During the construction of the theoretical reference of this work, we focus on the variation and the issues involved on it, establishing as references the works of Bagno (2002, 2007, 2009), Castilho (2004), Faraco (2004), Lucchesi (2004) and Rodrigues (2004). As our study object has a direct relation with the teaching-learning process of Portuguese Language, in the second section of this work, we discuss the teaching of Portuguese and the role of the textbooks, having as basis, among others, the studies of Antunes (2003, 2007, 2009), Geraldi (1997), Dionísio (2005), Soares (1998) and Travaglia (1996). Starting from the analysis, it was possible to verify that the collection approaches the linguistic variation in a positive way, because of the evidence as a natural phenomenon, refuting, in various spaces, the veracity of prejudiced information which reinforces and reproduces the linguistic prejudice, though it has applied some reproductive expressions of the prejudiced vision which rules in the society and makes people believe in the existence of better and more beautiful linguistic variations than others.Item Relatório de Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório (ESO) (Vigilância Sanitária/VISA do município de Garanhuns - PE)(2018-02-20) Silva, Marcelo Edvan dos Santos; Ramos, Raiane Eliamari Salvador; Silva, Suzana Pedroza da; Ribeiro, Daniele Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6336405663208451; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4014571441890464; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8059797263280882Item Modelagem cinética da brassagem de cerveja artesanal(2018-02-22) Tschoeke, Isabelle Cristine Prohmann; Souza, Thibério Pinho Costa; Santos, André Felipe de Melo Sales; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2607034933775460; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4506927856419053; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1308106432646901Craft beers are known by its superior quality tied to its different sensorial characteristics. Its productive process is divided into several stages and the mashing process is one of the most important phase. During this step the enzymes are influenced by many parameters such as temperature, acidity, moscow time, ground malt composition and humidity, convert starch into sugar. Due to the variety of parameters, it is fundamental that the studies can describe the mashing process based on the variation of the main parameters of this process. Since kinetic modeling is considered to be the most common used tool to describe thr process, it was decided to apply this technique to carry on the study. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper was to verify the influence of the main variables that influence the malt moscow process during the mashing phase. Furthermore, it was necessary to perform a statistical study about the behavior of the likely variables of the kinetic model of a craft beer. The carried experiments of this study were based on a 34 factorial planning, which had pH, temperature, granulometry and dilution as dependant variables and brix of the beer as independant variables. For the statistical study, it was used the Statistics® software to evaluate the significance of the chosen variables. Furthemore, a kinetic modelling was developed in MathLab® software by programming a specific model for the proposed problem. The results showed that the proposed model represented adequalety the experimental data and can be used by the scientific community for deeper studies and industrial projects.Item Relatório de estágio supervisionado obrigatório (ESO): aplicação do método masp para redução do tempo de cip na linha de atomatados Tetra Pak: um estudo de caso em uma indústria alimentícia(2018-02-22) Tschoeke, Isabelle Cristine Prohmann; Souza, Thibério Pinho Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4506927856419053; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1308106432646901Item Efeitos do tamanho de vagens na germinação e vigor de sementes de pau ferro (Caesalpinia ferrea Mart.)(2018-02-22) Silva, Júlio César de Almeida; Gonçalves, Edilma Pereira; Ferreira, Débora Teresa da Rocha Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1123517464184162; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2026865787481365; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5083282435990912The Caesalpinia ferrea Mart, known as jucá or pau-ferro, is used in folk medicine for its therapeutic properties in the treatment of wounds, bruises, asthma, and chronic cough. In recent years, there has been a great advance in the field of study on seed analysis of native species. However, it is still incipient for several forest species, mainly regarding the basic characteristics of the seeds, the light effect and the depth in the germination process. The experiments were carried out in the Laboratory of Seed Analysis at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco - Academic Unity of Garanhuns (UFRPE - UAG), in order to verify the influence of the different sizes of fruits on the germination, vigor and sowing depth of Caesalpinia ferrea. The fruits were harvested in the municipality of Paranatama - PE and classified into two lots: batch 1 (Large fruits) and batch 2 (Small fruits). After the harvest, fruit and seed biometry, water content, thousand seed weight, electrical conductivity, ethereal extract, germination and light test, and depth test were performed. For the germination and luminosity test, 200 seeds were used, consisting of four replicates of 50 seeds for each batch in the presence and absence of light, in which were determined the percentage of germination, the length of the shoot and root of seedlings, and the total dry mass of normal seedlings. For the depth test, the experiment was consisted of 4 treatments (0.0, 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 cm) with 4 replicates of 10 seeds for each batch. The differences verified for the biometry of fruits and seeds have as main cause the genetic variability of the matrices. Seeds behaved as neutral photoblastic for the two lots under study, with interactions between seed size and germination speed index, and root length and total dry mass. The best seeding depth for seeds from large fruits was 3.52 cm, and 3.61 cm for small fruits.Item M Harmony BR: o uso de formalismos para a composição algorítmica baseada em conhecimento(2018-02-23) Silva, Vinícius Santana; Carvalho, Tiago Buarque Assunção de; Costa Junior, Jerônimo Barbosa da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6050271311748487; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7150833804013500; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8393251786005816Throughout history, several studies have tried to introduce the use of computers in other areas of knowledge, including music, and several researches have been done to show the ability of computers to compose music. The present work had the objective to verify the possibility of the creation of a simple software capable of generating harmonies of a certain musical style, using context-free grammars, based on knowledge. The development of the tool was based on the analysis of the characteristics of two different musical styles: Punk Rock and Sertanejo Universitário, through the collection and analysis of data of 40 songs. Subsequently the database was expanded with the inclusion of 50 Reggae songs and 30 songs to the Sertanejo Universitário style, totaling 120 songs. Based on the information extracted from the music dataset, 3 specific grammars were generated to produce harmonies of each style analyzed by means of a composition algorithm. The study resulted in the production of an application that composes knowledge-based harmonies, which proved useful in aiding musical composition process.Item Pesquisa de Salmonella spp. em queijos de coalho comercializados em feiras livres de Garanhuns - PE(2018-02-23) Claudino, Aline Raaby Ferreira; Mendonça, Marcelo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6861139703424532The “coalho” cheese is a handmade cheese highly produced and consumed in the northeastern region of Brazil. Although the production and selling of this product is regulated by state and federal regulations, informal manufacturing and sale are quite common. Among the pathogenic microorganisms, Salmonella spp. is one of the main agents of foodborne diseases and should be absent in products of animal origin. The objective of the present work was to perform the detection of Salmonella spp. in “coalho” cheeses from street fairs the Garanhuns – PE. Twelve samples of “coalho” cheese, marketed in open fairs in six districts of the city, were evaluated during the months of November and December 2017. The samples were transported in isothermal boxes with recyclable ice to the food microbiology laboratory of CENLAG at UAG-UFRPE. The detection of Salmonella spp. was performed using the standard isolation method, along with the immunochromatographic Singlepath Salmonella rapid test (Merck-Millipore), according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Initially, 25g of each sample was added in 225mL of Buffered Peptone Water (APT), and incubated for 24h at 37 °C. After, 0.1mL of APT broth was added in 10mL Rappaport-Vassiliadis broth (RV) and then incubated for approximately 18h at 42 °C. At the end of this period, RV broths showing turbidity were used to perform the Singlepath Salmonella rapid test. In parallel, RV broth samples were plated on Xylose Lysine Deoxycholate (XLD) and Hektoen Enteric (HE) agar plates, the characteristic colonies being submitted to biochemical tests of Triple Iron Sugar (TSI), Iron Lysine (LIA) and Urease. Finally, the isolates colonies were submitted to the serology test for confirmation. The presence of Salmonella spp. was confirmed in 66.7% (8/12) of the rennet cheese samples analyzed using conventional analysis, according to the Singlepath Salmonella (Merck-millipore) test 83.33% (10/12) of the samples were positive for Salmonella spp.. The high occurrence of Salmonella spp. in cheeses marketed at the Garanhuns fairs, shows a great concern for public health. As well as, it shows the lack of adoption of good manufacturing practices in the preparation of the product, which together with the precarious conditions of hygiene, storage and lack of refrigeration in the commercialization thereof, culminate in the compromise of its microbiological quality.Item Relatório de Estágio Curricular Supervisionado Obrigatório: principais pontos avaliados em visitas técnicas a propriedades leiteiras assistidas no Projeto EDUCAMPO(2018-02-26) Silva Filho, Gildo Pereira da; Magalhães, André Luiz Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2621131411062422; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9868295201810315Item As principais razões das dificuldades de aprendizagem em uma turma do 5º ano do ensino fundamental(2018-02-27) Guimarães, Kaliny de Almeida; Pontes, Galindo de Oliveira Pontes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5209812863835736; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1135903752782533Item O Conselho Municipal de Educação de Garanhuns no ano de 2017: um estudo de caso(2018-03) Almeida, Jacqueline Emery de; Alencar, Anderson Fernandes de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9517716593738845; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1193136534340834This work, result of a research to elaborate the monography for graduation in Pedagogy, enti-tled "The Garanhuns Municipal Council of Education in 2017: a case study" had as principal objective " to analyze the process of restructuring of the Conselho Municipal de Educação de Garanhuns – PE” and as minor objective “research the passed “record the practices, difficulties, challenges and advances experienced by the Council in 2017”. The field research followed some principles and procedures of the exploratory and bibliographical approach being carried out in the House of Councils, having as subjects three members of each of the two administrations of the Municipal Council of Education of Garanhuns. The instrument of data collection used was the questionnaire. The research revealed with regard to the advances that are significant in the current management due to having only one year of performance many achievements have already been acquired. Difficulties exist, but members work so they do not get in the way of the actions that are taken and the challenges encourage them to improve and carry out their work. The shortcomings are due to the lack of participation of the community in the meetings, but they happen with the minimum number of participants required by the quorum, they are always the same people, some lack preparation and knowledge about the demands of the Council. are one of the main instruments of democratic participation, the im-portance of trained representatives who are democratically chosen and who participate effectively in the debates and decisions for the exercise of an active citizenship that prioritize the defense of collective interests, acting with autonomy, respecting the limits of their competencies.Item O grito dos subalternos: uma análise da obra Contos Negreiros de Marcelino Freire(2018-03-07) Andrade, Diego Souza de; Cortez, Marcia Félix da Silva; Santana, Paula Manuella Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2674194888709803; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4091073515532694; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5716246867460475The present analyzes Contos Negreiros, a tale book written by Marcelino Freire, through Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak studies about subalternity. Because it is based on texts that trace tones of reality and that approach very lively themes in the daily life of the peripheries of the world, the work will be analyzed in this research. Given that Marcelino Freire approaches in his work subjects that are systematically excluded from the processes of social and economic representation, it was possible to establish a link between the theory and the literary piece. We will see how the subaltern person speaks through the characters who tell us about their indignation and salvation. The issue of women as inferior and dependent is wide open in the lines of one of the characters, the racism which is imposed every day, the homophobia that is flagged in the thought of the society, the pedophilia that happens daily under our supervision, the xenophobia, and the impunity which was built over the years on top of indigenous communities, among other seemingly commonplace situations. The concern here is to relate these literary characters and their affronts to the subordinate subject pointed out by Spivak. For that, we will use theories of postcolonial studies such as the author cited and Homi Bahba, as well as scholars about the literature such as Antônio Candido and his theory about the character and Anatol Rosenfeld.Item Estágio supervisionado obrigatório na empresa Reijers Produção de Rosas Ltda “produção de rosas (Rosa spp)”(2018-05-02) Silva, Jéssica Fernanda dos Santos; Santos, Gilmara Mabel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5410228230296040; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3676850069804693Item Contos Negreiros: o personagem negro de Marcelino Freire(2018-06-06) Lira, Jadson Brito de; Freitas, Sávio Roberto Fonsêca de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6320246955492429; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0605764002670980This research aims to analyze the short fiction of Marcelino Freire, Contos Negreiros. He also had the purpose to demonstrate the literary profile of Marcelino Freire, as well as to verify the bias of the black character in the work Contos Negreiros and to visualize the social contributions of the work "Contos Negreiros" for contemporary Brazilian literature. For this we resorted to the bibliographical research, seeking to understand the treatment directed to the black in the Brazilian literature from an inquiry - what are the main social contributions and racial questions of the black character in the book Contos Negreiros? Before analyzing the bias of the black character in the award-winning work of the author from Pernambuco, it was necessary to present the biographical profile of the writer, social concerns, influences and literary production. In this sense, the monograph, Contos Negreiros: the black character of Marcelino Freire, aims to demonstrate the social contributions and racial questions of the work Contos Negreiros, 2005, for contemporary Brazilian literature.Item Avaliação fenotípica de bactérias promotoras de crescimento vegetal(2018-06-18) Teixeira, Marcos Ferreira; Sobral, Júlia Kuklinsky; Andreote, Fernando Dini; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5029852757109150; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8273377142633220; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6059663513649876
