Throught the myth of warrior maiden we can watch how occurr the conservation and at the same time, the break of the patriarcal values, and the inversion of roles and how this influences on life and at the perception of the female figure. The work exposes the situation of the protagonist that was inicially imposed for her father to adopt the male settings to protect herself and grow up in a hierarchcal social envirolment of jagunços and then motivated to continue transvestite to revenge her father’s death, in other words, fight in name of her father. She cannot experience the feminility and assume the love who nurture for her fight partner. The reasearch is from bibliografy nature and aims to achieve the purpose with studies of many areas of knowledge, among them, we take Eliade (1972), Tuan (1983), Galvão (1998), Jung (2000), Neitzel (2004), Ribeiro (2011), Almeida (2014) and others. Based on reviews, was seen how the fundaments of myth of the maiden who fight, mainly in name of her father or for her father, go throught generations since of native myths, running through the archetypes, the popular literacture and shows renoved for many works of present, be on cinematic context, be on literature so as Diadorim in Grande Sertão Veredas. The second part is about the Riobaldo’s sertão and some female characters. The last part is fully dedicaded to analyse Diadorim and the aspects who turns her a warrior maiden. At the end of the work was possible to observe that Diadorim, further fight in name of her father, fights for him and try to be the son varão that he desires, at the first place shows that even being woman she can be a warrior among of jagunços and then fight in the name of her father who she try to honor with the revenge for the betrayal and his death.Item “Crônica de uma mulher assassinada”: a relação entre espaço e personagem na obra Crônica da Casa assassinada, de Lúcio Cardoso(2019) Lima, Eduardo Felipe Pereira de; Moura, Valquíria Maria Cavalcante de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1979728174658046; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4013751734808579This study was designed to understand, through the work Crônica da Casa Assassinada, by Lúcio Cardoso, the links present in the narrative construction of the character and space categories in the modern novel, using the setting of the Meneses’ house and characterization by Nina. Thus, the observation of the transformations that took place and constitute the contemporary romanesque scope of the ninth and twentieth centuries, as well as the study of the behavior of the space and character elements and how they interact in the narrative was based. It was possible to identify a representation of the character Nina about the stagnant house in the psychological field of the characters and that occurs mainly in the lexical field of the text, narrated by them. This research has a qualitative and bibliographical character and was based on the studies of Rosenfeld (1969), Hauser (1998), Brayner (1979), Candido (2014), Brandão (2013), Humphrey (1976), Pankow (1988), Bachelard (1993), Brait (1985), among others. Based on the analysis, notes on the modern novel, its aesthetic characteristics and its context of origin, with the appearance of more intimate and psychological works as well as in Lúcio Cardoso, based on the interaction between Nina and the house in the descriptive process of the character-narrator consciousness. The research is divided in three parts, the first one corresponds to the considerations about the emergence of the novel and its configurations. Soon after, the theoretical framework about the narrative categories highlighted was considered. Finally, the elements of Lucio Cardoso's novel were analyzed in order to understand their affinities. Throughout the work it has been verified that modern narrative, in the light of the narrators' consciousness, opens up a range of possibilities in descriptive abstractions that can build clear bridges between categories, both through language and history.Item Devaneios, mitos e simbologias em a terceira margem do rio(2019) Nunes, Dinamérica Souza; Almeida, Maria do Socorro Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3185435491287172; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9744453889452116The work has the goal to study the perspective of the daydreams, myths and symbologies present in the story "A Terceira Margem do Rio", from João Guimarães, whom the author, leave all perplexed and will live in a canoe within the river. This father's attitude trigger off all the whole familiar structure over time all the family members by his side giving a course to life, except the eldest son who remains until the end of his days, seeking an answer to the father's attitude and blaming himself about something that he even doesn't know what it is about and living in his father shadow on the edge of the river. In analyzing the above, we are faced with aspects that refer to some myths, just as it also makes us symbolize representations by various elements deferred throughout the narrative. Another aspect that is present in this work is the daydreams on which the observers according to Bachelard (1988) are applicable. Some myths such as Charon, the archetype of the great father among others are also observed in this work. This approach about the myths will be based for students in the area a example of Eliade (1972) with regards to the simbologias found in the story supported by Scárdua (2008) opinion. In all this search it was possible to observe the Rosa's story could take the man to a new life perspective in a subliminal landing.
