Item Manutenção mecânica: por que, como e quando intervir?(2022-10-07) Aguiar, Nícolas Matheus de Souza; Nascimento, Amélia Laisy do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6769009933620093The main precursor of the growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Brazil is agribusiness, with its gradual increase the use of agricultural machinery has also leveraged this sector. The performance of human force becomes an increasingly distant reality, because time has become more optimized, planting and harvesting innovations have diversified the way of preparing the soil and the crop has become easier to control. Agricultural tractors have traction capacity and greater torque, which allows the displacement of larger loads and the coupling of implements. However, even tractors allowing a diversification of operation in the field, can present several problems when not handled correctly, resulting in mechanical problems. In addition, the lack of maintenance also contributes to this. The objective of this intervention project was to propose solutions for solving problems related to tractor maintenance. Information on recurrent problems in mechanical workshops was collected through the case study of Campos et al (2009). After evaluating the main factors that resulted in mechanical problems of the tractors, the intervention project proposed solutions that can be implemented. The inspection system, with evaluation of weekly data, both from the machine and the tractor driver, which can be explained in Excel spreadsheets with graphic and statistical projections, can intervene more precisely on the problems presented. In addition, a more rigorous selection of the tractor driver can result in gains in production lines and a reduction in maintenance costs.
