Item Federalismo e pandemia: um estudo sobre a atuação do governo federal e dos governos estaduais no enfrentamento a pandemia do COVID-19(2022-05-27) Silva, Lealdo Rafael da; Andrade, Fábio Bezerra de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9407924493644881; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4578417256338650Item Modelos matemáticos epidemiológicos do tipo SIS e SIR e o segundo método de Lyapunov(2023-05-05) Santos, Letícia Maria Menezes dos; Didier, Maria Ângela Caldas; Freitas, Lorena Brizza Soares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2302580820419163; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9721552594807972; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9115322351374062This work aims to study epidemiological mathematical models of the SIS (Susceptible- Infected-Susceptible) and SIR (Susceptible-Infected-Removed) types, focusing on the stability of the equilibrium points of the differential equation systems that describe them. Stability analysis will be presented in two ways, using the eigenvalue characteristics and/or the trace of the system matrix and using the Second Lyapunov Method. We also address the stability of variations of these models, considering non-constant total population and vital dynamics (births and deaths), or dividing the population of infected individuals into exposed individuals (infected who do not yet transmit the disease) and infectious individuals (infected who transmit the disease). We define the Basic Reproduction Value, and for some models, we present ways to obtain it from the involved rates and initial conditions of the system. A calculation that determines the maximum number of infected individuals reached was performed for the SIR model with constant total population and without vital dynamics. Finally, to understand how these models are practically applied, we decided to study the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic in the state of Pernambuco in 2020 and 2021 through the SIR model with constant population size and no vital dynamics. To do this, we calculated the Basic Reproduction Value and the maximum number of infected individuals for each case. It is worth noting that an evolutionary algorithm was used to obtain a model that best approximated the real data.Item Aprendizagem colaborativa apoiada por computador durante a pandemia do Covid-19: uma revisão sistemática(2022-10-07) Melo, Daniel Lemos de; Araújo, Carlos Julian Menezes; Andrade, Ermeson Carneiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2466077615273972; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3156174527107999; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4495434877384543With the social isolation measures caused by the pandemic in 2020, educational institutions had to plan alternatives to ensure remote teaching. Among the various approaches, we cite the Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) strategy, which seeks, through computers, to promote collaborative teaching remotely. This study seeks to evaluate how the use of the CSCL was during this period of isolation, through a systematic review. From the query in several databases, it was possible to identify 120 works that reported experiences using CSCL. The results indicate considerable success in adopting the CSCL strategy, as well as trends in technology use and approaches in each region of the planet.Item Os impactos do ensino remoto nas aulas de educação física de professores do ensino médio no período pandêmico de COVID-19(2023-04-30) Sanguinett, Rivaldo Reis; Mello, Rachel Costa de Azevedo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8749101676171464; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1445371799321987The research object of study is remote teaching in schools in a specific component of the curriculum: Physical Education. So we ask: what impacts does Remote Teaching have on High School Physical Education classes from the perspective of teachers in the period of the Covid 19 Pandemic? We defined as a general objective: to analyze impacts of Remote Teaching in Physical Education classes of High School teachers during the Covid 19 Pandemic period. of high school teachers in the Covid 19 Pandemic period; to analyze changes proposed in the teaching process by High School Physical Education teachers during the Covid 19 Pandemic period. from the Google Forms platform. Teachers who teach in the remote emergency period in the first year of high school classes were chosen for the field research sampling. The analysis of the forms was carried out using the methodology of Discursive Textual Analysis by MORAES and GALIAZZI (2006). As a conclusion of the research, we can say that the impacts of remote teaching of physical education in high school were considered negative in relation to infrastructure. However, it was possible to highlight successful activities that remained as a legacy. Advances in the use of new technologies and pedagogical tools in physical education classes.Item Uso de machine learning para previsão de valores de apartamentos no município do Recife(2023-09-12) Silva, Thiago César de Miranda; Monteiro, Cleviton Vinicius Fonsêca; Soares, Rodrigo Gabriel Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2526739219416964; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9362573782715504; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8285740572952516The COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it a series of economic effects and transformations related to behavior and the way people live, which, in turn, have had repercussions on property prices and real estate demand. In this context, property price forecasting assumes an extremely important role, contributing to more informed decisions, mitigating risks, and promoting greater transparency in the real estate sector. The implementation of automation in price forecasting further enhances this dynamic, significantly improving accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of predictions, while providing adaptability to economic fluctuations with greater agility. Utilizing listings available on OLX, a georeferenced database was created to generate a residential apartment price prediction model in Recife, using machine learning models in AutoML. This tool automates the development of machine learning models, enabling rapid experimentation and a focus on problem-solving. The work indicates that the poor geographical distribution of the data has biased the results of the models. Furthermore, it was concluded that the data found on online buying and selling platforms are insufficient for generating a machine learning model that achieves an acceptable level of accuracy in Recife, mainly because transaction values for the properties are not provided, only the advertised prices. However, this current work provides significant contributions to the advancement of research related to automation in real estate price prediction.Item Impactos ambientais antes, durante e pós período de lockdown (COVID-19) nas águas dos rios Capibaribe e Tejipió, Brasil(2023-09-05) Oliveira, Maria Eduarda Gonçalves de; Almeida, Gledson Luiz Pontes de; Silva, Marcos Vinícius da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6652290054024513; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2328849810614673; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3243908417015201The coronavirus pandemic has seriously affected human health, although some improvements on environmental indexes have temporarily occurred, due to changes on socio-cultural and economic standards. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impacts of the coronavirus and the influence of the lockdown associated with rainfall on the water quality of the Capibaribe and Tejipió rivers, Recife, Northeast Brazil, using cloud remote sensing on the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform. The study was carried out based on eight representative images from Sentinel-2. Among the selected images, two refer to the year 2019 (before the pandemic), three refer to 2020 (during a pandemic), two from the lockdown period (2020), and one for the year 2021. The land use and land cover (LULC) and slope of the study region were determined and classified. Water turbidity data were subjected to descriptive and multivariate statistics. When analyzing the data on LULC for the riparian margin of the Capibaribe and Tejipió rivers, a low permanent preservation area was found, with a predominance of almost 100% of the urban area to which the deposition of soil particles in rivers are minimal. The results indicated that turbidity values in the water bodies varied from 6 mg. L− 1 up to 40 mg. L− 1. Overall, the reduction in human based activities generated by the lockdown enabled improvements in water quality of these urban rivers.Item Análise de Sentimos de Tweets Relacionados ao Uso de Máscara Durante a Pandemia da Covid-19 no Brasil(2022-10-07) Oliveira, Felipe de Araújo Morais Vilar; Andrade, Ermeson Carneiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2466077615273972The world has recently gone through a global crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic began in a Chinese city called Wuhan in mid-December 2019 and spread across the world, infecting more than 596 million people and causing about 6.68 million fatalities. As the COVID-19 virus has much of its proliferation and contagion through the airways, experts and scholars in the health area recommended that the entire population wear masks in an attempt to stop the number of cases by creating a physical barrier to try to contain the respiratory droplets that serve as a means of spreading the virus. The use of masks in Brazil was adopted at the beginning of April of the year 2020, but its mandatory only started around the end of May of the same year. However, the misinformation about the use of the face mask generated great controversy, doubts and discomfort among the Brazilian population. This work aims to analyze the feeling of the Brazilian population regarding the use of masks as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) through posts (tweets) taken from Twitter. The results reveal that an average of 89.3% of the tweets related to face masks were neutral. Most of these neutral tweets show the Brazilian population’s discomfort in using masks, but at the same time accepting the need to use them in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19.Item As marcas da pandemia da COVID-19 nos estabelecimentos de alimentos e bebida(2023-04-11) Rodrigues, Renata Vicente dos Santos; Arruda, Luciana Leite de Andrade Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6140791519234633; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1558440673691348Item O retorno do comércio econômico pós-pandemia, do bairro da COHAB: do município de Machados(2023-09-19) Santana, Jonas de Andrade; Silva, Maria Auxiliadora Gonçalves da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1540473468896261This research started from the concern with the trade in the COHAB neighborhood, in the municipality of Machados, in the period of rehabilitation of post-pandemic activities, based on the assumption of the lack of preparation to face the post-pandemic and the amateurism in how the act is treated to commercialize. As an objective, I analyzed trade and traders in the COHAB neighborhood, in the municipality of Machados-PE, after the pandemic., with measures to overcome the crisis caused by the virus. An ethnographic research was carried out in the research scenario and a structured and open interview was carried out, the first part of the interview being to identify the profile of the interviewees; and the second, to identify the experience and impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In general, the results led me to observe that the consequences caused by Covid-19 contributed to an economic decline in the COHAB neighborhood, presenting significant changes in the behavior of local traders and expanding their visions for future perspectives to be developed in the resumption of their activities. commercial activities. I also noticed that the merchants had neither knowledge nor experience capable of directing a path to be followed as strategies for survival and return to activities. Based on this, I reinforce that the political articulation of all spheres of government to overcome the pandemic and its economic impacts are essential in times like this, experienced by the pandemic, and support was expected for this group so affected during the pandemic.Item Religião e religiosidade da juventude universitária da UFRPE, Campus Dois Irmãos, Recife/PE, em tempos pandêmicos(2023-09-20) Oliveira, Cira Cristine Pena de; Aquino, Rosa Maria de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7663893470581900; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3265962146694016This research aims to understand how the university youth of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco / Campus Dois Irmãos, experienced religion and religiosity as a support, to face the pandemic crisis.
