibliometric analysis on research trends related to the use of triploidy in marine organisms. The analysis included scientific productions indexed to the Scopus and Web of Science databases, from 1984 to 2021. The compiled data was converted to the R-data reading format with the RStudio software along with the use of the Bibliometrix package. The analyzes were performed using the Biblioshiny tool. A total of 190 articles published among 78 different journals were obtained, with the participation of 619 authors and collaboration between different countries. For the period analyzed, there was an annual growth rate of publications of 7.36%. Canada, the United States and Norway were the countries with the highest number of publications. The most frequent topics were represented on a thematic map according to a ranking of centrality and density. Topics such as "growth", "survival", "sterility", "Atlantic salmon", and "Crassostrea gigas" were classified as basic themes, with great relevance for the structuring of the research field, but still in development. These data provide important information on trends in triploidy studies with marine organisms, contributing to future studies in this field of research.
