    A influência da relação entre sono, cronotipo e turnos escolares sobre o aprendizado de estudantes adolescentes: uma revisão narrativa

    For a long time, the issue of school shifts in relation to students' sleep was made a secondary issue in studies that evaluate learning as a phenomenon governed by physical, psychological and social issues. The study of chronotype in relation to student performance is still a field little discussed in Brazil, so when we look at this topic, we still find a series of gaps with regard to academic production on the topic. Objective: The present work aims to carry out a narrative review of the literature on the influence of the relationship between sleep, chronotype and school shifts on the learning of adolescent students. Methodology: For this review, a search was carried out in the literature, using the Google Scholar database, with the following search key: “school shifts AND chronotype AND sleep AND school performance”, we searched for articles that were written in Portuguese. Results: Only 4 articles were found in the entire search on Google Scholar, based on the categorization criteria, analysis of titles and abstracts, and the four were analyzed based on the construction of this literature review, the articles addressed changes in the standard sleep patterns, chronotype and changes in the quality of life of students, indicating the influence of these factors on the circadian rhythm. Final Considerations: Finally, we consider that the chronotype/school shift/sleep quality relationship directly influences the learning processes of children and adolescents.

    Representações sociais dos profissionais do Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo de Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE) sobre os adolescentes em conflito com a lei e seus reflexos na prática pedagógica

    The study seeks to explore the context in which adolescents are inserted in compliance with socio-educational measures in the Socio-Educational Care Center of Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Analyzing the social representations of teachers about adolescents, the socio-educational system and the possible factors that contributed to the infraction, among other related aspects that arise during the course of the work. Analyzing, mainly, the way in which such representations are reflected in the pedagogical practice of educators. Scoring also aspects like physical structure of the center, administration, technical and pedagogical planning. The research arises from the concern regarding the increasing levels of crime and hospitalization of adolescents in resocialization centers. And it intends to bring a reflection and an alert to the urgency of significant changes in the issue of education for young people in conflict with the law and for the importance of the role of society and the State in a process of successful social reintegration. Therefore, to offer and to enable new paths and opportunities for personal and social growth of the individual.

    A participação das infâncias: do processo constituinte à promulgação do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Jornal do Brasil, 1987-1990)

    Durante la década de 1980, Brasil pasó por un proceso de transición del régimen autoritario que gobernó durante la dictadura militar (1964-1985) a un régimen democrático. En 1987 se instaló la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente en el Congreso Nacional de Brasilia, con el objetivo de elaborar una Constitución democrática para Brasil. El proceso constituyente tuvo lugar en un contexto de intensas disputas entre clases sociales y movimientos de ocupación de espacios de poder y construcción de cosmovisiones. En esta época, hubo una movilización social por la infancia, con el objetivo de promulgar una nueva legislación que asumiera por primera vez, a los considerados "menores", como sujetos de derechos. Este trabajo monográfico tiene como objetivo analizar, historizar y problematizar las representaciones sobre la participación de la infancia, desde el proceso constituyente brasileño hasta la promulgación del Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (1990), presente en el Jornal do Brasil (Río de Janeiro), entre 1987 y 1990. El análisis de los discursos y de las imágenes registradas en los recortes del periódico, nos permite percibir la participación política expresiva de los niños y adolescentes durante todo el proceso constituyente, a través de organizaciones de propuestas, denuncias y evaluaciones. También podemos percibir las prácticas discursivas que sustentan los procesos de silenciamiento e invisibilización de los niños como sujetos sociales y de derechos. A través del cruce con otras fuentes bibliográficas, fue posible construir una historia de niños y niñas que, a pesar de los procesos de exclusión, lograron hacer oír su voz.

    Adoção no Brasil: uma análise da legislação

    The present research aims to analyze the changes suffered in the Brazilian adoption legislation. The research covers since the first legislation in Brazil, which is the Law for the Disinherited Children of Luck, in 1926, until the enactment of Law 13.509/2017. The text highlights the Law 12.010/09, entitled New Adoption Law, addressing its changes. The data from the new online panel of the National Adoption and Reception System (SNA, in Portuguese), implemented nationwide in 2019, show that the number of children and adolescents sheltered in foster care in Brazil is high. Based on these data, and through a review of materials and documents already published on this topic, this article seeks to expose the journey that adoption legislation has taken in Brazil. First of all, adoption had a character of religious charity, after which it started to have a primary function, to satisfy couples who could not have children. Then, the adoption became an institution of heirs. Nowadays, it is seen as an institute of solidarity, with the aim of helping institutionalized minors, providing a home and a family for these children and adolescents, equated to their legitimate children.

    O consumo de internet no processo de construção social da identidade de adolescentes integrantes de uma ONG em Jaboatão dos Guararapes

    The digital era, through the internet, had its fruit in the expansion and development of the capitalist system, which provided the possibility of new forms of communication in the globalized technological context. Thus, virtual entertainment gains more and more space for use in the daily lives of families. In this way, with the advancement of information and communication technology, we have the facility to make purchases through the internet, make payments to accounts, talk to friends who are distant, know news from Brazil and the world, all this in real time, which seems to be a facilitator for the interaction of adolescents, since much dominates these tools. Adolescence consists of a phase of changes, both physiological, psychic and social, and considering that in the midst of these transformations, there is the search for identity, which comes to be present in the questions of adolescents and that will lead to countless experiences that will be intensely experienced throughout adolescence. However, how have teens dealt with the internet? Thus, this work is the result of the experience of compulsory supervised internship at an NGO in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, and aimed to analyze the influence of Internet consumption on the process of social construction of adolescents' identity. The methodological procedures used were bibliographic review, participant observation and semi-structured questionnaire application. The research is exploratory, descriptive and qualitative. And the results point out that the internet is configured as a more comprehensive medium for interaction and socialization of adolescents, being essential the consumption of technology / internet since they associate it with the synonym of pleasure and leisure, and hence it is necessary to discuss more on the relation of consumption of technologies and the behavior of the adolescents before the society of consumption.

    Conhecimento de alunos de Escola Pública da Cidade do Recife-PE a respeito do vírus HPV e sua vacina

    Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the etiologic agent of one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). There are more than 100 types of HPV and about 18 types cause cervical cancer. It usually causes lesions and warts in the anogenital and mucosal regions, where contact with them results in their transmission. The contamination and development of cervical cancer can be avoided through the use of condoms in sexual intercourse, gynecological examinations and, especially, the vaccination of the appropriate age group of up to 13 years. Many young people are unaware of the existence of the vaccine and thereby increase the rate of the disease. This study aims to know and evaluate the level of clarification of adolescents about HPV virus infection and its vaccine. The study was carried out in a public school in the city of Recife / PE. The data collection was done through the application of a questionnaire during the class time. The sample consisted of 125 middle and high school students, the majority of whom were between 14 and 16 years of age. It has been observed that most people know little or know nothing about HPV and that they have a misconception about the ways of transmitting the virus, mistaken for the HIV virus. From the obtained data it was possible to conclude that of the adolescents who were not immunized, most of them did not know that they could be vaccinated or did not have the opportunity. Thus, it is necessary for the school and the family to discuss sex education, as well as to increase health education campaigns.
