These changes have awakened the need for rapid, accurate and available information at any time and place, providing a significant growth in the use of mobile applications in smartphones. In contrast, public health in Brazil still faces a number of problems can be cited: overcrowding of hospitals, bureaucracy in marking consultation, lack of medicines and doctors, and lack of accurate information on the location of establishments, and the specialties of physicians who work in the same. Information that is fundamental in the speed and precision of the patient’s decision. From this context, this project aimed to develop an app that contributes making available data about establishments and doctors working for services of the Brasilian Unified Health System. The software uses the data from the state of Pernambuco, which was obtained through the DATASUS website, which is an agency of the Department of Strategic and Participatory Management of the Ministry of Health, which has the responsibility of collecting, process and disseminate health information. The application still uses the Google database, Google firebase, which has several features, which used Authentication and Realtime Database among them, the first one that guarantees better control over the users and the second allowing a visualization and change in real time of the registered data, finally the establishments are geo represented in the application through api Google Maps. The application also counts, with the possibility of 2 users, the citizen, who can view the data, register a profile, inform dependents; and the administrator, who will be responsible for maintaining the data in app.Item Mineração de dados aplicada a análise de desempenho de alunos no 5º ano do ensino fundamental(2019) Silva, Rodrigo Jacinto da; Silva, Paulo Mello da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8976586263200932; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0387528027653635Differences in the educational performance of students can be seen through evidence made byschools and evaluations of government educational systems, and this performance is directlylinked with socioeconomic of student and school structures as well as their teachers. One ofthe evaluations made by the INEP (National Institute of Research Studies) to evaluate theperformance of elementary school students, in which this work is dedicated, was created SAEB(System of Evaluation of Basic Education). Through the data provided by SAEB, a more detailedanalysis of student performance can be made. The aim of this work is to use computationaltechniques to analyze data from the SAEB referring to students of the 5th year of elementaryschool in the state public schools of pernambuco. In order to perform this work, the CRISP-DM(Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) methodology was used, making use of all itssteps to better understand and organize the data. The work made use of the Weka software, whichin turn helped in the application of techniques and algorithms for the analysis of the database.The research was able to bring the development of a performance model to assist educationalmanagers and teachers in decision making.Item Uma proposta de análise e modelagem em instituições educacionais: um estudo de caso(2019) Silva, Jesus Orisvaldo Belo da; Silva, Paulo Mello da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8976586263200932This project have the purpose of using information technology to optmize the internal process of discipline exemption of the public educational organization Rural University of Pernambuco / Unit of Serra Talhada, so that part of those that are making difficult the flow of requests issued by students of the Information System Course be removes with the remodeling process. For its development, it makes necessary to carry out a case study applied to an Educational Organization of Higher Education, elicitation of process, modeling of business process, realization of a diagnosis, identication of existing bottlenecks in the organization. Everyone hopes that, this work proposes the developmen of a model to automate the business process of the institution in question, offering solutions that seek to optimize the internal process or increase the efficiency of the time of service.Item Seleção e implantação de um sistema de gestão financeira para APAE de Serra Talhada(2019) Almeida Filho, Augusto Alves de; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; Albuquerque, Hidelberg Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0955255065576989; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356The third sector needs constantly to draw up plans to raise funds and ensure its survival in theshort and long term. However, in most cases, the problem is not directly related to resourceconstraints, but the lack of financial management. It is possible to say that financial managementhas the function of interpreting or establishing objectives, according to available capital, toallocate resources necessary to meet those objectives. Among the organizations of the thirdsector, the Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional (APAE) stands out, which isa network for the promotion and defense of the rights of people with intellectual and multipledisabilities. Nowadays, there are several units spread throughout the national territory, oneof them located in the county of Serra Talhada. In this way, the present work aims to selectand implement a financial management system in the APAE of Serra Talhada. Its financialmanagement is done through the use of spreadsheets, and the management of the organizationunderstands that the tool in use is inadequate and has many limitations. The method was dividedin five steps, they are diagnosis; definition and validation of requirements; comparative analysisof systems; system selection and, finally, the deployment. Therefore, through interviews it waspossible to understand the APAE’s financial management process, as well as to execute themapping of this process. The interviews also allowed to carry out the requirements survey, whichserved as a north in the final selection phase, where follow-up systems of such requirementswere sought as a priority in the control of donations and donors, cash flow and reports foraccountability. During the selection process, several systems were analyzed (Ongfácil, HYB,Any3, Economato, Argus, KAD APAE, Conta Azul and GestãoClick), and Argus was the onethat pleased APAE managers because it met the requirements still allow the management of othermodules, such as health and education for example. Due to lack of time it was not possible tocomplete the implementation of the system and, consequently, it was not possible to carry out theevaluation. It is expected that the system can provide APAE managers better visibility of availableresources and resources needed to sustain their projects, as well as awareness of the limits of theorganization in terms of limits on project implementation. In addition, it is also expected thatthe system will facilitate APAE accountability and provide more transparency, informing thepopulation of the organization’s expenditures and investments, as a way of accounting for thereceipts and presentation of the needs for the continuity of social projects, which aim to includeand assist people with disabilities and who require special attention.
