Item A superação do flogístico: uma aventura de RPG(2013-04-30) Silva, Alexsandro Alberto da; Almeida, Maria Ângela Vasconcelos de; Amaral, Ricardo Ribeiro do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7704136680001681; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7841487134333019; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2011377431714562This study aims to analyze the use of a didactic game, the Role Playing Game (RPG), the teaching of the history of chemistry, Kuhn and philosophical perspective of science in the eighteenth century, in an attempt to improve the teaching-learning students, and parallel interaction promotes student-student and teacher-student classrooms Chemistry. Educational games are used as motivators and facilitators of the teaching and learning of scientific concepts. We emphasize that the purpose of this feature is not restricted to the memorization of the subject by the student, but search lead him to thinking, reflection and hence (re) construction of knowledge. The RPG adventure is experienced in live action form, titled "Overcoming the Phlogiston Theory: the caloric disguised" and is based on two philosophies that guide the construction of eighteenth-century science, empiricism and rationalism, and that epistemological century, with a priori reasoning (deduction) or rational and posteriori (induction) or experimental, and the twentieth century, in a Kuhnian view of science, conceiving that moment as a milestone in the history of chemistry of the eighteenth century and, therefore, there was a chemical revolution with its large representative Antonie Laivoisier, discoverer of oxygen, according to this epistemological perspective, the fact that still today is debated who was its discoverer, if Scheele, Priestley and Lavoisier, due to the crisis caused the current paradigm, the phlogiston theory. For the application of the game was chosen a class of sixth period of Degree in Chemistry, Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, which were divided into two groups, a defender of the phlogiston and other caloric, used the game and answered questionnaires probing. The results showed that the game contributed to a better understanding by the students of the historical significant that permeated the discovery of oxygen for chemical science, exploring students' conceptions in this context, and some students have achieved the learning objectives expected.Item Biossensor como proposta alternativa para o ensino de eletroquimica(2018) Guerra, Angela Cecília Soares; Souza, Sandra Rodrigues de; Freitas, Kátia Cristina Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5859266863241551; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4678692939311710We report an investigation directed to the speeches that occurred as the students of the 3rd year of high school in a public school located in the neighborhood of Santo Amaro / Recife-PE, aiming to analyze the biosensor theme as a didactic proposal complementary to the teaching of electrochemistry. For that, a sequence of activities involving diagnosis, expository class, and dialogue, experimentation, contextualization and problematization were elaborated. Results showed that it is possible to work with the biosensor theme in high school to encourage students to use scientific knowledge. The students who presented difficulties in understanding the chemical concepts of oxidation / reduction and pile after didactic strategies used is a result that is acceptable because the contents involve the principles of electrochemistry have often been pointed out by teachers and high school students as one of the issues that represents great difficulties in the teaching-learning process. Due to the good performance of the students who were willing to participate in this research we can consider that the proposal proved to be a useful strategy for the production of answers and explanations about the knowledge of the principles of electrochemistry. Even for the students who did not reach the understanding of this content, the results indicated that actions like this can be a tool that helps the students to become aware of how they understand the difficulties involved in the concepts of electrochemistry issues.Item Ludicidade e ensino de química: as contribuições do Programa de Educação tutorial(2018) Pereira, Marília Elizabeth Pinto Gomes; Silva, Jadson Augusto de Almeida da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8289890758877693; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8798775448927366This research had as general objective to identify which are the contributions of the Program of Tutorial Education for the teaching of chemistry in a ludic perspective. It is not by chance that the perfume culture is very old and generates many profits. As soon as they appeared, perfumes were used to please the gods in offerings and tributes or in religious temples, but soon they began to serve mainly to the man, which made possible a series of advances in the artisan and small-scale techniques for the extraction of essential oils and the production of perfumes that, in turn, were gradually transposed to large industries, through all the technological advances that our society has witnessed throughout history. Through this theme, this work aims to address the various chemical concepts that it contemplates and, for this, were presented texts that can base chemistry classes for high school, in approaches accessible to students. In these texts, history and the creation of perfumes as a contextualizing theme were prioritized, through which it was intended to encourage interdisciplinarity by bringing together concepts from various areas, focusing on science and technology aimed at society. It was verified the great importance of the use of contextualization as an alternative to improve learning, since, as the contents of the students' daily life were approached, they provided greater motivation and interest, indispensable in the teaching and learning process.Item Avaliaçâo de aprendizagem: concepções e aplicações(2018) Nascimento, Mirleidy Esterfani Oliveira do; Silva, Suely Alves da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3497194749381919The objective of this research was to analyze the conceptions of some authors about the process of evaluation of learning. This theme was built in order to raise the concepts, approaches and conceptions of evaluation defined by some authors based on reports of experiences and research focused on approaches educational assessments. Where they conceptualize and justify the concept of evaluation according to several factors that intercede and influence in this process. Another factor that made me raise this theme is an experience report where I was able to experience the evaluation process as regent teacher of discipline, being able to have the vision of how the process is seen from the position that was offered to me and also I had the opportunity to follow the process where the students seek to recover the necessary score, in view of the search for “promotion” or egress in the next school year. The methodology developed was a theoretical type of literature review. We conclude in this investigation that the researched authors have a differentiated view about the evaluation in the educational learning process. And with that it was possible to have an expanded view regarding the methodologies used in the construction of the evaluation process.Item Processos de produção e avaliação do desempenho de tintas á base d’água para decoração e sua questão ambiental(2018-02-02) Nascimento, Mariana Olímpio do; Gomes, Maria José de Filgueiras; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4716388949582651; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4716388949582651The decorative paints account for 83.3% of the total volume of Brazilian production and 69.3% of sales, with a 1.9% increase in production volume from 2016 to 2017. However, due to the large variety of types of paint that the market offers, there are still many doubts among consumers in choosing the right product, which because of lack of knowledge often end up opting for the cost and not for the quality, compromising the finish and the durability of the painting. Currently the largest investment of the real estate paint industries are focused on this "new" segment that is "customer satisfaction and low cost", always seeking to improve its products tied to the minimum cost increment in its formulation. In this context, this work presents a bibliographic study that addresses the importance of decorative paints, presenting a little of the historical, current economic scenario that it represents, its chemical composition, highlighting the raw materials that constitute them as pigments, resins, solvents, additives , vehicles and their functions. In addition, it will describe the manufacturing process and how the disposal and treatment of the effluents and wastes generated during this production process is carried out, as well as the practices adopted in the industries in order to offer products that increasingly meet the environmental, contributing, at the same time, to economic and social development. Among the practices adopted in the paint industries, water-based paints are aimed at reducing the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which is a trend in the world due to its less harmful characteristics to the environment , maintaining similar quality to solvent-based paints (synthetic paints), which make them a great potential for expansion in Brazil, capable of meeting the most diverse consumer requirements in a wide range of applications.Item Abordagem sobre solução química e livros didáticos de Química do Ensino Médio aprovados no PNLD/2018: uma análise a partir do ensino e aprendizagem baseados nas resoluções de problemas(2018-02-22) Costa, Heloiza Helena da Silva; Batinga, Verônica Tavares Santos; Sales, Amanda Maria Vieira Mendes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7097156673431056; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7759044153725982; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3964151656906564This work aims to characterize the statements of the questions on Chemical Solutions in Didactic Books of Chemistry of Secondary School approved in the PNLD / 2018, according to Freire and Silva (2013), according to the characteristics of Teaching and Learning based on Problem Solving (EABRP); Batinga (2010); Pozo and Crespo (1998) and Lopes (1994). For this, we adopted the following methodological procedure: 1) Bibliographic survey, 2) Selection of research data, 3) Analysis of Questions and 4) Transformation of some Exercises in Problems. The present study is close to a qualitative exploratory level research, and as to the procedure, it consists of a documentary research. For the analysis of the didactic unit on Chemical Solutions, some questions / criteria were elaborated to examine the texts, illustrations and statements of the questions presented in 6 Chemistry textbooks. Then, the statements characterized as exercises according to Lopes (1994) were transformed into potential school-type problems (Pozo and Crespo, 1998, Freire and Silva, 2013). The results showed that: the identification of questions about Chemical Solutions and their analysis indicated that these presented characteristics of exercises, according to Pozo and Crespo (1998) and Lopes (1994): emphasize teaching learning through memorization and repetition of algorithms, without take into account context. After identifying and analyzing these issues, it was sought to transform them into potential problems, that is, by making issues in open statements, removing the guidelines that would facilitate immediate resolution, giving scope for diverse strategies and resolutions, and inserting a context that approximates the statement of the reality of the students (POZO and CRESPO, 1998). Finally, this research led to the insertion of the EABRP to address the content of chemical solutions in high school textbooks, contextualizing different situations, adding themes related to students' daily life, with the purpose of making them able to recognize the chemical content inserted in diverse situations, in order to stimulate the students' cognitive activities during their process of knowledge construction and taking care of the orientations of the NCPs that foresee the formation of critical and active citizens in the resolution of daily problems from scientific knowledge.Item Percepção dos discentes na disciplina de química sobre o jogo Twister Químico(2018-02-28) Lima, Jéssika Karina Correia de; Firme, Ruth do Nascimento; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7234636790850019; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8906852001453757The purpose of this work is to show the application and inclusion of the twister chemical didactic game that was inspired by a twister commercial game and that served as an instrument of play activity used in the teaching of chemistry. The game was validated in a group of the 6th period of full degree in chemistry of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco in the discipline of didactics. Before the application occurred a revision class regarding the subject that the game approached, then the application where all the students participated and soon after a data collection took place through a questionnaire where the criteria of the validation were defined as: Time of application, rules, appropriateness and understanding of the content and motivation of the game. The results were satisfactory, since the licensees evaluated in a positive way that the game could be applied as an instrument for a didactic strategy in the teaching of chemistry.Item Contribuições do PIBID-Química da UFRPE para a formação continuada de professores de química da educação básica(2018-06-11) Silva, Danúbia Santos Brito; Batinga, Verônica Tavares Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7759044153725982; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3113485148935966The continuing formation is important for the teacher's professionalization, since it contributes to the improvement and acquiring of new abilites related to the teaching practice. We highlight that the continuing formation may occur by means of courses, scientific events, interaction with research groups in education and we believe that, also, through the Institutional Program of Teaching Initiation (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência - PIBID). This program approches the teacher active in basic education to the academics from activities and actions developed in a shared and articulated way with the partner schools of PIBID. We consider that this interaction can contribute to the continuing formation of the teacher. Therefore, this project has as an objetive to investigate the contributions of the Chemistry PIBID of UFRPE (PIBID-Química da UFRPE, also known as PQ-UFRPE) to the continuing formation of the chemistry teachers in basic education. For that, a semistructured interview with 3 (three) chemistry teachers that worked in public schools related to UFRPE PIBID located in Recife-PE was realized. Results show that the interviewed teachers expressed different opinions about the continuing formation from the ones presented in this theme's literature. For 2 (two) of the research participants, PQ-UFRPE contributed with their continuing formation. All the interviewed teachers showed a reduced belief about the role of PIBID's academics, treating them, mainly, as subjects that make experimental practices at school easier to occur. Hence, we highlight that the inclusion of the continuing formation theme is necessary in the discussions that talk about the professional education of the teachers in UFRPE's Chemistry PIBID.Item Gás perfeito: uma análise do conteúdo dos livros didáticos de química do ensino médio(2018-07-06) Nino, Thomaz de Souza; Soares Neto, Luciano de Azevedo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7676222115726194; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7368745279894423This paper presents an analysis of the presentation of the contents of perfect gas in high school books made available by the national didactic book Program in public schools educational program throughout the country. The choice of books is through the list provided by the program itself in your guide, and the reading of works by looking at illustrations, contextualization, criteria language and presentation of the content in comparison with the book of reference widely used in training courses for teachers of chemistry. Linearity is observed on the criteria related to the general structure of the book and the presentation of the content, with absences of contention some works or incoherent and appropriate presentation too, but, in general, a need for improvements of the textbooks offered in the public schools of our country that can cause a prejudice to the teaching of students.Item Composição química e atividade acaricida dos óleos essenciais das folhas de Blepharocalyx salicifolius (Kunth) O. Berg e Campomanesia adamantium (Cambss.) O. Berg contra o ácaro rajado (Tetranychus urticae Koch)(2018-07-30) Tenório, Tchiara Margarida Alves; Camara, Cláudio Augusto Gomes da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5615678215435460; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5453271405325590Item Concepções de licenciandos em química da UFRPE–Sede sobre o uso de analogias e suas influências no processo de ensino-aprendizagem de ciências(2018-08-01) Oliveira, José Elivelton Gomes de; Souza, Sandra Rodrigues de; Lima, Analice de Almeida; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2273105974559580; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4678692939311710; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8408629611124567The analogical reasoning is present in scientific theories, textbooks and researches based on the use of analogies as a teaching resource for the teaching of chemistry and for this reason, it is essential to analyze the conceptions of chemistry undergraduate of UFRPE-SEDE "future teachers" on the use of analogies and their influences in the teaching-learning process of the sciences. The instruments for data collection were two questionnaires, group resolution and discussion about an ENADE 2017 issue, observation and audio recording. The subjects of the research were composed of fifteen undergraduates who studied the subject of Compulsory Supervised Internship I in the 7th night of chemistry degree at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco - UFRPE unit SEDE in Dois Irmãos. The results show that only six undergraduates defined the analogies using the terms comparison and association, but also two undergraduates confuse this concept with an example. Furthermore, during questionnaire II, it is perceived that they recognize the analogies as facilitator of the teaching-learning process, but they believe that there are limitations in their use. Therefore, they think that it is very important the initial training for the teacher preparation in the use of this didactic resource, and for them the use of analogies in their classes would be pertinent, however, they would be planned and could be done also spontaneously to answer some questioning of the students. When questioned the presence of the study of analogies during the graduation, it is noticed that the majority considered that the time dedicated to the subject was not enough, and this result together with the research studied, warn that, during their initial formation, there is a need for a more specific preparation in relation to analogue resources. For, the undergraduates did not recognize any methodology for the use of analogies as a didactic resource, even in the final phase of the graduation course, and when participating in this research they were able to revise their conceptions regarding teaching practices with analogies, starting with the resolution of questionnaire II and of the question of ENADE, in which they established pedagogical justifications for the use or not of analogies.Item Atividade antimicrobiana de análogos da piperina(2018-08-02) Bezerra, Leonardo Alexandre Barros; Ramos, Clécio Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3782004073843685; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3961756201958567The structural modification of natural compounds is of significant importance for medicinal chemistry, from 1981 to 2014 1328 medicines were approved for commercialization, of which 51.5% are of natural origin and 26.8% are derived from phytochemicals. An example is the natural amide piperine, which is the target of several biological investigations, and which has demonstrated the potential to act as a precursor to new compounds with application in the modulation of biological phenomena with the 1,2,4 oxadiazole nucleus, which are a class of heterocyclic that exhibit a range of biological activities and that can be used for the synthesis of potential microbial agents. This work aims to report the extraction of piperine by microwave. Reflux hydrolysis of piperine to obtain piperinic acid in moderate yields. Obtaining the ethyl piperininate esters and 3,4 methylenedioxy ethyl cinnamate with excellent yields. The synthesis of amidoximes using the conventional methodology of stirring with hydroxylamine hydrochloride, sodium carbonate and the corresponding nitriles with the substituents (p-nitro, p-toluyl, m-toluyl, benzo, piperonyl, 4-pyridine) in yields of 37% -98%. Using the methodology of synthesis of oxadiazole by microwave using ethyl cyano acetate esters with piperonylamidoxime, ethyl ester 3,4-methylenedioxy cinnamate with 4-pyridine and p-toluyl amidoxime in the presence of K2CO3 and DMF. All oxadiazol precursors were elucidated by IV and the 1,2,4-oxadiazoles synthesized characterized by 1H and 13C NMR. Some compounds were tested bactericidal activities, where the 1,2,4-oxadiazoles presented excellent results against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae and one of the compounds presented luminescent activity a little reported in the 1,2,4 oxadiazoles.Item Modelos de química quântica aplicados à nanoestruturas(2018-08-13) Silva Filho, Franklin Ferreira da; Bastos, Cristiano Costa; Silva, Luiz Carlos Barbosa da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1481188647500485; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6385190604693576; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0671142012284329Considering the remarkable versatility of nanostructures on generating compounds with varied and well-defined geometry, to study models that include elements of differential geometry seems to be a natural path. On this perspective, one of the possible analysis is the use of extrinsic Hamiltonians, which incorporate elements of the ambient that contains the physical system in the form of a potential term. This work aim to study the confinemnt on bidimensional structures (planes, cylinders, spheres and cones), to explore its Hamiltonians, energy spectra and seeks relationships with physical and chemical properties of equivalent nanomaterials via computational simulation. We present computational simulated electron density results that are consistent with the theoretical models, and we explore an application in the acidity-basicity control of nanostructures using their curvature.Item Proposta de sequência didática sobre a função orgânica álcool com foco na prevenção do uso abusivo de bebidas alcoólicas: análise a partir de aspectos da Teoria da Atividade de Leontiev(2018-08-15) Silva, Fábio Calado de Melo; Simões Neto, José Euzébio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3560726840212196The present work presents a Teaching Learning Sequence (TLS) for teaching the organic alcohol function with a focus on the prevention of abusive use of alcoholic beverages. The choice of the topic of alcoholism was raised by the proximity of the author to people who suffer directly or indirectly with the problem of excessive or continued use of alcohol. This teaching sequence is composed of activities that seek to contemplate the pedagogical and epistemological dimensions described by Méheut and was structured in six moments using the method 5E, proposed by Patro. The first moment was thought for the students to answer a questionnaire to survey their previous conceptions on the subject; the second moment is the presentation of a video about alcoholism and notes/ appointments on relevant points; in the third moment it was thought to occur reading the article "Alcoholism and Chemical Education"; The fourth moment corresponds to the lecture on the scientific aspects of the alcohol function; in the fifth moment it was planned to carry out in-room research on conceptual and social aspects of the use of ethanol; and, finally, at the sixth moment, the evaluation must be carried out. The activities proposed in the sequence were analyzed from some categories of Leontiev's Theory of Activity, among them: objectives, actions, subjects, system of operations and results. The analysis of the results allowed realizing that the didactic sequence has potential to reach its objectives if the operations chosen for the activity are compatible with the desired cognitive actions and necessary to assimilate the concepts associated to the intended object.Item Atividade experimental em eletrólise para o ensino de química: abordagem para uma educação ambiental na escola(2018-08-17) Silva, Thiago Ramos da; Freitas, Kátia Cristina Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5859266863241551; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3205312853023513This work aims to analyze if the use of experimental activity in electrolysis, contextualized by environmental issues, will bring to the students of high school a more comprehensive understanding on the subject in the classes of chemistry. For this, the following methodological procedure was adopted: 1) research with teachers from the State of Pernambuco about how they analyze the electrolysis experiment, as a didactic resource to be developed in the classroom; and 2) construction of didactic planning and application of a Didactic Sequence (SD) on the electrolysis theme. The present study was based on a descriptive and exploratory qualitative analysis, where the data obtained served as a personal parameter to answer the questioning of the objective mentioned above. All the data made with the teachers in this research, after being processed, were constructing the idea for a relevance of the topic related to environmental awareness, since this transversal theme should be present in the educational process of students at various school levels, as recommended by the National Policy on Brazilian Environmental Education and the National Curricular Parameters. In order to construct students' knowledge in a well-planned way, the application of SD was divided into two moments: theoretical lecture on some topics of electrochemistry, whose emphasis was mainly on learning the electrolysis subject; and next, an experimental class in the room about electrocoagulation, using easily accessible materials. The verification of the phenomenon occurred in the experiment had as fundamental characteristic the use of electrolysis for water treatment purposes, using iron electrode in a hypothetical sample of a solution containing dyeing paint for clothes.Item Síntese eletroquímica da estrutura metal-orgânica de [Cu3(BTC)2 .(H2O)3]n e sua aplicação em biossensores e meio ambiente(2018-08-27) Silva, Renata Pereira da; Freitas, Kátia Cristina Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9622769576689246; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9318114882701456The MOFs (Metal-Organic Frameworks) are a new class of materials known as porous coordination networks, form an extensive class of crystalline materials, featuring a central atom (metal ion) or sintered (metallic cluster) coordinated the organic molecules (ligands), in which this unit metal-ligand repeats itself forming a polymer metal complex network in one, two or three dimensions. One of the most important properties of this metal-organic framework is the high porosity and large surface area, properties that are exploited for the development of a textile dye adsorbent material in effluent and as crippling to the Lectin of Cratylia Mollis, a specific enzyme for glucose. The MOF [Cu3 (BTC) 2 ( H2O) 3] n was obtained by electrochemical synthesis and by current limiter using an acid solution 1, 3, 5-benzenotricarboxilico, sodium nitrate and dimethylformamide in water Mllipore a ratio of 1:1. The precipitate was filtered, washed and dried in an oven at 120° C, and then was characterized by absorption spectroscopy in the infrared region using a Fourier transform with spectrophotometer (FTIR) and by cyclic voltammetry. After this MOF mix with a solution that simulated a textile effluent, it was found that it can be used in your treatment as it was retrieved from a colorless effluent and the stabilization of the dye in your structure. The developed biosensors have been drawn up with the MOF with the lectin, and graphite paste in Platinum and gold electrodes. The cyclic voltammetry of these systems in solution of glucose and fructose. Indicating that the lectin interacts with low-concentration glucose solutions with the gold record (10:15, 5 mM due to the increase of the cathode and Anodic peaks), while that with the Platinum card she interacts with high concentrations of glucose (20, 40 and 60 mM due to the increase of cathode and Anodic peaks). Interaction not observed of the lectin with fructose, as expected. This system can be used for the identification of glucans in effluents, and identification of glucose in real samples, not requiring a large amount of sample for identification, making the low-cost and efficient method.Item Análise de diferentes modos de pensar e falar sobre calor expressados por estudantes a partir do trabalho com vídeos e estudo de caso(2018-08-28) Gomes, Gabriel Soares; Amaral, Edenia Maria Ribeiro do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5241130686153506; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8975279027875743This study proposes a didactic sequence focusing on the use of videos. Our objective was to analyze different ways of thinking and ways of speaking expressed by students in chemistry classrooms, from different contexts, brought in videos about situations and phenomena involving the concepts of heat. We believe that the use of didactic strategies that count on the exhibition of videos can establish a new dynamics of contextualization in the classroom, structuring the teaching and facilitating the students' learning. The application of the didactic sequence happened with students of the second year of High School in a reference school in Olinda-PE, the sequence had four moments, in the first one the previous conceptions were raised and the profile of the students with the videos were traced, in the second and in the third moment the concept of heat was approached in an expositive dialogues class having two videos as resource. The videos that were used in the didactic sequence are of the YouTube channel of Minutephysics, being chosen those that talk about heat. At the end of the third moment a study case containing three situations was delivered so that the students could solve the case, in the fourth and last moment the students presented the solutions found by each group and a video was presented. To analyze the data, we used the theory of the conceptual profile proposed by Mortimer (1995) to understand the process of conceptualization about heat from dynamic articulations between different ways of thinking and speaking that find meaning in specific contexts. We will take into consideration the conceptual profile proposed by Amaral and Mortimer for the heat (2001). Based on the zones of the conceptual profile of heat, we analyzed the videos used in the sequence and found the rationalist zone, the realist and the empirical one, for the previous conceptions raised we had the emergence of the rationalist zone and the realistic zone. At the first moment of the sequence the students emerged the rationalist zone, in the second moment the rationalist zone is found in the solutions. In the third moment two zones arise, the rationalist and the realistic. The results show that the videos can promote the emergence of diverse contexts and the discussion of different ways of thinking and ways of talking about the concept of heat. We emphasize the importance of this and other resources being introduced in the initial training so that future teachers experience innovative experiences in chemistry teaching and can include them in their teaching practice.Item Uma abordagem da robótica sustentável para o ensino de química(2018-08-29) Albuquerque, Edson Severiano de; Leão, Marcelo Brito Carneiro; Souza, Rodrigo Baldow de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7464451242948613; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2437159839645198; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7276831284746984This essay analized a pedagogical pratice with a sustainable robotics in chemis-try teaching, observing how this work could contribute with teaching and learning of topics discussed in the following activity. Some meetings up were realized with 9th grade elementary school student from a private school in order to discuss some chemistry topics related to enviromment education. An eletronical waste collection was done in the neighborhood and these things were used by the students in the de-velopment of three prototypes. After these artifacts building, a questionnaire was aplied to the students and their results were categorized and organized in charts, and later analized. This activity made the students undestand better the problems of dis-posal eletronical waste, promoting, in addition, some solutions, and could enable a praticing where the students learned the real chemistry that many times has been studying only in theory.Item Interações de drogas com DNA monitoradas por espectrometria UV-Vis(2019) Santos, Hitala Nicole Lima dos; Oliveira, Severino Carlos Bezerra de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7976654736038580; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1590532323360691
