(2021-12-14) Silva, Raul Alves da; Miranda, Humberto da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1254987493556824; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2467433993885500
The National Movement of Street Boys and Girls is a political social movement that seeks to articulate activists for the cause of the rights of children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability. The Movement emerged in 1985 in the political scenario of the redemocratization of Brazilian politics and of questioning social policies and the educational model. The objective of this research is to analyze the educational practices developed and applied by the movement and its educators during the 1980s-1990s and the influence of Paulo Freire. For the development of this research we appropriated the methodology of discourse analysis under the Foucaultian perspective. As a result of this investigation, we observe that educators use the education method of the thinker Paulo Freire to achieve their political goals of guaranteeing and conquering childhood rights, as well as that children and adolescents themselves are transforming agents of their socialreality, understanding the right to education as a human right.

This article aims to carry out an analysis of primary documentation of the work Arte de Crear Bem os Filhos in the Age of Puericia (1684) by Father Alexandre de Gusmão (1629-1724). We intend to bring new reflections about the content of the work, highlighting its prescriptive pedagogical character, characteristic of a children's policy treaty for the Luso-American communities of the late 17th century. Inserting the work in the larger context of a pedagogical literature aimed at childish education with an Erasmian humanist influence, aimed at the children who would become the future students of the Colleges belonging to the order in Portuguese America. Based on the understanding of literature as a system by Antônio Cândido, we analyze the work, author and target audience in an integrated manner. Making use of the methodology of linguistic contextualism, we seek to frame the work as an organic object located in time and the author as a historical agent crossed by influences and motivations.

(2019-12-16) Bezerra, Rivaldo de Araújo; Silva, Marcília Gama da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0090863442089957; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1347469043914593
The silence of the dawn of March 31, 1964, is cut by movements that would alter the entire Brazilian reality. On April 1, the military and civilian forces would actually carry out President João Goulart's deposing plan beginning the period known as the Brazilian dictatorial period. Upon the nation's defense aegis has sprung a whole repressive web that will make heavy efforts to maintain the regime at all costs. The use of violence in the cellar of the dictatorship embodied in torture to opponents the most obtuse way of punishing and disciplining the bodies of subversive sayings, no group of people can escape the clutches of the repressive organs, this communication aims to analyze prisons and tortures made to a specific segment, the children. We propose to discuss under what circumstances these arrests were made, what motives allowed the actions that would take them imprisoned, we seek to understand what practices these infant bodies and minds suffered within the cellars of the repressive organs.
