Item O uso do pronome me em cartas campesinas do Sertão do Pajeú em meados do século XX (1956 a 1977)(2019) Nascimento, Tais Siqueira do; Brito, Dorothy Bezerra Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1796648943044087; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8882888345839873In this paper we analyzed 120 personal letters exchanged by Pernambuco letter writers, from 1956 to 1977, which were exchanged between two couples, a couple who was born and lived in the rural area of Triunfo - Pernambuco and the other couple who also lived in the same city. However, the male writer was naturalized in Floresta’s city. The manuscripts that make up the corpus of this work belong to the archive of Laboratório de Edição e Documentação Linguística de Pernambuco (LeDoc) which is coordinated by Dr. Cleber Ataíde. We aim to identify the clitic pronoun me in a postponed or postponed position in the composition of epistolary writings, specifically in the subgenre love letter. The data collected in the peasant missives were classified into groups of factors and grammatical categories (accusative, datives of interest, possession, ethical, among others). Moreover, we intend to reflect on the importance of this content for linguistic studies, with the description of Brazilian Portuguese, more specifically, the use and placement of the clitic me in this language. For such analysis, we will start from the discussions proposed by Paviani (2004) and Martins (2012), about the categorization and placement of the clitic me. In our results, we found 246 occurrences, of which 151 are proclitic and 95 enclitic. Thus, with greater recurrence we find the me in a position before the verb, classified in the accusative case, then, with greater recurrence, the object of study was classified in other categories, but also in a position before the verb, which corroborates with the studies of Martins (2012) about to the ordering of clitics, mostly in a proclitic position, as well as, with the placement of Paviani (2004) in relation to the statement that the proclysis is a tendency of standard Portuguese. In addition, the greater recurrence of the accusative case is opposed to our initial hypothesis to realize me as an emphatic dative of the Sertão do Pajeú region.Item Cartas pessoais de amor: gênero do discurso e estilo do enunciador do Sertão do Pajeú na década de 1950(2019) Souza, Rafaela dos Santos; Dugnani, Bruna Lopes Fernandes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6132618542893464; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2926392791984793This work aims at the understanding of both the speech genre personal love letter from Sertão [Backlands] of Pernambuco State - Brazil, which were written in the 1950s, and its enunciator’s style. This way, it contributes to the dissemination of this linguistic-cultural heritage. The reserach corpus is composed by 22 personal love letters written in the late 1950s by two senders (enunciators). They lived in the countryside of Sertão do Pajéu [Backlands of Pajéu] of Pernambuco State, Brazil. These letters were made available through the digital platform of Laboratório de Edição e Documentação de Pernambuco (Ledoc) [the Publishing and Documentation Laboratory of Pernambuco]. They were scanned and transcribed by the members of the research project “Banco Informatizado de Textos (BIT): a constituição de um corpus de manuscritos e impressos pernambucanos do século XVIII, XIX e XX” [Computerized Text Bank: the constitution of a corpus of Pernambuco manuscripts and printed papers from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries”]. The corpus selection was due to its relevance as an object of remarkable linguistic-cultural value. In order to achieve the objective of this research coherently, we adopted theoretically and methodologically the Bakhtinian perspective and, more specifically, the concepts of “speech genre” and “style” and the procedures for approaching the research corpus of description, analysis and interpretation. The results were obtained through aspects found as recurrent in the speech genre, such as the rhythm, metaphors, the use of pronouns thou and you, the use of diminutive forms and the vocatives. These aspects materialized proximity, spontaneity and intimacy, as well as similarities to a poetic discourse. The reflections on the enunciator’s writing indicated relevant characteristics of the period - the 1950s, enabling discussions about the different angles through which the style can be seen. Furthermore, the recurrences of a poetic production, the resemblance to the postcards of that time and to concrete poetry has lead the research not only to strictly consider linguistic features for analysis, but to also take into account the broader context that involved the letters and its enunciator’s style. This allowed us to comprehend the enunciator’s style as constituted in relation to the world and to the other.Item Uma análise dos fenômenos da fala em conversas no WhatsApp(2019) Gois, Aline Raquel Sena de; Ranieri, Thaís Ludmila da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9800015399149501In this work, we propose to analyze the connection between the speech and the writing in WhatsApp messages, intending to identify speech phenomena in light of the various linguistic theories emerged from Textual Linguistics, in manifestations arisen from everyday interactions in conversations in the environment of the WhatsApp application. In this way, our observations started from the amplified conception about what is a text, under the current ways in which we relate to writing, made possible by the internet through technological resources. The choice of our research locus is justified by its approximation to characteristics of the oral genre, spontaneous conversation arisen from the use of its available tools, giving us a potential corpus for our analyses. In this way, we intend to analyze, with an amplified look to the limit of text, the characteristics of both uses of the language, from which the current theories pull away the dichotomous perspective, making us recognize spoken text construction activities. Therefore, we will be attentive to the recurrences of which the participants rely on to build meanings in the speech events in WhatsApp conversations. For this purpose, we have the technical support of Koch (2006; 2009, 2013), Marcuschi (2007), Cavalcante e Custódio Filho (2010), Fonseca (2011), Cavalcante (2013), Fonte e Caiado (2014), Barbosa (2016), Pereira Lima Carvalho e Acioli (2017) and Oliveira (2018). The corpus of our work was gathered from WhatsApp conversations’ screenshots, from three distinct group chats which are a working-environment group chat which conversations are intended to be more limited to business-related matters; a group chat of friends with unconstrained chat themes, and a group chat with a private contact. In the period of gathering information, we dedicated to observe the interactions between speakers, verifying that the speech and the writing maintain a relation in the crisscross of its characteristics, such as the formality and informality levels of the interactions, which influence these interactions’ dynamics, the writing, the topical progression, the answer time, among other aspects that enabled us to identify speech marks in WhatsApp conversations, as we will prove in the course of our work.
