Item Terceirização e precariedade: um estudo sobre as condições de trabalho dos terceirizados da UFRPE(2024-03-08) Silva, Cecília Ludmylla Rêgo da; Faria, Maurício Sardá de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1513772085737367; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8091000656821989This research stands out in the field of sociology of work by analyzing the transformations and precarizations in work relations in capitalism, particularly in the context of outsourced companies connected to the University Federal Rural of Pernambuco (UFRPE). The study's goal is to understand the work relations at this university and how they influence the workers' quality of life. To achieve this, the study begins with a theoretical analysis of work throughout history, work relations in capitalism, and new forms of work, focusing on how these relations impact workers' well-being. The methodological approach was qualitative, including semi-structured interviews and a literature review. The results reveal an environment of extreme stress, task accumulation, insecurity, and coercion in pursuit of results. This study aims to improve public policies to protect workers and promote a safer and healthier work environment.Item Trabalho e sindicato na cidade do Recife durante a ditadura militar brasileira: o caso da indústria têxtil Othon (1965-1971)(2023-04-20) Rodrigues, Sandro Soares Bezerra; Silva, Marcília Gama daThe present work consists of a study about the relationship between work and capital during the period of the military dictatorship in Brazil, between 1965 and 1971. It aims to build a reflection on the historical impacts of this period on the functioning of unions, on guarantee of labor rights and the role of labor justice in the face of violations perpetrated by the authoritarian State, having as object of study the labor lawsuits filed against the textile companies Othon Bezerra Melo. The theoretical foundation adopted in this study is based on the works of Marx and Thompson, whose objective is to understand the relationship between the class struggle, the working class and the dominant class represented by the elites and by the State.Item Reforma trabalhista e startups: desafios e perspectivas para a promoção da eficiência no Brasil(2021-02-05) Pereira, Fabrícia Suziane Felix; Gomes, Sónia Maria Fonseca Pereira Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9795791528582607; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2691613604658753The monograph seeks traces of the relationship between Labor Reform in Brazil, the emergence and development of innovative companies and startups. The investigation focused on data on the evolution of the segment of start-ups in Brazil, especially after the current implementation of new labor standards, which allowed new contractual forms and consequently easier association of labor agreements with the demand of each segment in the market. The methodology used in this study was exploratory, descriptive with bibliographic and data surveys about the start-ups in the world and in Brazil. The results show that regulatory changes contribute to employment generation in start-ups and institutions in general.
