The accelerated advancement of technology around the world always brings with it innovationsand solutions to the most diverse problems, such as the Internet of Things, innovating in themost diverse ways like intelligent devices, Wearable Devices is a type of intelligent device ,which traces health behaviors, bringing practicality or supplying more and more needs of itsusers. Many technological areas are deepening, with special attention is the case of robotics, employed in numerous applications all over the world as laboratories, industries and withspecial attention in applications in medicine, as we can mention robots surgeons, robot organsas well as robots artificial limbs such as prostheses. In the field of robotics in medicine, morefocused on applications in prostheses, there are several types of solutions in which the prosthesesreplace above all the muscles that come to obey the commands of its user. Several types ofprostheses are commercialized, however with acquisition values that make access to theseprostheses impossible, as well as their production, or most of them make use of importedmaterials, making their acquisition cost even higher. In this way the project has the objectiveof creating a prototype of a prosthesis, more specific of the upper limbs (wrist and hand) inorder to raise information about costs, materials available for its development using Arduinoas a prototyping plate, electromyography sensors to capture desired actions of the user throughmuscular activity, physical part developed in 3D printing and development of application forconfiguration of the prosthesis and demonstration of possible movements performed, making amore accessible means for reproduction of this prosthesis of low cost and making possible evenmore the development of this type of prosthesis.
