Item A política nacional de promoção da saúde e a gestão municipal: uma investigação no município de Limoeiro-PE(2022-09-16) Amorim, Elna Maria Correia Coutinho; Souza, Eliabe Roberto de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2080413007192218; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6981301284801856The National Health Promotion Policy was developed with the purpose of promoting Brazilian public health. The objective of this research was to investigate how the municipal management of the City of Limoeiro-PE led the National Health Promotion Policy between 2012 and 2017. The methodological procedures had a qualitative focus, the data were obtained in the Pernambuco State Database and data analysis was based on content analysis. The results reveal that during the researched series there was only variation in the number of health centers. The number of hospital admissions in Limoeiro-PE only increased in the specialty "Surgical Clinic". The teams of active health professionals remained unchanged from the beginning until the end of the historical series. With regard to the categories of health professionals related to limoeirense health care, there was a reduction in the staff of "General Practitioner", "General Surgeon" and "Family Doctor", and an increase in the framework of "Social Worker", "Nurse", "Obstetrician", "Pediatrician" and "Psychologist". It was concluded with the research that the National Health Promotion Policy was developed in Limoeiro-PE in the period from 2012 to 2017, with a reduction in the number of health service care units; decrease in the number of hospital admissions; invariability in the number of teams related to family health and teams from the health support center. Thus, it can be seen as possible points of improvement of the system itself, of the unit and its usefulness as support in the decision-making of municipal public managers in each city. To contemplate discussions about the health care of the individual and the population and the importance of the use of technologies. An interview was conducted with the nurse (a) of the Basic Health Unit who answered a questionnaire, where they identify that all units make use of a management system. This is an integrative literature review, carried out through electronic searches on Bireme and SciELO platforms / databases. A total of six articles were selected, pointing out that the discussions about personnel management in the scope of public health covered several facets inherent to the theme, such as health performance evaluation, strategies for qualifying and structuring work management and education in SUS, experiences involving the National Health Humanization Program, among others. It is observed the importance of permanent education and practices of continuous monitoring of the group/ institutional environment and the active involvement of all parties included in the process. This program is operated through social security, because when the population pays their taxes, part of them reverts to health. One of the creations of the SUS was the Family Health Unit (USF) to provide primary care to patients in a particular location, and each USF created is managed by a nursing professional. The nurse's duties in a USF are to lead, plan, coordinate and carry out administrative and health activities so that citizens are satisfied with the service provided, but for that, the nurse has the help of the Community Health Agent (CHA) . This article aims to analyze the role of the nurse as a manager in the USF. For this, articles that were linked to the research objective were investigated in the specialized literature in order to perform a more accurate data analysis. Eighteen articles, published between 2005 and 2019, were selected. The main results show that nurses feel overloaded due to the care and management work that needs to be performed daily, the often inadequate infrastructure, lack of materials, lack of training, among others. others. However, they point out that patient satisfaction is their main motivation for continuing their work.
