Item Políticas públicas de educação e o direito de brincar das crianças nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental: um estudo de caso numa escola pública do município de Camaragibe - PE(2021-07-05) Lima, Crislaine Souza de; Salvador, Maria Aparecida Tenório; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2076591934554686; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7998302501850319This study sought to understand how public education policies address the right to play of children in the early years of elementary school, in order to analyze such policies in relation to this right at the aforementioned level of education in a school in the municipal network of Camaragibe - PE. Therefore, it was necessary to identify the legal frameworks that deal with the child's right to play, relate policies and programs and identify the conceptions of teachers and school administrators regarding the action of playing in the early years of elementary school and also describe the development of the most frequent games in the researched school. The investigative process was developed through a case study, which had as instruments and means of collecting information: semi-structured interview, direct observation and document research. For data processing, the Social Representations Theory was used. Therefore, the results of the investigation reveal that in the studied school there were no programs and policies with the specific objective of playing, the educators believe that playing is important and distinguishes between free and in the school environment (directed), there is a diversity of games that are adapted to the reality of the space, which imposes the observation that there is a lack of educational public policies that serve children in the early years of elementary school regarding the right to play, but there is also an effort by the school community to ensure this right, despite the limits.Item A condição do “menor” no Direito Criminal segundo Tobias Barreto(2020-10-29) Alves, André Vinícius Lopes; Miranda, Humberto da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1254987493556824; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2738453546829688Tobias Barreto, jurist and philosopher, published in 1884 one of his main works: Minors and Fools in Criminal Law, and this book is considered to be a landmark that initiated the movement for the defense of the rights of children and teenagers in Brazil. This work aims to analyse how the Criminal Code of 1830 relates to the infancies according to the jurist’s view, comprehending Tobias Barreto’s ideas on minority and punishments and how these thoughts fit into the situation of Children’s Rights in 19th Century Brazil, bringing light to the birth of a movement for the protection of the country’s infancies.Item Trajetória do Movimento Nacional de Meninos e Meninas de Rua no Recife na década de 1980(2018-08-16) Clemente, Heliwelton do Amaral; Miranda, Humberto da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1254987493556824; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6751714693764451The National Movement of Boys and Girls of the Street (Movimento Nacional de Meninos e Meninas de Rua - MNMMR) is a non-governmental organization founded in 1985, made up of militants and social educators who articulate themselves politically in defense of the rights of children and adolescents who experience different forms of abandonment. The objective of this work is to analyze the Movement 's trajectory and its performance in the city of Recife in the 1980' s, its educational practices and its role in the struggle for the promulgation of the Child and Adolescent Statute (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente - ECA). The cataloging and analysis of documents and publications of the MNMMR allowed the construction of a narrative about its birth, its organization and its atuation at city of Recife in the 1980s. The study of exposure publications and especially the newspaper O Grito de Meninos e Meninas de Rua, a periodical constructed by children and adolescents together with educators of the Movement in Recife, from August 1988, provided an analysis of characteristics of educational practices and the participation of boys and girls in claiming the demands and denunciations of violence made by the Movement.
