Item Uma abordagem da radioatividade no ensino médio a partir de um estudo de caso(2019) Belarmino, José Cleuton da Silva; Silva, Cristiane Martins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1000796161353860; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3251847005725278Radioactivity is a process in which a nucleus with a certain amount of protons and neutrons can be transformed into another nucleus with different protons and neutrons. We can find various applications and influences of radioactivity in our everyday lives, such as in medicine, industry, agriculture and livestock, making this subject important to be discussed in the classroom. However, despite the relevance of radioactivity in teaching, the subject is often taught in a superficial way, since it is almost always left to be taught in the last months of the academic semester. Given this, this work aims to address this theme with greater emphasis and analyze the development of high school student learning from the application of a case study on the subject in the classroom. This case study was applied to a group of the 3rd year of high school in the technical course of administration of the state technical school Pedro Leão Leal, in the city of São José do Belmonte, Pernambuco. For data collection, an initial questionnaire, a final questionnaire and the presentations of the case solution were used. Through the results obtained, we believe that the use of a case study approaching social issues contextualized on the thematic radioactivity can be an alternative that can contribute to the learning of high school students.Item Uma abordagem para melhoria da qualidade nos processos de prestação de serviços por empresas de informática(2021-03-05) Almeida, Jacqueline Rolim Cordeiro de; Silva, Paulo Mello da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8976586263200932; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7816100647180836This research work presents an approach that makes it possible to map the processes of a computer company, in order to identify and analyze them in order to implement quality improvements in the provision of services to its customers. The choice of the theme was due to the importance that the improvement of the quality of organizational processes represents for companies, especially IT companies, which continuously seek efficiency and effectiveness in their processes, through their identification, analysis, and measurement for their evaluation. . All the processes carried out by the company were identified and in each scenario it was possible to analyze the current state (AS-IS) and propose a desired future state (TO-BE) with the proposed improvements. The ITIL methodology was used to redesign the services and the SERVQUAL methodology for the definition of indicators related to quality in the provision of the service. The analysis of the proposed scenarios allowed identifying which activities or stages have some type of failure or impediments that need intervention to correct them so that they do not compromise the process as a whole. The results show the implementation of the proposed approach to improve the quality of IT service provision processes, from the perspective of the proposed objectives, bringing reliability, security, customer satisfaction and efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of the workItem Ácido giberélico na conservação pós-colheita de frutos de umbuzeiro (Spondias tuberosa Arruda Câmara) em condição refrigerada(2019-07-09) Oliveira, Francisco Jardel Moreira de; Ataíde, Elma Machado; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2422663252620574; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7543700066092948The umbuzeiro is a native species of Caatinga, it has as fruit the umbu, with great social and economic importance for the Northeastern region of Brazil. The umbu has great acceptance in the market for in natura consumption and of products such as popsicles, jellies and sweets, however, the absence of post-harvest technologies to preserve this fruit causes that much of the harvest is lost. An alternative to increasing the shelf life of umbu is the use of refrigeration associated with regulators such as gibberellic acid (GA3), which acts to reduce the rate of respiration and inhibit the synthesis of ethylene in post-harvest. In this sense, the objective of this study was to evaluate different concentrations of GA3 in the post-harvest conservation of umbu in refrigerated conditions, based on the attributes of fruit quality. The fruits were harvested manually at maturation stage " for once", immediately washed and sanitized in 2% (w/v) sodium hypochlorite solution, dried in ambient condition and selected for size, appearance and physical damage. Then, the following treatments were performed: T1: 0 mgL-1 (Witness), T2: 10 mgL-1 of GA3, T3: 20 mgL-1 of GA3 and T4: 30 mgL-1 of GA3. The fruits were immersed for 60 seconds, dried in ambient condition and conditioned in refrigerated condition. The experimental design was completely randomized, with plots subdivided in time, the plots consisted of the four concentrations of GA3 and the subplots for storage time (0, 5, 10 and 15 days), except for mass loss, with evaluation three days. Five replicates with 5 fruits were used for each subplot, totaling 100 fruits per plot. The data were submitted to analysis of variance and when significant, the Tukey test was applied at 5% for the concentrations of GA3 and the regression analysis to the subplots. The attributes of quality evaluated were: length, diameter and shape of the fruit; weight loss; weight and yield of pulp; fruit mass, bark and seed; yield of pulp and seed; soluble solids, titratable acidity; pH; ratio and technological index. The concentrations of gibberellic acid did not present significant interference with the physical attributes of umbuzeiro fruits in refrigerated conditions, except for pulp mass and pulp yield, which presented the best results for GA3 20 and 30 mgL-1 concentrations. The weight loss of the fruits did not differ from the control among the applied treatments, being the highest loss obtained in the concentration of 30 mgL-1 of GA3. The storage time was the factor of greater interference on the physical-chemical attributes, however, for the ratio, there is interference of GA3 concentrations up to the 10th day of storage. There is a need for further investigation regarding the use of GA3 in the post-harvest conservation of umbu, with test of other concentrations and immersion time in order to prove the efficiency of this regulator in the maintenance of post-harvest life of umbu in refrigerated condition.Item Ações de extensão: a percepção dos acadêmicos sobre as lives temáticas do projeto administração na web durante a pandemia(2020-11-04) Silva, Talita Aiala Paiva; Farias, Ana Paula da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9195858306109701; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0190196862233112Knowing the importance that involves the extension in universities and that it is necessary to carry out activities that help bring the academic community closer to society, this paper aims to analyze the actions of the extension project Administration on the WEB, developed by professors and students of the Bachelor's degree in Administration course of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco - Academic Unit of Serra Talhada (UFRPE/UAST), during the pandemic period of Covid-19. Therefore, the following research question is presented: what is the perception of the students about the actions of the WEB Administration project, implemented in the pandemic period? Putting on the agenda the Thematic Lives realized. Through this, the methodology was based on a case study, with descriptive and exploratory approach. The research subjects were professors and students from UFRPE/UAST and other institutions. A systematic review was conducted to understand what the authors approached on the subject and, to know the perceptions of people when it comes to the actions of the blog, a questionnaire was prepared, using Google Forms. It is reflected that the actions implemented by the blog, during the pandemic period, with the purpose of bringing the university and society closer together were effective, collaborating satisfactorily so that those involved understand the importance of communication and university extension within the academic environment in which they are inserted. Thisactivity is expanding in the world and also in this region, having as security food security, employment and revenue to the Stateand for the producer. The main activities performed were: Reception and settlement of the animals, feeding, immunization, classification, biometrics, monitoring, and technical visits. In the stages of the shrimp processing Litopenaeus vannamei, in two forms, whole shrimp and headless shrimp, as well as the processing of the lobster Scyllarides brasiliensis (lobster shoe), Panulirus laevicauda (green Cape lobster) and Panulirus meripurpuratus (red lobster). From the arrival of the raw material in the reception sector, until the finalization of the process known as expedition. This report describes some of the beneficiation activities at the company Qualimar Pescados, where shrimps, fish andlobsters are processed, these fish according to the type of processing can offer different types of final products.
