Item Minha UBS: aplicativo para facilitar o acesso a serviços disponibilizados em Unidades Básicas de Saúde(2024-10-09) Lira, Emerson Leonardo Oliveira de; Monteiro, Cleviton Vinicius Fonsêca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9362573782715504The Unified Health System is the system that guarantees the Brazilian population access to health services free of charge through the public network. The main way of accessing these services is from basic health units, popularly known as "postinhos", Those responsible in these units for facilitating this access for residents are community, health and endemic diseases, agents who act as bridges between residents and health units. With tools to help plan strategies to operate in the region and facilitate communication with residents, Minha UBS proposes, through an application, to reduce barriers between the population and public health services.Item Revisão de literatura: o impacto do uso de antibióticos na indústria avícola brasileira: alternativas e desafios para saúde pública(2024-03-05) Albuquerque, Saimo Araujo; Sena, Maria José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5401565291241155; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8554463131618230This work aimed to synthesize sustainable practices in an industrial-scale poultry farm, Santa Isabel Agropecuária Ltda., and analyze the use of antibiotics and their alternatives in Brazilian poultry farming. In view of the actions of this professional, especially in Public Health, it is necessary to debate the subject. Thus, the present Mandatory Supervised Internship (ESO) aimed to report the routine of activities in the Environmental, Epidemiological and Sanitary Surveillance in Sirinhaém-PE: arboviruses, rabies, schistosomiasis, inspections of establishments linked to Veterinary Medicine, as well as the activities complementary courses (training courses). Sirinhaém was considered to be infested with the Aedes Aegypti gnat, with priority being given to combating this mosquito. Among these actions, educational ones were carried out in the residences, on how to condition water and what care should be taken, because due to the irregularity of supply, these reservoirs become breeding grounds for A. aegypti gnat larvae. Traps were placed (eleven points) and confirmation of eggs and/or larvae of the A. aegypti gnat were found in some of them. Vector control were: mechanical and chemical control. Mechanical control: removing the spotlights, placing the screen on possible spots. Chemical control: use of organophosphate insecticides, pyrethroids, and growth regulators, possibly including Chitin Synthesis Inhibitors and Juvenile Hormone Analogues. In the activities of rabies vaccination, a total of 6,865 animals (canines: 4,872; felines: 1,993) were vaccinated with rabies, reaching 84% of the animal population. There were inspections in sectors such as: pharmacy, food truck, beverage warehouse, bar and convenience store, the last two establishments with several irregularities reported and in the other inspection, both followed the guidelines. In the Epidemiological Surveillance, the epidemiological data of schistosomiasis was monitored, and Sirinhaém was considered endemic (nineteen positive cases confirmed). Among the complementary activities: training courses: the “REDESIM /JUCEPE and SEBRAE” and the “e-visit@ - PE -Endemics”. Development of the routines of ESO activities in the area of public health, interconnection of the three Surveillances (Environmental, Sanitary and Epidemiological) was noted and the respective practical experiences were important to professional training, extremely valuable, in the desire to remain committed to learning and practice of the profession.Item Atuação do médico veterinário no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) nas Unidades Federativas (UF) da região Sudeste do Brasil(2022-10-04) Belo, Paulo Henrique da Fonseca; Brandespim, Daniel Friguglietti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0279327020788151; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7542901372593780The mandatory supervised internship is a mandatory activity developed to obtain the bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE). In Brazil, over 70% of the population rely on the Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS). Knowing public opinion related to SUS is very important for the improvement of services and assistance provided by such an entity. Sentiment analysis has been used in several applications including social networks and blogs to extract public opinion. Despite the fact that other papers have already worked with sentiment analysis, none of them have focused on SUS. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to analyse the sentiments shown by Brazillian Twitter users about SUS before and during COVID-19 pandemic. To reach this goal, a database of portuguese tweets regarding SUS posted between december 2019 and october 2020 was created. The tweets were pre-processed, classified and then analysed. The results show that, in most cases, users are in favor of SUS.Item A Política Pública de Saúde 2021: o caso da política de atenção básica da saúde no bairro da Chã da Tábua, município de São Lourenço da Mata, estado de Pernambuco no ano de 2021(2021-07-23) Santos, Fábio José dos; Silva Filho, Guerino Edécio da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2977795200183918Health is a constituent variable of a population's human capital stock, and as such it is fundamental as an indicator of social well-being, as well as an essential economic variable influencing a society's long-term economic growth process. The objective of this study is to analyze the Pearson correlation coefficient between public spending on health and quality of life indicators, in order to attest the intensity and meaning of these correlations. The proposal is to briefly present the evolution of public health financing in Brazil, as well as the structuring of the Unified Health System (SUS), as well as the main indicators of quality of life, its methodologies, definitions and data. The indicators used were: Human Development Index, Municipal Human Development Index, Gini Index, GDP per capita, Life Expectancy at Birth and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). At the end of the study, it was verified that only the Gini Index is not correlated with public health expenditures. The IMR has a moderate correlation and is the only indicator to show an inverse correlation. The Municipal Human Development Index and Life Expectancy at Birth show a moderate and positive correlation, while the remaining indicators, Human Development Index and GDP per capita, show a very strong and positive correlation.Item Dinâmica do controle de Blattella germanica (Linnaeus, 1767) em lojas de varejo na Região Metropolitana do Recife(2020-01-31) Machado, Ronald de Andrade; Oliveira, Marco Aurélio Paes de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9909174806823080; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1833510959018317Cockroaches are insects that have great ease in adapting to environments present in commercial and residential places, factors such as shelter and food are essential for their reproduction, so it is almost impossible to keep the presence of these insects in these spaces null, since there is great availability of environments that are conducive to infestations, therefore it is important to maintain control of these insects, since they are potential vectors of various diseases. In retail stores there are economic losses caused by these infestations, such as the loss of merchandise, since food that came into contact with these insects must be discarded. The research was carried out in ten retail stores in the city of Recife (PE), where the dynamics of the chemical control of Blattella germanica in different sectors of the establishments was observed, together with the observation of irregularities that cause a low efficiency of the chemical control. The collections were carried out in the period between the months of October and November 2019, and were carried out with the company Factor Saúde Ambiental (FACTOR) that makes up the Associação Pernambucana de Controle de Pragas Urbanas (ASCPEC). In general, establishments structurally do not follow the necessary rules to keep the population number of these insects low, thus harming the pest control company that needs an adequate and clean environment to make the control effective. Concluding that the management responsible for the retail store has a fundamental role to comply with the legislative rules given by ANVISA.
