    This research aims to identify the management software used by the Basic Health Units (UBS) of the cities of São José do Egito, Brejinho, Itapetim and Tuparetama - Pernambuco. Thus, it can be seen as possible points of improvement of the system itself, of the unit and its usefulness as support in the decision-making of municipal public managers in each city. To contemplate discussions about the health care of the individual and the population and the importance of the use of technologies. An interview was conducted with the nurse (a) of the Basic Health Unit who answered a questionnaire, where they identify that all units make use of a management system. This provides agility and improvement in the performance of primary care that is to solve from simple to more complex problems from the individual to the collective, thus seeking to work preventively with guidance, diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
