Construção simbólica do imaginário social no cinema periférico
(2024-03-08) Lima, Kyahra de Souza; Faria, Maurício Sardá de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1513772085737367; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6469503191568508
This study aims at an analysis of the symbolic construction of the social imaginary of class in peripheral cinema. For this elaboration, the concept of habitus in Pierre Bourdieu, the notion of experience and culture elaborated by E. P Thompson, and the production of a peripheral epistemology by Tiaraju Pablo D'Andrea resulting in the conceptualization of the peripheral subject was taken as a theoretical basis. Equally fundamental to penetrate peripheral cinema, a brief conceptualization, ebaborada by Ângela Pryston, about the relationship and influence of Third Cinema in the emergence of peripheral cinema will support the filmic analysis of Mato Seco em Chamas (2022), by filmmakers Adirley Queirós and Joana Pimenta.

(2024-03-23) Marinho, Caroliny dos Santos; Nascimento, Alcileide Cabral do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0117492153657559; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8371012646053075
This article seeks to understand the participation of women from the Mulher Maravilha Group (GMM) from the neighborhood of Nova Descoberta, in the city of Recife, in the context of articulation of social movements and organizations for the National Constituent Assembly 1987-88. The documental basis is composed by oral sources and documents from the physical collection of the Group and the fruitful historiographical literature on redemocratization, social movements, urban peripheral movements, gender studies and feminist movements. Therefore, this research highlights the participation of women from the neighborhood of Nova Descoberta as active subjects in the national articulation that sought the enactment of a new Constitutional Charter that would guarantee civil, social and political rights for women.

The present research focuses on "Teachers' perception of the theme of bregafunk in physical education classes." Bregafunk is a genuinely Pernambuco dance style that emerged from the hybridization of two older styles, brega and funk. This music genre has been impacting the music market and mobilizing the peripheral populations of the state of Pernambuco, in the northeast region of Brazil. We understand that Bregafunk holds great social relevance as a dance style present in the social context of students in public schools in Pernambuco. In this sense, it is possible to question: "Is Bregafunk thematized in physical education classes? If not, why has it been denied? If yes, how is it being presented?" These questions motivated this study, aiming to verify if the dance style Bregafunk is thematized in physical education classes and how it is being approached with high school students. The study involved 31 Physical Education teachers from Pernambuco, where Bregafunk is more prevalent, responding to a digital questionnaire on Bregafunk as content, teaching methodologies, and personal relationship with the dance style. The study's results indicate that Bregafunk is being thematized as content in Physical Education classes, despite some teachers' resistance due to unfamiliarity with the dance style or belief that it does not align with Physical Education teaching practices. Nevertheless, it is being addressed through the appreciation of young people's social context or the acknowledgment of cultural diversity in Physical Education classes.

This memorial aims to bring together the experiences experienced during the Bachelor's Degree in Agroecology with an emphasis on Peasantry and Popular Education (Bacep). My starting point for writing was my memories, reviews of work and immersions carried out, as well as consultations with texts and books. Urban agroecology has several challenges, but it is necessary to act immediately, as it is necessary to seek strategies together with the whole society to improve our world. This work brings my trajectory in urban agriculture and shows that it is possible to produce efficiently using alternative technologies with the aim of promoting food and nutritional security for people living in urban environments, especially on the outskirts of Recife. Agroecology is carried out by several hands and the struggle of social groups shows that unity is strong, always seeking to strengthen the peasantry and popular education. Thus, this memorial not only records my personal experiences, but also celebrates the possibility of making meaningful changes in our relationship with food, the earth and, ultimately, the planet. May each step taken towards urban agriculture and healthy eating inspire others to follow similar paths, guided by the commitment to preserving the health of our planet and ourselves.
