Item Redes neurais artificiais aplicadas à previsão de surtos de leptospirose(2018) Dantas, Elias Ferraz; Pires, Glauber Magalhães; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1159581534108735; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7510731560745063Leptospirosis is a disease of global occurrence, especially in tropical regions with high rainfall incidence and in places with poor sanitary conditions. It is a disease considered neglected, underestimated and difficult to diagnose because it presents symptoms common to other diseases, besides having a high lethality rate when reaching serious levels. In Brazil, its treatment has a high hospital cost and the disease has a high incidence in large urban centers. In the state of Pernambuco, Recife, it stands out from the other cities for having significantly larger numbers of records of Leptospirosis infections, this worrying data extols the need to support epidemiological surveillance in the fight against the disease. The objective of this work is to analyze the feasibility of using Artificial Neural Networks applied to the forecast of Time Series to perform early identification of the number of cases of Leptospirosis in the city of Recife / Pernambuco in order to demonstrate the possibility of using the technique for forecasting outbreaks as an additional means of information to contribute to the planning of health prevention actions, minimizing the social and economic impact caused by the disease.Item Informe City: plataforma para informar e gerenciar problemas de infraestrutura urbana(2018) Albuquerque, Natan de Souza; D’Emery, Richarlyson Alves; Pires, Glauber Magalhães; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1159581534108735; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3553920177544450; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6942586955274004Introduction:In recent years there has been a significant increase in popular participationin public administration due to the use of information technology and the development ofcommunication mechanisms between population and government. These technologies appliedin public management gave rise to e-government. With the emergence of new devices suchas smartphones and the increasing increase of its users, it allowed the emergence of a newapproach to participatory public administration, which became known as mobile government.Among the focuses of urban management are urban infrastructure services, with their technicalnature characterized by systems and technical subsystems. These systems are subject to theappearance of problems that can compromise its operation, it is the responsibility of the municipalgovernment to solve them in the environments of the cities. The main difficulty of the governmentin this process is to identify the emergence of these problems. One approach to minimizing thischallenge is to stimulate society so that it can help in this process by reporting the problemsencountered because they are part of their day-to-day lives. This approach has been used formany years, but through limited means such as telephone exchanges and forms, which hinder theprocess for both parties. Objective:The objective of this work was to develop a software platformthat facilitates the process of dissemination, monitoring and control of urban infrastructureproblems. Method: It was based on steps common to software development processes, suchas: requirements gathering, use case planning, modeling of system components using UnifiedModeling Language, implementation, and validation tests. The platform was developed in theclient-server architecture, through a Web service in the architectural form Representational StateTransfer (REST) and two client applications. The Web service was developed using the Goprogramming language and MongoDB as the database. The first client application was used tomanage the problems reported on the platform. It was developed to be a single-page application, using the TypeScript language with the Angular framework 6, used the GoogleMaps JavaScriptAPI v3 and was styled with the CSS Bootstrap framework. The second client application wasdeveloped in the TypeScript language using the Ionic and PhoneGap frameworks, and wasdesigned to run on the Andoid, iOS and Window Phone platforms. This application made useof the GoogleMaps JavaScript API v3. At the end of the development, the applications weretested. The Web service was validated through unit testing, white box and load performance test, black box, using the latter the Vegeta tool. The two client applications were tested by functionaltest based on use cases and test cases. After running these tests the applications were validatedbecause they met your requirements. Conclusion:After the development and validation ofthe systems, it was verified that they met the requirements and objectives raised in this work.In this way, a software platform has been developed that facilitates the population to reportproblems through their smartphones and that provides the government with a tool to managethese problems.Item Desenvolvimento de um objeto de aprendizagem para ensino da língua portuguesa(2018) Aquino, Thiago Rodrigo de; Almeida, Isledna Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8142534647575696Introduction: According to the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), a program developed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Brazil ranks 59th in the world education ranking. Through a study carried out byPISA in 2015, the students had low performance, with an average of 407 points, where the ideal score would be 698. Another worrying factor is that according to the Ministry of Education (MEC), students finish elementary school unable to read and write properly. According to the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB), the level of learning in the sixth to ninth grade has not improved sufficiently, over the years this level has been decreasing. The Federal Government has invested in education, where it distributed more than 600 thousand tablets in all public schools in Brazil, with the idea of modernizing, and preparing students for the future. This is a small laptop computer, which already comes with software to prepare the student for the National High School Examination (ENEM), these tablets are also used as a support material for classes by teachers and students. In view of these problems, government investments, and the students' access to this technology, has the proposal of developing a Learning Object (OA), seeking to improve teaching and evaluation method, providing greater student interest and automation of the teachers' work. Objective: this work aims to build a Learning Object, in the form of a game, in order to motivate and help the students of the sixth year in learning the Portuguese language. Methodology: in the development of the tool followed a five-step process that occurred in a sequential manner: 1. Determine the subject to be treated in OA; 2. Raise system requirements; 3. Define the proposed system architecture; 4. Develop OA and 5. Validate OA.Results: The learning object was validated with fifteen students at the Cônego Torres school in Serra Talhada -PE. The OA contributed to the students' learning, as they were more interested in learning using the tool and were able to improve their knowledge. The initial median of the students was 7.0 before they used the OA, median calculated on top of each student's grades. After using the OA, the median of the students increasedto 9.0 with a positive result, improving students' learning. Conclusion: it was concluded that expectations were met, both for the students and the teachers who were satisfied, because the tool had a huge contribution in the students' learning, the students were motivated more to learn through the game, and the same complemented the teaching work. Students learned the content easily. OAs are still poorly used in schools, but we conclude that they can be present in the student's daily life, serving as a complement to the subjects studied in the classroom.Item DmzVisor: uma abordagem para segurança de zonas desmilitarizadas corporativas em redes definidas por software(2018) Pereira, Valson da Silva; Sena, Ygor Amaral Barbosa Leite de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2441367990383979; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1271684226502864The advance in the use of the world-wide network of computers in the last decades made theinternet become one of the main communication tools around the world. However, the morecompanies provide services via the web, the more they tend to expose their important informationin the network in some way. In this way, there is a need for concern about the safety of theseservices. One of the recommendations for data security of organizations providing externalservices is to use a demilitarized zone (DMZ), which consists of the use of one or more firewallsin their configuration, but can have a considerable financial cost for the company. In addition, many firewall equipment is provided as a black box of proprietary solutions with embeddedsoftware by the manufacturer, so they are few flexible from a personalization point of view. However, through the Software-Defined Networking (SDN) paradigm along with the OpenFlowprotocol, which allows for flexibility in developing software solutions for networks, one has thebenefit of offering a software product as a low-cost alternative and customizable. Through theSDN, the application can be implemented in a high-level programming language and makinguse of free open source tools, so that it also enables the maintenance of the software to suitthe needs of the client. As a result, the overall goal of this work was to develop a corporateSDN firewall as a low-cost alternative, using open source tools, which acts as a packet filter andisolates traffic between the local network and the demilitarized zone , through SDN rules andthe secure implementation of protocol messages such as Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol(DHCP) and Address Resolution Protocol (ARP). In addition to the development of packetfiltering mechanisms for the network and transport layers and to provide more security throughnetwork isolation, a friendly web graphic user interface has also been developed in which theadministrator is able to manage the creating high-level firewall rules, so the user does not needto be aware of the OpenFlow protocol. The evaluation of the proposal was composed by 02scenarios using 6 machines virtualized by VirtualBox. The proposal demonstrated that bothits ARP and DHCP security rules and the firewall rules are effective in the networks that areprotected by the prototype proposed in this work, being able to avoid man in the middle attacks,IP and MAC address spoof, as well as perform filtering and routing of network and transportlayer packets securely.Item Protótipo de prótese robótica de punho e mão utilizando arduíno(2018) Alves, Frederyk Antunnes de Sousa; Albuquerque, Héldon José Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3563291777221100; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2900458406247904The accelerated advancement of technology around the world always brings with it innovationsand solutions to the most diverse problems, such as the Internet of Things, innovating in themost diverse ways like intelligent devices, Wearable Devices is a type of intelligent device ,which traces health behaviors, bringing practicality or supplying more and more needs of itsusers. Many technological areas are deepening, with special attention is the case of robotics, employed in numerous applications all over the world as laboratories, industries and withspecial attention in applications in medicine, as we can mention robots surgeons, robot organsas well as robots artificial limbs such as prostheses. In the field of robotics in medicine, morefocused on applications in prostheses, there are several types of solutions in which the prosthesesreplace above all the muscles that come to obey the commands of its user. Several types ofprostheses are commercialized, however with acquisition values that make access to theseprostheses impossible, as well as their production, or most of them make use of importedmaterials, making their acquisition cost even higher. In this way the project has the objectiveof creating a prototype of a prosthesis, more specific of the upper limbs (wrist and hand) inorder to raise information about costs, materials available for its development using Arduinoas a prototyping plate, electromyography sensors to capture desired actions of the user throughmuscular activity, physical part developed in 3D printing and development of application forconfiguration of the prosthesis and demonstration of possible movements performed, making amore accessible means for reproduction of this prosthesis of low cost and making possible evenmore the development of this type of prosthesis.Item Utilização de pentest na prevenção de ataques cibernéticos às organizações(2018) Vieira, Yago Dyogennes Bezerra; D'Emery, Richarlyson Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3553920177544450With the evolution of technology, new devices are created, more users connect to the Internet and become addicted. Black hats have found that information and data are valuable to users and businesses and use knowledge for illicit purposes, stealing data, leaving companies totally inoperable after attacks, achieving profit or even competitive advantage. Knowing that no system is totally safe, criminals are looking for failures to innovate more and more in their attacks and only the big and medium companies are concerned about security, some medium and small only care when they suffer some type of damage resulting from a security breach of information. Even if companies invest in security it is necessary to apply it correctly, and an exploited vulnerability can compromise the entire corporate environment. Information security is an area of computing that aims to protect systems and devices against potential threats using the international standards and prevention recommended by experts in the field. Unknown to many companies, Pentest allows them to test their level of protection by testing the entire environment, simulating a real attack by a criminal, and measuring the risk and consequences of such attacks. Pentest is carefully carried out between contractor and contractor to ensure that none of your services stop while the tests are performed, you can still use a sequence based on certain methodologies, depending on the customer's needs. Given this scenario, in this monograph, it is discussed and proposed the use of intrusion testing in the prevention of cyber-attacks to organizations. The work showed that it was possible to carry out security tests in a company's computing environments, which would lead to the leakage, alteration and destruction of information from both the company and all its customers if they were discovered by a black hat. Real flaws were exploited in the computing environment of a company, which did not have the culture to protect its information. The main objective of the work was to demonstrate a method of security failure analysis (Pentest) and the use of some invasion techniques used by black hats, which if implemented by security teams will help to prevent attacks based on this type, organizations that must cultivate a culture of protection of their data, because even with all necessary security, no system is totally safe. As results there were flaws that could be exploited and consequently could cause damages such as: access leaving company systems unusable, destruction of data alteration and theft, disclosure of personal data without authorization, and if these risks occurred, would result in incalculable losses. Tests the company has been willing to invest in security and fix the flaws.Item Info saúde: uma aplicação mobile para auxiliar usuários da saúde pública no Brasil(2019) Silva, Dhonatan Diego Marinho da; D’Emery, Richarlyson Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3553920177544450; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2377670834761465Over the years, the world in which we live has undergone several changes, among them the health sector and technology. These changes have awakened the need for rapid, accurate and available information at any time and place, providing a significant growth in the use of mobile applications in smartphones. In contrast, public health in Brazil still faces a number of problems can be cited: overcrowding of hospitals, bureaucracy in marking consultation, lack of medicines and doctors, and lack of accurate information on the location of establishments, and the specialties of physicians who work in the same. Information that is fundamental in the speed and precision of the patient’s decision. From this context, this project aimed to develop an app that contributes making available data about establishments and doctors working for services of the Brasilian Unified Health System. The software uses the data from the state of Pernambuco, which was obtained through the DATASUS website, which is an agency of the Department of Strategic and Participatory Management of the Ministry of Health, which has the responsibility of collecting, process and disseminate health information. The application still uses the Google database, Google firebase, which has several features, which used Authentication and Realtime Database among them, the first one that guarantees better control over the users and the second allowing a visualization and change in real time of the registered data, finally the establishments are geo represented in the application through api Google Maps. The application also counts, with the possibility of 2 users, the citizen, who can view the data, register a profile, inform dependents; and the administrator, who will be responsible for maintaining the data in app.Item Heuristicidade: um software educacional baseado em Role-playing Game para exercitar princípios de usabilidade de software por analogias(2019) Nascimento, Nedson Vieira do; D’Emery, Richarlyson Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3553920177544450; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5324359469734479Introduction: The increasing use of technology, through devices such as computers, smartphones and tablets, influence all sectors of society, therefore there is also a growing need for systems that are more interactive for human use. Disciplines such as Human-Machine Interface (HMI) study the usability surrounding computer systems, but some practitioners in the area often do not apply the principles of HMI in the software development process. It is essential to encourage the culture of using these principles through new teaching methods in the training of new professionals. In this context, digital games emerge, especially the Role-Playing Game (RPG), which have several characteristics, among them, a motivating effect. Objective: This paper proposes educational software based on RPG to assist in the teaching and learning process of undergraduate students in Computer, on the software usability principles. Materials and Methods: Software is cross-platform available for Web, mobile and desktop context. It has two versions, a complete one developed through the Construct and a prototype codified in Java organized in Model-View-Controller architecture; both developed by the iterative and incremental process. It is an RPG that, in its plot, narrates the adventure of a citizen residing in a city with diverse problems and, through its knowledge in principles of design, solves them. These problems are arranged in challenges through analogies to contemporary situations of a city. The player assumes the role of the citizen and must solve the challenges, through interaction with other citizens, mayor of the city and resources collection. The RPG interfaces follow basic principles of design and, for their elaboration, a survey was carried out in the RPG style game literature. The scenario is 2D and uses digital gaming techniques like sprites and tilemaps. It is described in a game design document. To evaluation the software and of your contribution in the process of teaching and learning, there was a controlled experiment with objective and prospective techniques from investigation by questionnaire applied to students who attended the discipline of HMI. The questionnaires follow heuristics of pedagogical usability and design principles. The analysis of the data was given by System Usability Scale (SUS) and by statistical inference by the Chi-Square test. Results: The Heuristicity RPG was classified, after the experiment, as excellent in the SUS evaluation. Statistical analysis evidenced the hypothesis that the software provides a significant contribution in the teaching and learning process of HMI principles. Conclusions: The use of games in Education can stimulate students' interest in the teaching and learning process. It was also observed the empathy of the students in the scenario proposed, mainly, to have a friendly interface, containing playful elements and arranged in current technologies of the daily life of these students.Item Classificação automática de discursos de ódio em textos do twitter(2019) Nascimento, Robson Murilo Ferreira do; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8962852253787699Hate Speech can be defined as any communication that denigrates a person by their ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality or other characteristics. This behavior is becoming increasingly common in social networks, where many people confuse freedom of expression with intolerance. Young people are the main users affected since they represent a portion which might be easier to be influenced by the ideology propagated by haters, which in turn spread violence, racism, xenophobia, religious intolerance, etc. The tool that might help to handle this issue is Text Mining, which is capable of capture patterns or trends of texts in natural language. This task can be defined as a method of extracting relevant information in unstructured databases or semi-structured. Given that the Twitter is one of the most used social networks in Brazil, this work aims to implement and evaluate supervised machine learning techniques in order to automatically identify hate speech in tweets. With that in mind, we build a corpus with data collected from Twitter and part of it is manually annotated and subsequently preprocessed so we can obtain the ground truth collection used for training and evaluation of the supervised models. Finally, we conduct a comparison between machine learning algorithms, namely the SVM, Naive-Bayes and Logistic Regression. Later, we identify the best model under the described domain.Item O mapa da inclusão: um sistema de apoio à decisão para análise da inclusão escolar no estado de Pernambuco(2019) Maia, Davi José Mendes; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6070011163968954Introduction: Scholar inclusion is the process of insertion, maintenance and support for People with Disability (PwD) in classrooms of regular schools. The effort for social and scholar inclusion of PwD in Brazil is the answer to a situation that perpetuated segregation and restricted the full development of these people. With the introduction of the Brazilian Inclusion Law, in 2015, it is mandatory to enroll students with disabilities in regular teaching rooms and begin discussions about the inclusive process. To assist discussions on these issues, two important technologies can be listed: Open Data and Decision Support Systems. In the context of open data, the publication of these data helps to understand how these data impact daily life and how the dissemination of these data can help in the construction of policies that improve the quality of life of the population. Due to the large volume of data presented in these databases, the use of Decision Support Systems can optimize the use of these databases, mainly by making information available consistently and immediately. Goal: In this sense, the objective of the present work is to build a Decision Support System to monitor the enrollment of students with disabilities, education institutions and educational indicators of the state of Pernambuco through the microdata of the school census.Method: For this, a development method was used that would follow the bottom-up approach and comprised seven steps: planning, needs assessment, dimensional modeling, physical design of BD’s, ETC project, development validation and testing. The above method used as data source the microdata of the School Census for the period 2012 to 2016. The construction of the same used the tools: Pentaho Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power BI and PostgreSQL . Results: Results show a reduction in the enrollment of students with some type of disability in special classrooms and increase of the same in regular classrooms. Regarding the teaching stage, there was a reduction in enrolments of students with disabilities in early childhood education, elementary School is the largest holder of enrolment of these students, with respect to secondary education, there was a reduction in enrolments of these pupils in relation the typical enrollments. Regarding accessibility, the indicators showed that most schools in the state still do not have these resources. The educational indicators showed that the vast majority of the municipalities presented indexes below the recommended.Item Ferramenta adaptável para auxílio no processo de coleta de dados em pesquisas estruturadas(2019) Nascimento, Thiago Lucas Freire; Albuquerque, Hidelberg Oliveira; Albuquerque, Héldon José Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3563291777221100; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0955255065576989; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1424806662151417Science is born of the unceasing search for knowledge starting from the problematization and questioning of historical events about the world and the reality in which we find ourselves. The existence of science depends on the development of studies which may or may not be associated with a hypothesis that needs to be explained and proven. In order to carry out such studies, it is necessary to obtain a large amount of data that may represent a given reality. Subsequently, specific methods and techniques are applied to this data for extracting information that aids in the discovery of results, revealing answers to help with the understanding of a proposed problem or raising new questions. However, doing this task in the traditional way, i.e. manually is considered as an ineffective and uncomfortable task due to several factors, one of them being the occurrence of errors due to the high human interaction in the activities. The process of computerized data collection consists of reducing the human efforts that result from the activities operated manually. This work aimed to develop a computational solution to assist researchers in the process of collecting, storing and processing data in different research areas and settings. Therefore, we conducted a literature review of the available technologies and methods that could be used for developing the solution as a means of meeting the requirements demanded by the proposed domain. This study proposed the development of a tool that allows the researcher to better organize and manage his research. Furthermore, it offers a greater convenience to the researcher by enabling the collection of data through a mobile application, performing this activity in the research setting without the need of internet connection, in a centralized, integrated and secure way. On that account, a Web application was designed allowing the researcher to make the necessary registrations to carry out a research by following the progress of the process and viewing the results through descriptive statistical metrics. The combined use of mobile and Web structures permits users to access information and perform activities anywhere, anytime. For the activity of elicitation and analysis of requirements, several meetings were held with the research group formed by an advisor and five students that took the role of stakeholders in that context. The information about the process and its procedures was obtained through interviews with targeted questions and the prototyping technique were used during meetings with the stakeholders. The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the interface in search of possible problems that might compromise the user interaction experience with the tool and propose feasible improvements. For that reason, a questionnaire was applied with questions related to the type of evaluation with the team of researchers who participated actively in the development process and thoroughly used the tool in the research setting. Based on the evaluation results, it was possible to identify that the tool has some elements that need to be repaired. Another aspect revealed by the evaluation was the level of user familiarity with the tool, considering that there was no difficulty in answering the evaluation questionnaires. In conclusion, the developed tool helps researchers to conduct different types of studies by simplifying and reducing the efforts made through the process done in the traditional manner, that is, manually.Item Comitê de classificador para mineração de opinião de eleitores brasileiros(2019) Souza, Guilherme Henrique Pereira de; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2474970020729937The recent and exponential growth of social media and user-generated content on the Internet, provide a wealth of data to uncover the feelings, opinions, and experiences of users and customers. Among the various social media currently available, Twitter stands out, with more than 336 million monthly active users. Understanding what people are thinking or their opinions is critical to decision making, especially in the context in which these people express their comments voluntarily. For this type of analysis, opinion mining is used, also known as sentiment analysis, which analyzes people’s opinions, feelings and emotions about entities such as services, products, brands, individuals, problems, events and topics, be expressed in an unstructured form, as in texts, for example. The spread of social media also raises the possibility of delving deeper into the web to explore and track citizens’ political and electoral preferences. In this sense, recent studies explore social media as a device to assess the popularity of politicians during the campaign. Analyzing social media during an election campaign can be a useful supplement or supplement to traditional surveys, and among the reasons include the low cost and speed of real-time analysis. This paper aims to analyze the efficiency of a ensemble for opinion mining applications, using data extracted from Brazilian voters. In this study, an application of opinion mining was developed at the document level using ensembles, with the objective of analyzing the efficiency of the ensembles in such applications. For that, data extracted from Twitter containing opinions of Brazilian voters were used. Six pre-processing configurations and three ensemble approaches were evaluated: Voting, Bagging and Boosting. The results were obtained in terms of Accuracy. According to the experiments, configuration 3, which uses stopwords, n-gram and TF-IDF, achieved the best results, with a 90.26% accuracy for the committee that used the Boosting approach.Item Brincalculia: um objeto de aprendizagem destinado a discalculia(2019) Lopes, Victor Matheus da Costa Teixeira; D’Emery, Richarlyson Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3553920177544450; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2686517069765187Introduction: The difficulties of learning are present in its most diverse fields of study, Mathematics is considered by students as one of the most difficult subjects of learning. The problem is that most people close to the students associate learning difficulties with laziness ot lack of interest on the part of the students. In this scenario is the Dyscalculia, which despite being considered a mental deficiency, limits cognitive processes for the learing of Mathematics. thus, it is necessary to think of solutions that aid in the exercise and development of the discalculic student. These introduce learning objects that are digital resources or not, which aims to help and stimulate students learning and can be a means to aid in their learning. Objective: This work aims to develop a Learning Object for discalculic students. However, in most cases, the problem is not directly related to resourceconstraints, but the lack of financial management. It is possible to say that financial managementhas the function of interpreting or establishing objectives, according to available capital, toallocate resources necessary to meet those objectives. Among the organizations of the thirdsector, the Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional (APAE) stands out, which isa network for the promotion and defense of the rights of people with intellectual and multipledisabilities. Nowadays, there are several units spread throughout the national territory, oneof them located in the county of Serra Talhada. In this way, the present work aims to selectand implement a financial management system in the APAE of Serra Talhada. Its financialmanagement is done through the use of spreadsheets, and the management of the organizationunderstands that the tool in use is inadequate and has many limitations. The method was dividedin five steps, they are diagnosis; definition and validation of requirements; comparative analysisof systems; system selection and, finally, the deployment. Therefore, through interviews it waspossible to understand the APAE’s financial management process, as well as to execute themapping of this process. The interviews also allowed to carry out the requirements survey, whichserved as a north in the final selection phase, where follow-up systems of such requirementswere sought as a priority in the control of donations and donors, cash flow and reports foraccountability. During the selection process, several systems were analyzed (Ongfácil, HYB,Any3, Economato, Argus, KAD APAE, Conta Azul and GestãoClick), and Argus was the onethat pleased APAE managers because it met the requirements still allow the management of othermodules, such as health and education for example. Due to lack of time it was not possible tocomplete the implementation of the system and, consequently, it was not possible to carry out theevaluation. It is expected that the system can provide APAE managers better visibility of availableresources and resources needed to sustain their projects, as well as awareness of the limits of theorganization in terms of limits on project implementation. In addition, it is also expected thatthe system will facilitate APAE accountability and provide more transparency, informing thepopulation of the organization’s expenditures and investments, as a way of accounting for thereceipts and presentation of the needs for the continuity of social projects, which aim to includeand assist people with disabilities and who require special attention.Item Desenvolvimento e validação do módulo de gestão de usuários do SysAPAE(2019) Andrade, Vinícius de Oliveira; Albuquerque, Hidelberg Oliveira; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0955255065576989; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1580359132681549The Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional (APAE) is a social organization, whose main aim is to promote integral care for people with intellectual disabilities, and multiple. To meet users’ needs, the association is organized into four main areas: health, social assistance, financial and pedagogical. With this, a great amount of information is generated at all timesand much of this information are shared between these areas of the association. In interviewswith employees and volunteers of the APAE, it was noticed that the current management of user information, mostly done manually, makes it difficult to handle and share essential data among the APAE sectors. Besides that, to search for specific characteristics of the user or to know whichuser has already been answered, or is scheduled the attendance is impracticable, since for thisit would have to check manually all the fiches of the users. Considering the problem faced bythe association, this work has as general aim to develop a module to automate the processes ofmanagement of the social assistance area of the APAE of Serra Talhada-PE. The developmentof the solution, called SysAPAE, is divided into three stages. The first stage consists of thedefinition of the problem, where it was necessary to conduct a semi-structured interview with the employees about the processes they carry out in the APAE. The validation of these processes wasdone through the elaboration and validation of a diagram of the processes of the organization. The second stage consists of the development of the solution, the definition of the requirements, validation of the requirements, through the elaboration and validation of diagrams, as well asthe implementation and implantation of the system. The last step is to evaluate the solutionregarding its usability and satisfaction, in order to identify the improvements that the system hasbrought to the management and discover what to perfect in the system. With the validation ofthe system it was seen that the system was approved regarding the usability and satisfaction test. The social work team has proven that the system makes it possible to work with the informationof the APAE users, as well, to allow an environment of cooperation between the areas of theorganization and that the system improves the efficiency of the processes.Item Teste de Invasão: um relato de experiência em uma instituição pública de ensino no Brasil(2019) Silva, Thiago Francisco de Andrade; D’Emery, Richarlyson Alves; Vieira, Yago Dyogennes Bezerra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3553920177544450; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7444148155690420Currently, the use of technologies grows in institutions making them susceptible to attacks that put their assets at risk, consequently, information security in the environment is demanded. Confidential information leaked and unavailability of acess can cause financial damage and the reputation of an organization. In this sense, intrusion tests are tools that allow validating information security in these environments, through the collection information on the network, mapping and exploiting vulnerabilities by analyzing assets of the organization, ranking the threats and their possible impact on the institution, classify and suggest solutions within the environment. Given this scenario, this monograph discusses and presents the use of pentest intrusion test in the prevention of cyber attacks to organizations, especially to a public educational institution. A survey was carried out on network information, that is, a mapping of vulnerabilities in the environment. The tools in Kali Linux were used: Nmap, Nbtscan, Nessus, Metasploit e Aircrack-ng. Although the mapping points to several vulnerabilities, stand out the NFS Exported Share Information Disclosure and Microsoft Windows SMB Sahres Unprivileged Acess, wich are considered as critical and high risk severity, respectively. Finally, suggestions are presented for the necessary solutions.Item Desenvolvimento e validação do módulo de gestão pedagógica do SysAPAE(2019) Gomes, Wédson Rodolfo Lopes; Albuquerque, Hidelberg Oliveira; Souza, Ellen Polliana Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6593918610781356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0955255065576989; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6856457873240027Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are non-profit corporations active in the third sector ofcivil society, with a solidarity action of great importance in the community in which it is inserted, attending in places and situations that the State is little present.
