The research covers since the first legislation in Brazil, which is the Law for the Disinherited Children of Luck, in 1926, until the enactment of Law 13.509/2017. The text highlights the Law 12.010/09, entitled New Adoption Law, addressing its changes. The data from the new online panel of the National Adoption and Reception System (SNA, in Portuguese), implemented nationwide in 2019, show that the number of children and adolescents sheltered in foster care in Brazil is high. Based on these data, and through a review of materials and documents already published on this topic, this article seeks to expose the journey that adoption legislation has taken in Brazil. First of all, adoption had a character of religious charity, after which it started to have a primary function, to satisfy couples who could not have children. Then, the adoption became an institution of heirs. Nowadays, it is seen as an institute of solidarity, with the aim of helping institutionalized minors, providing a home and a family for these children and adolescents, equated to their legitimate children.Item Análise do consumo da classe trabalhadora na cadeira têxtil de confecções em Pernambuco(2018-08-20) Lima, Yanca Larissa Moura; Rocha, Maria Alice Vasconcelos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6818128111009316; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4086323190799195From observations on collaborative store of Marco Pernambucano of fashion, the interest in studying fashion and clothing consumption by the working class in society and how this influences the development and consumption Organization of Textile and clothing Chain of Pernambuco. Problems exist related to the distribution of natural reservoirs and the population density, since there is not equivalency between the quantity of the available water and the populational density. Besides, poor use and undesirable attacks to the water source has turned the planet potable water into improper for its use in the natural form. The water is indispensable for everything and everyone: the food chain, agriculture and cattle and even for tourism and leisure. Of all the available sources, the underground sources are the ones that offer the highest quality, for that reason they are much used by human consume and industrial production, being food, medication, and general use. The current essay of major completion (TCC) has as its purpose to analyze the physio chemical and microbiological characteristics of the potable water used for the consume of employees of a public company of the state of Pernambuco, based on the evaluation of the implemented good practices, as well as the implementation of the APPCC system. The water used by the company is from an underground source, from a crafted well. From the months of July to November of 2020 there were analyzed documents related to the physio chemical and microbiological parameters: heterotrophic bacteria, total Coliforms and Escherichi coli, accordingly, to validated methods by SMWW. The results showed macrobiotic load in the researched points and in the 3 kinds of analyzed microorganisms (˂1.0 to 7.9x10 UFC/mL to heterotrophic; ˂1.0 CFU/mL to Total Coliforms and ˂1.0 CFU/mL to E. coli) much inferior to the maximum allowed by the current legislation, which is 500 UFC/mL, absence/100mL and absence/100mL, respectively. As for the physical and pH parameters, it was observed variations: pH=5.3 to 6.6; Color= 10 to 44uH; Turbidity= 1 to 8 UT and Free residual chloride= 0.02 to 0.66mg/L. These results allowed to conclude that: in every analyzed data and during the period that was studied, the water used in the company fits the potability standards for the physio chemical and microbiological parameters; the used water treatment in the public company of the state of Pernambuco, consisting of the disinfection, filtration, stocking and distribution steps, is enough to support and guarantee the water quality; observed inconstancies in the physio chemical parameters of the pH, color, turbidity and free residual chloride did not compromise the quality of the water for human consumption stablished by the 2914 regulation from 12/12/2021.Item Atendimento às normas do Ministério da Agricultura para a conservação de carne bovina resfriada, nos pontos de venda em Camaragibe - PE(2021-07-23) Rocha, Maria Cristina; Pires, Edleide Maria Freitas; Barreto, Larissa Santana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2823183610144405; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0468713660747009; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1236703210006106Brazil produces around 10 million tons of beef, from which approximately 20% are exported to other countries following rigorous quality standards. High-quality food is an important factor in its consumption. The goal of this research was to verify if current legislation for slices of beef exposed in supermarkets of Camaragibe city is being enforced correctly. Especially in terms of temperature conditions in the beef storages according to the legislation, and to present suggestions to enhance these conditions to minimize the issues found. It has been selected a sample of five sale points, where was collected six pieces of beef from each supermarket. It has been considered two types of cuts (“patinho” and “peito”). Hence, in total 30 meat samples, which were packed using high-density polyethylene plastic, i.e., following the same conditions as offered to regular customers. To evaluate the temperature conditions, it was used a portable multi-function digital thermometer with a metallic rod and -50ºC to 300ºC measurement capacity. Two out of five sites had visible thermometers and exposed enough pieces in the glass case. In regards to the temperature conditions of the beef, only one site has followed the regulations of the “regulatory standard n° 4/2014 – DIVISA/SVS/SES”. Therefore, only six out of the 30 samples have followed the current regulations of ideal temperature for refrigerated meat. The results allowed us to identify the need for the enforcement of best practices, assessment systems, and training programs to employees, as well as the means to certify the production chain of refrigerated meat. It has been suggested the deployment of the APPCC system on the manipulation and exposition of refrigerated meat, which is to be adopted by every stakeholder of the production line.Item Atendimento às normas do Ministério da Agricultura para a conservação de carne de frango resfriada, nos pontos de venda em Recife - PE(2021) Silva, Bernadete de Lourdes Viégas da; Pires, Edleide Maria Freitas; Barreto, Larissa Santana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2823183610144405; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0468713660747009The chicken meat production in Brazil surpasses 13 million tons, where 31% are exported and 69% supply the internal market, guaranteeing an annual consumption of 45.27 kilos of chicken meat per inhabitant. Its consumption is linked to several factors, such as being healthier, flavor, and lower price. This study aims at verifying if the selling of chicken meat in supermarkets of Recife is being practiced following the commercialization standards of current legislation. This work verified if the temperature where the meat is exposed is following the conditions presented by the legislation. We also present suggestions intended to improve the current conditions of storage, exposition, and selling of this product. It has been selected a sample of five sale points, where was collected six pieces of beef from each supermarket. It has been considered two types of cuts (chicken breast and chicken thigh). Hence, 30 meat samples in total. The samples were conditioned in polyethylene plastic bags or polystyrene boxes, simulating the same conditions the product is offered to regular customers. To evaluate the temperature conditions, a portable multi-function digital thermometer was used with a metallic rod and -50ºC to 300ºC measurement capacity, and 0,1ºC resolution. All of the five sites had visible thermometers and exposed enough pieces in the glass case. However, in one of the sites, the device presented a biased temperature. Four out of five sites had the correct number of pieces allowed to be exposed simultaneously. Regarding the temperature conditions of the chicken meat, only two sites have followed the regulations of the “regulatory standard n° 4/2014 – DIVISA/SVS/SES”. Therefore, only 13 out of the 30 samples (43%) have followed the current regulations of ideal temperature for refrigerated chicken meat. Therefore, approximately 57% of the visited places followed the regulation standards. The results allowed us to identify that especially the smaller stores face struggles to meet the regulations for accommodation and the ideal temperature of chicken meat, which impact the quality of the product for end consumers. It has been suggested the deployment of training programs to employees so that the quality and best-practices of the selling of chicken meat and its nutritional value can be kept. In consequence, improving the food safety for the clients.Item Avaliação do nível de conhecimento e de consumo de crianças e adolescentes sobre hortaliças e frutas versus guloseimas(2018-08-27) Felipe, Suzi Maria de Albuquerque; Saraiva, Joseana Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2009197399132834This study presents the results of the Obligatory Supervised Internship (ESO), a compulsory component of the Curricular Matrix of the Bachelor Course in Domestic Economy, developed at the Center for Studies and Research in Public Policies for Childhood and Adolescence - NEPIAD / Department of Domestic Sciences (DCD) / UFRPE. The results found showed that of the individuals participating in the research, 56.9% had no idea whata special coffee is. Coffee is the second most appreciated drink by respondents and the type ofcoffee most consumed is traditional, however the consumption of specialty coffees has been increasing due to discoveries related to its sensory characteristics. There is a direct relationship between the increase in income and the increase in the number of consumers of specialty coffees, it was also observed that in order to try such a product it is necessary to have an income that can afford the costs of social pleasure added to it. It was seen that, even in the face of the economic crisis, consumption increased due to the status provided, evidencing the need that individuals feel to belong to a certain groupItem Consumidores/as endividados/as e a cidadania financeira: os dilemas consumeristas dos/as usuários/as do Proendividados(2020-10-10) Barros, Naylline Hills de Albuquerque; Albuquerque, Hortência Cruz de; Silva, Laurileide Barbosa da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7869325906861017; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4316127961561473; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1375627667531678The supply of credit to the Brazilian population has grown significantly in recent years. However, the context in which this inclusion in the financial market took place brought alarming rates of family indebtedness. This problem aroused interest in promoting actions aimed at its prevention, as well as improving the relationship between individuals and finances. One of the institutions that comprised the proposal was the Central Bank of Brazil, aiming to spread financial citizenship, a concept recently discussed, which refers to the exercise of the rights and duties of individuals with regard to financial life. Financial citizenship is supported by a context of financial inclusion and education, consumer protection, and participation in the dialogue with the National Financial System. In this sense, the experience lived as a volunteer student, in the Program for the Treatment of Super-indebted Consumers (PROENDIVIDADOS) guided the accomplishment of this work, which had as its proposed objectives: to analyze financial citizenship in the daily life of indebted consumers and, specifically, to characterize the profile of users of PROENDIVIDADOS, identifying the main problems presented by consumers and assessing the exercise of financial citizenship based on the experiences of users of PROENDIVIDADOS. The methodological path adopted was based on the qualitative approach, with participant observation as an instrument of data collection. The results show that the consumers served by PROENDIVIDADOS, most of them are retired and that they have been exercising financial citizenship in a precarious way, mainly due to the way in which they are financially included, without access due to financial education and weakened in your protection. However, these factors show the urgency of actions that expand access to financial citizenship, in its broadest sense, a job to be carried out continuously and systematically, through the cooperation of different bodies, whether public or private, with the due responsibility of the State.Item O cotidiano das famílias pertencentes à comunidade remanescente de quilombo que aderem as denominações pentecostais(2020) Souza, Clarice Andrade de Melo; Maciel, Michelle Cristina Rufino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9534230023921784; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4573279552778289This study is the result of the Supervised Mandatory Internship (ESO) linked to the SISAN project Universities UFRPE - UFPB - UFRN.
