    Eficiência da tecnologia da informação: uma análise da Gestão pública de Vitória do Santo Antão - PE

    Over the years, technology has had great relevance for the development of the quality of life of human beings. At the same time, information systems emerge, which manipulate or generate organized data in order to help human beings, organizations and society as a whole. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the use of technology to improve the effectiveness of the management of the municipality of Vitória do Santo Antão - Pernambuco. The methodological procedures adopted were of a quantitative explanatory character, the intervention instrument developed was used in the form of a questionnaire for people who attend the city hall of Vitória de Santão Antão through Google Forms. The data obtained indicated that the technology that the information technologies have a great potential to develop any area of the city in which they are inserted, being they in the areas of health, education and attendance in the city hall, the information technology shows means that aim to facilitate this happens in many ways, whether with websites, applications to assist in customer service, personalization of this service, interconnection of information in different sectors, even a process of digitizing old documents. However, it is necessary to deepen this study.
