The The purpose of this study is to evaluate the physical spaces, furniture, equipment and pedagogical materials of the institutions of Early Childhood Education of the municipal network of the city of Recife / PE, based on the National Policy on Early Childhood Education (2004), Basic Infrastructure Parameters for Institution of (2006), the National Quality Parameters for Early Childhood Education (2006), the Quality Indicators for Early Childhood Education (2009), the Manual of technical guidelines - furniture and school equipment for Early Childhood Education (2017) and the Descriptive Manual for acquisition of children's furniture (2012), elaborated by MEC, based on the method of the Ergonô Analysis and its influence on the planning and constitution of pedagogical spaces. It is a quantile-based study, characterized as a case, whose method of analysis is based on the method of analysis of the built space, based on the ergonomic analysis of work - AET that aims to adapt the space to the user. For data collection, we used the structured interview, followed by a questionnaire with open and closed questions that were tabulated, categorized and analyzed using the Social Representations as a method of analysis. In order to observe and analyze the aspects related to physical spaces, furniture, equipment and pedagogical materials, from the perspective of the Ergonomic Analysis of work, a Child Education institution was selected, considering its specificity in relation to the aspects to be observed. The results show in relation to the mapping that the Education Network of the City of Recife has 79 institutions of Early Childhood Education distributed 6 Regions Administrative Policies, which serve 7,193 children, according to mapping, in the age group of 0 to 5 years. Regarding the profile of the workers of these institutions, the results show the predominance of females, with a higher concentration of the age group between 28 and 38 years and 38 to 48 years, making the population as adult and economically active. Schooling focuses on higher education in all its functions, with the exception of trainees. Wages, as a rule, are low, varying from less than 1 minimum wage for trainees and from 1 to 2 minimum wages for most of the rest of the interviewees, classified in the poverty line. The process of analyzing social representations about physical spaces, furniture and pedagogical materials allowed us to unveil the professionals' perceptions of how they should be thought and how these dimensions are perceived about the institutions of Early Childhood Education, offering important information to support the improvement of spaces, furniture, equipment and educational materials in an ergonomic perspective. The analysis of the dimensions investigated shows the inadequacy of these dimensions in relation to what determines the documents elaborated by the MEC and is fundamental to intervene in the perspective of improving the quality standard of the pedagogical spaces of the institutions of Early Childhood Education according to their conditions , defining their priorities and charting a way forward in the construction of a significant pedagogical and social work that promotes the integral development of children, considering their demands and needs.Item Análise do consumo da classe trabalhadora na cadeira têxtil de confecções em Pernambuco(2018-08-20) Lima, Yanca Larissa Moura; Rocha, Maria Alice Vasconcelos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6818128111009316; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4086323190799195From observations on collaborative store of Marco Pernambucano of fashion, the interest in studying fashion and clothing consumption by the working class in society and how this influences the development and consumption Organization of Textile and clothing Chain of Pernambuco. For this purpose, it has as its general objective: to evaluate the compatibility of furniture and equipment used by users in minimal dwellings. Considering that in recent years, housing has been increasingly reduced, be it access via private initiative or through Government programs, the fact is that the progressive reduction of spaces has brought questions about how to compose minimal areas, with compatible furniture, which allows the functionality of these environments and ensure comfort for users. In this way the work sought through the specific objectives: to describe how the appropriation of spaces is being made through the use and disposition of furniture and equipment, as well as to verify, by measuring measures, whether the minimum dwellings meet the criteria of NBR 15575 -1. The methodology adopted for the qualitative research included bibliographic survey, data collection from technical visits, on-site observation, interview and photographic record. The results point to the need to determine more demanding criteria in relation to functionality in popular housing since users will not always have access to bespoke furniture as a way to compensate for the lack of internal space.Item Obesidade infantil: uma visão interdisciplinar(2019) Silva, Tiago Cícero da; Silva, Celiane Gomes Maia da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3760947810306402Overweight is already a problem that affects 1/5 of the child population and can result in a future generation of obese as obese children become obese adolescents and 80% of them reach adulthood also with obesity. There are several factors that generate this serious problem, among them are the influence of the media, poor eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, genetic factors and / or the combination of these and other elements. The objective of this monograph was to carry out a bibliographic survey on the subject of childhood obesity, with emphasis on the influence of the media, the perception of parents and the importance of the school.Searches were conducted using online databases such as Google ScholarandScientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo). From the works used in this research it was observed that the influence of the media and advertisements on the eating behavior of children and adolescents, as well as the time spent with television, internet and electronic games, is great. The family plays a very important role with regard to children's eating habits, as it is often the eatinghabits that it offers that will define which foods will be part of the child's taste. The school also has a great responsibility in the nutritional question, it is their duty to offer a nutritionally rich and diversified snack, both parties must work in tune to achieve the desired result. Therefore, it is essential that there be professional follow-up for the diagnosis of overweight or obesity in children and guidance on the most appropriate treatment. Parents and caregivers should be aware of the problem and should seek effective and sustainable strategies in the individual, family, school, community and other spaces where the child is inserted, so that the adoption of healthier living habits facilitated and promoted.Item Avaliação ergonômica no conjunto habitacional "Abençoada por Deus"(2019) Lima, Lucicleia Maria de; Miguel, Ângela Maria; Santiago, Maria de Fátima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0384247975456633; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2733592316862373; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6185480830915378The present work aimed to perform an ergonomic evaluation in the “Blessed by God” housing development, as well as the distribution of public facilities and the beneficiaries' satisfaction with the housing, being an exploratory and therefore qualitative research. The interest in housing research arises from the Ergonomics and Inclusiveness Discipline, offered by the Home Economics Course, where it was possible to verify few demands on comfort assessment for housing units aimed at the popular classes, because housing is a factor of profound impact on health by the length of stay during the day. Even though the right to housing has figured since the 1988 Constitution, and its guarantee implemented by governments through housing policies, the amount is very small given the existing deficit beyond the minimum offered. Using the Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET) tool, information was collected regarding the problems faced by the residents of the Housing through informal conversation, regarding environmental comfort, sizing and accessibility, as well as a bibliographic research in relation to the topics addressed; Then, the functions performed in the environments and the available equipment were identified. Then the analysis of the activity or analysis of the physical environment of the task implied the survey with instruments and specific techniques of the physicaldata of the environment -lighting, noise, temperature, ventilation and distribution of furniture. For analysis, the measurement data were distributed in tables and the dimensions collected to be verified according to the indicated regulation. From these analyzes it was possible to measure all the dynamics and difficulties in this type of housing.Item Uniformes dos Garis do Município de Olinda:: um diagnóstico para identificar os riscos à saúde decorrente da exposição aos Raios Ultravioleta (RUV)(2019) Pinto, Débora Carla Costa; Martins, Etienne Amorim Albino da Silva; Amaral, Wanderlayne Fernandes do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3585798257306705; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1544960519006190The street cleaner are configured as workers in outdoor environments highly exposed to Ultraviolet Rays (RUV) because they spend an average of 4 to 9 hours of daily sun exposure in the performance of their work activities. Um estudo sobre os hábitos dos consumidores em um bairro da Zona Norte do Recife(2019) Oliveira, Lucilene Maria de; Silva, Celiane Gomes Maia da; Silva, Laurileide Barbosa da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7869325906861017; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3760947810306402The growing number of Japanese food restaurants in the northern part of the city of Recife, the breaking of paradigms regarding the taste of this gastronomic specificity, as well as its relationship with the consumption and eating habits of diners justifies the elaboration of this work, which aims to study the fads and food adaptations present in the habits of the population, related to the consumption of Japanese food, whether they really appreciate it or whether theyare influenced by marketing and culinary fads. In order to carry out data collection, the questionnaire was used, in addition to unsystematic and non-participant personal observation, based on these analyzes and for categorizing the data, graphs and tables were elaborated that enabled the results and discussions to be made feasible. . It was noted that there is a total adaptation of taste by Japanese food consumers and that there are also other factors that are associated with this frequency in restaurants. Another fact to be highlighted is the total possibility of the presence of a Home Economics professional working in the studied markets, with broad and active training in this area of research.Item Representações sociais dos pais e/ou responsáveis pelas crianças e pelos/as adolescentes do projeto ações socioeducativas sobre alimentos, nutrição, hábitos alimentares e alimentação saudável(2019) Araújo, Vitor Daniel Santos; Saraiva, Joseana Maria; Silva Júnior, Marcony Edson da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2170347292305027; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2009197399132834; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5341820602000111This study shows the results of the Compulsory Supervised Internship (ESO), an indispensable component of the Curriculum Matrix of the Bachelor Degree in Home Economics, developed at the Center for Studies and Research on Public Policy for Children and Adolescents -NEPIAD / Department of Domestic Sciences (DCD). / UFRPE, in which the Socioeducational Actions Project for Elementary School Children and Adolescents in public schools of the Recife-PE municipal school is developed. The ESO was developed from August to December 2018 and included a total workload of 360 hours. The object of study of the Compulsory Curricular Internship was constituted of the research entitled "Social representations of the parents and/or guardiansfor the children and adolescents of the project socioeducative actions on food, nutrition, eating habits and healthy eating". Studies consider that food choices and consumption are influenced by individual and collective determinants. Individuals refer to subjectivity, to the knowledge that the individual has about food, nutrition, healthy eating and healthy eating, and those of collective order refer to economic, social and cultural factors. It is understood that in order to promote healthy eating habits, it is necessary for parents (or guardians) to have theoretical and practical knowledge about food, nutrition, healthy eating and other correlated ones, based on the principles of prevention and promotion of health and nutrition. In this direction, assessing the level of vision about food, nutrition, eating habits and healthy eating of the parents and/or those guardiansfor the children and adolescents participating in this project becomes essential in order to intervene in reality and transform it. It is a case study of an explanatory nature and a qualiquantapproach. Data collection was carried out at NEPIAD, based on the application of an interview form containing open and closed questions, concretized with 14 parents and guardiansfor the children and adolescents participating in the project. The results show, through the analysis andunderstanding of the social representations of the interviewees, that, almost all of them do not have theoretical and practical knowledge about food, nutrition, eating habits and healthy eating, and do not even imagine the importance of knowledge on thesesubjects for everyday life, disease prevention and health promotion. The results reflect an empiricist and common-sense view on food, nutrition, eating habits and healthy eating. This may explain why other studies have shown that the consumption and eating patterns of Brazilians in recent decades have undergone significant changes, influenced by social, economic and cultural factors that directly reflect access, choice and consumption of food, therefore, in unhealthy eating behavior. It is suggested that Food and Nutrition Education combined with the development of healthy food practices and the improvement of the economic and social conditions of the less favored populations, should be seen as an effective technique for the development of eating habits and, therefore, promotion of healthy eating.Item Docentes negras na Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco: um estudo sobre a presença e o significado da mulher negra na academia(2019) Ferreira, Mailonga Albuquerque; Albuquerque, Hortência Cruz de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4316127961561473; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3580679428083890This research deals with the construction of Afro-Brazilian women within the academic space from the intersectionality that underlies the identity of black women and the productions of this meaning / representation within the academy. The objective was to understand or interpret the black female gender from the perspective of Afro-Brazilian documents that are inserted in the university environment of UFRPE. For this, use the qualitative methodology with secondary data from periodic consultations, articles, books, theses and dissertations available in the CAPES database, andto access the primary data was prepared as a questionnaire in the GoogleForms platform or sent to teachers. from UFRPE and answered by 14 teachers and 8 self-declared: black (4 teachers); light brunette (2 documents) and brown (2 documents). From the content analysis, it identifies as different meanings that cross or are identified black within the university (there is a view that a space is mostly and historically occupied by white men), as an image of “winning” and consequently “ empowered ”to occupy such a place. There is still no data from the documents about black universals, which can be seen as an opportunity for research and for the deepening of issues that connect gender, race and class, understanding that occupying a position of power as documents creates practical representations of transformations and advances of the Brazilian black community.Item Participação popular e políticas de saúde: análise da relação entre as demandas populares e as deliberações do Conselho Estadual de saúde de Pernambuco(2019) Garcia, Danielly da Silva; Regino, Fabiane Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3088176522044224This monograph presents the health field as an important space for professional work for the Home Economy, especially in the struggle for quality of life through public policies. The approach of this paper is about the State Health Council of Pernambuco, seeking to analyze the demands of the various social actors that participate as a collective representation in this Council and to present the main deliberations and / or actions reached through the social health policies. For this, a qualitative study was conducted through documentary research, which analyzed the minutes of the meetings of the CES / PE in 2017. From this universe, three of the policies that most came up in the Council meetings were selected, in order to investigate data related to the period mentioned and to understand the popular participation in CES / PE, demands, deliberations and actions. It is concluded in this work that the National Policy for Occupational Health, the National Policy for Men's Health and the National Policy for Oral Health, were the policies that most entered the agenda of Council meetings. This means that these policies are central health issues, which may compose the elaboration of the State Health Plan. Thus, these policies presented more demands and in cases of these being met is the result of the strengthening of popular participation, through their advisory representatives. It is understood that social participation through Councils means to participate collectively in the management of the Unified Health System, and the greater the organization and social participation of diverse actors in deliberative instances, the greater the strengthening of democracy and the guarantee of citizenship.Item Das memórias para história: o processo de construção histórico esocial do conjunto habitacional da RPA-4 na Iputinga(2019) Souza, Rosana Maria Coutinho de; Miguel, Ângela Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2733592316862373; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9641029719186236The present work is inserted in the area of housing and ergonomics.
