(2023-04-26) Bezerra, Willams Augusto dos Santos; Silva, Marcília Gama da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0090863442089957; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3713967650312274
The present work aims to analyze the denunciations of contemporary slavery in the newspaper "Correio Braziliense" from 1969 to 1974, during the Medici government. Through this research, we seek to demonstrate how slavery continued to occur even after almost a century of abolition. In this context, regional and social vulnerabilities contributed to making certain portions of the population more susceptible to enticement and consequent exploitation. To support the analysis, we used the perspective of the History of the Present Time insofar as both the 1964 dictatorship and contemporary slavery are historical events of the past that persist in the collective memory, politics, economy and social relations of our country. country. In addition, we seek to understand the position of the newspaper studied in a scenario of censorship and repression, in which such denunciations could harm the positive image that had been built on the economic and social policy of the Military Government.

(2021-07-13) Silva, Carlos Augusto da Rocha; Silva, Marcília Gama da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0090863442089957; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6762507742568263
This article seeks to understand how German espionage was structured in Brazil during the period of the Second World War (1939-1945). For this purpose, it uses sources directly to Intelligence Agencies: diplomatic correspondence, criminal files, direct reports of spies who worked during the aforementioned period in Brazil, biographies of great icons of world espionage and special works in the area that help us to capture the differences and similarities that present themselves between the actions of German agencies and others. Thus, we will use the methods based on the Annales school, in view of the pioneering spirit of this school in the use of “unofficial” sources, its methodological profile fits perfectly into the objective of giving voice to Intelligence Agents. Marc Bloch, one of the main exponents of this school, acted as an intelligence agent in the French resistance, something that makes it more than appropriate.
