Item Gestão ambiental municipal: o caso do município de Carpina, Pernambuco(2019-11-27) Marques, Jonathas Gomes de Carvalho; Luna, Adriana Dornelas de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6673911878065454; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5660568289427068For centuries the negative environmental impacts became known and felt, requiring action to resolve these consequences: environmental management was born. Thus, the present study aimed to understand how environmental management occurs in the municipality of Carpina-PE. For that, an exploratory research was used, with a qualitative approach, with the application of interview with the Manager of the Integrated Management Unit of Environmental Management (UIGA) of the State Environmental Agency (CPRH). Finally, the documents of the municipalities of Carpina and CPRH databases were checked in order to compare with the reality found in the region and with the pertinent legislation, namely: Complementary Law (LC) n. 140/11. In view of the above, it was noticed that the municipality of Carpina, despite obtaining potential, regarding the possibility of decentralization of the activities, carried out by the CPRH, through the presence of professionals qualified for such task, do not have, however, municipal environment, relevant legislation and acting Council of Environment. It is, therefore, recommended that the municipality legislate environmental norms that are efficient and effective at the local level; make the Municipal Environmental Council acting; in addition to implementing the Municipal Environment Fund.Item Gestão prisional: ressocialização através da educação e profissionalização do preso(2019-11-27) Rêgo, Carlos André de Barros; Moura, Ana Carla Paiva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5199273241058354; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9976593931192519This study aimed to analyze the reality of a Paraíba State Maximum Security Penitentiary, demonstrating the need to promote the resocialization of the prisoner or convicted, termed by humanists as re-educating through formal education, training, professionalization and citizenship. The Government is responsible for promoting the most varied mechanisms in order to resocialize prisoners, developing their morality and professionalism so they can return to society and not relapse, demonstrating that prisons are not schools of crime, but a place where the convicted is to fulfill his sentence and to improve his character through personal promotion. It can be seen that the reality shown in this research does not represent the total reality of the Brazilian prison system nor the Estate of Paraíba. The study was based on Laws, Decrees, doctrine, reference documents, as well as observation of reality. It was observed that the resocialization of the inmate is possible. Thus, you can understand how the quality of the climate can influence the behavior of people within this organization, considering how to analyze it, assess its quality, identifying as variables that interfere positively and negatively, and finally describe the behavior of employees within the framework of personal and professional relationships to estimate their satisfaction with the company in which they work. Since it was highlighted by Fleury (2002), a satisfaction interferes in the motivation of the employees, bringing as a consequence the negative results for the organization and they do not reach the pre-applied goals. For this, a quantitative research, exploratory / descriptive and field research was carried out in the organization. With results obtained, perceived or climatic, the positive results and with few points are better, so that the employees feel motivated to use their functions, but the professional growth in the organization of better performances is always maintained. However, consider the organization itself, the implementation of strategic public management and the measures that result in quality of life in the work of employees, improving teamwork.Item A Lei da Transparência na gestão pública municipal: um estudo de caso(2020-05-18) Freire Junior, Luciano Galvão; Correia Neto, Jorge da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6369240444943934; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0044703870148646The collection of citizens for improvements in public management has become more effective with the new mechanisms of supervision and participation, especially from the so-called Transparency Law and other Laws and Decrees that complemented it. In this context, the federal government also created the Transparent Brazil Scale (EBT), to measure the degree of transparency of Brazilian municipalities. Thus, given the difficulties of small Brazilian municipalities, we sought to investigate how the Transparency Law was assimilated and managed by the public management of the municipality of Serra Talhada/PE, which in 2018 obtained a maximum score in the EBT. An exploratory-descriptive research was carried out, comparing the dimensions of EBT in the websites of four large municipalities of the Pernambuco hinterland (Serra Talhada, Salgueiro, Caruaru and Petrolina), in order to discover how the availability of information by municipal public managers can open a communication channel essential to the needs of society. It is perceived that a municipal public manager will be better fulfilling his role when he publishes all the necessary information for the citizen. To the extent that it complies with one of the five principles of Brazilian public administration, publicize, the municipal manager provides an important communication channel, which can, in turn, improve interactivity with the population.Item Impactos das ações públicas e não governamentais de desenvolvimento numa propriedade rural(2020-05-29) Santos, Adreanne Maria Lima Bem dos; Bilar, Alexsandro Bezerra Correia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4369592935630639; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6724292089914681The presence of the Government and Third Sector Organizations in rural communities ensures access and implementation of Public Policies, Programs and Projects that aim to promote rural development and coexistence with the Semiarid Region. But how do public and non-governmental actions influence the rural development of rural communities in the Sertão do Pajeú? Do programs, projects and actions generate socioeconomic and environmental impacts in these communities? This study seeks to analyze some aspects of rural development considering public policies on access to water and promotion of agricultural production. It aimed to identify the socioeconomic and environmental impacts of public and non-governmental actions on a site of the Rural Community Sítio Enjeitado, in Triunfo/PE, Sertão do Pajeú. This is a case study in which the results showed that public and non-governmental actions aimed at promoting rural development in the studied property caused the following impacts: strengthening of production, outflow in markets that demand higher quality of production, improvement in quality of life, preservation and conservation of the environment through sustainable production techniques.Item Participação popular e controle social como instrumentos de gestão pública: estudo de caso em municípios da 6ª REGIÃO PATOS-PB(2020-04-30) Gomes, Escarião da Nóbrega; Pinho, Marco Aurélio Benevides de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3768562909435522The present work aims to analyze the democratic budget of the State of Paraíba, as a tool to fulfill popular demands, based on the 6th region of the Municipality of Patos-PB, in the cycles of the year 2011 to 2018. Thus, in an attempt to to achieve such objectives, a documentary search on the topic was carried out, in a magazine, newspapers, articles and documents from the state of Paraíba, where it is up to us to discuss the results of this research, in order to answer some of the proposed gaps and objectives. Therefore, the characteristics that define ODE-PB according to its standards were presented, as well as its institutionalization and the applied methodology. The variables were consecutively analyzed, taking into account popular participation, the resources allocated to the State Democratic Budget, and making a comparison with the State Budget of Paraíba, which in turn has to be approved by the Budget Law. The (Financial Dimension) and variable channels and Methods for the dissemination of results must also be taken into account, showing the greatest transparency together with the OP Project - Participatory budget. In this context, the Administrative Dimension is inserted. Therefore, the state showed that the OD of Paraíba, was quite favorable in terms of citizen participation in issues of population involvement that claiming a better life, prioritizing basic actions such as health, education, public security, water supply and infrastructure. It is concluded that the state OD of Paraíba, has always been aimed at a better distribution of resources, especially in the 6th region Patos-PB, where it achieved its objective, scoring with performance and seriousness. Once all the claims pointed out at the regional hearings have been met.Item Atuação dos Núcleos Docentes Estruturantes – NDE e as políticas de avaliação de cursos de graduação: um estudo da validação das bibliografias das unidades curriculares de cursos de graduação da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco – UFRPE(2020-07-20) Santos, Maria Wellita Bezerra dos; Albuquerque, José de Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9237596885624950; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9302438590134870The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of the Structuring Teachers Group (NDEs), in the appropriation of institutional assessment policies related to the validation of bibliographic materials for the construction of Course Pedagogical Projects (PPCs), and how they have acted in order to meet internal and external institutional evaluation policies related to the validation of bibliographic materials for the construction of PPCs. The investigation was carried out through interviews with coordinators of undergraduate courses, who also accumulate the role of President of the NDE of their courses. The results indicate that there is a need to build a dialogue between the actors involved regarding the instruments and criteria used to validate the basic and complementary bibliographies, as well as the elaboration and execution of an adequacy report model to be used by the NDEs at UFRPE.Item A ética na formação do educando como um ser social(2020-06-09) Alves, Fernando José; Correia Neto, Jorge da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6369240444943934; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7224777480894951Ethics deals with the formation of the character of people, institutions and peoples, allowing us to be aware. Therefore, there is a dialogical capacity among themselves, however it is factual that we need to cultivate habits that transform us internally through good works, the human being, while being sociable, needs each other in order to survive in a dignified and respectful way, thus feeding a just society and egalitarian, promoting freedom among his countrymen. This study aims to analyze the education of students for society. In this way, we need to reflect and question how the ethical and moral formation of the student is taking place in the school environment. Methodology: This descriptive research carried out an analysis of a qualitative (inductive) approach to the referenced data from the questionnaire answered by students in the 1st year of high school at the public school, EREM Des. José Neves Filho, located in Cajueiro Seco, Jaboatão dos Guararapes-PE. Involving 110 students, where we raise questions about ethics, morals and their teaching at school. Results: There was a minimum awareness about the ethics and morals of students at school. This training in its ethical / moral context tends to form a citizen focused on the discussion of their duties and rights within the community, however in the pedagogical praxis the presence of all those involved is essential. Conclusions: awareness of the minimum values necessary for humanized coexistence in bilateral relations was highlighted in this research. In addition, prior knowledge is present in the social context, where a maximum ethics aimed at happiness is sought.
