During the theoretical and practical classes, he was able to experience and learn about this division of patent existing in the educational institution, known as student and teacher. The monitor-student contact is of great importance for the transfer of knowledge acquired about the discipline in which he acted as monitor, the entire process was of great importance for opening future actions of the student in the professional training phase. The discipline of Integral Use of Fish aims to transfer theoretical and practical knowledge in the best way, so that it is absorbed by the student with the highest level of learning. The theoretical classes were held in the classroom, located in the CEGOE block (Obra-School Graduation Teaching Center) at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, after each theoretical class, a practical class was held in the fish processing sector. is located in the same institution, at the Professor Johei Koike Fisheries and Aquaculture Base, where all the previous theoretical subject taught in the classroom by the professor responsible for the discipline, Professor Paulo Roberto, was put into practice. The Fish Technology Laboratory (Latpesc) is located in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, where students learned about and experienced the use of technological equipment used to produce fish by-products and derivatives. From monitoring, I was able to participate in events that contributed to the growth and knowledge of my academic curriculum, where I taught the Technical Workshop on Filleting and Preparation of Breaded, at the XVIII Meeting of Organic Producers of the Northeast, held in the Marreco community, located in the city of Lagoa de Itaenga, Zona da Mata, North of Pernambuco, events like this, which contributed to my academic and professional growth.Item Relatório de atividades de monitoria da disciplina de Matemática Computacional(2021) Chagas, Aline Maria Soares das; Montenegro, Abelardo Antônio de Assunção; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7947714302950574; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1870372657071312Item Relatório da monitoria em Cozinha Clássica I(2023-08-09) Aprígio, Rayana Serafio; Panetta, Monica Helena; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0760135351368402; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3374059387178683Item Equiparação ESO: monitoria disciplina Cozinha Brasileira I(2023-08-10) Silva, Diego Dias da; Panetta, Monica Helena; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0760135351368402Item Equiparação ESO: monitoria Disciplina Saúde, Ambiente e Consumo; Tecnologias e Consumo(2023) Nascimento, Eduardo Alves do; Regino, Fabiane Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3088176522044224; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2126544134457497Item Equiparação de atividade de monitoria acadêmica da disciplina: Introdução à Engenharia de Pesca(2023-05-03) Oliveira, Jacicleide Maria de; Costa, Gelcirene de Albuquerque; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5708354454106543; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0648216732717534Item Equiparação de atividade de monitoria acadêmica da disciplina: Introdução à Engenharia de Pesca(2021-03-01) Oliveira, Thomas Henrique Lima de; Coimbra, Maria Raquel Moura; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7669497233462075; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3427258257502707The Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries Engineering at the Rural University of Pernambuco - UFRPE, was the pioneer in Latin America. This story started with the dream of a rector, Professor Adierson Erasmo de Azevedo, who recorded: “In 1969, I won the Rectorate of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco. In my inaugural speech, I introduced the dogma of interiorization with the phrase: The Walk Following the Sun. in Fisheries Engineering.” In 1970, the course was approved at a meeting of the UFRPE Teaching and Research Council through Resolution 12-A / 70. The first class started classes in 1971 and in 1974 their members graduated with a degree and received the title of Fisheries Engineer. In 1983, Fisheries Engineering began to participate in the CONFEA / CREAS system. The achievements were adding up and, in 2004, the course received a maximum grade of 5 in the National Student Performance Exam (Enade), instituted by the National Higher Education Assessment System (Sinaes). In these 50 years, the course has served as a model for other institutions and is of great value for the training of professionals. The Introduction to Fisheries Engineering discipline, with a workload of 45 hours, is extremely important in the formation of the future professional, being taught right in the 1st period of graduation, giving the student a general and panoramic view of the course. The monitoring program that follows Resolution No. 262/2001 PREG, regulates all standards to be observed by teachers and students, from the role of the advisor and the obligations of the monitor (a). One of the objectives of academic monitoring is to awaken a taste for the teaching career, having as main teaching methodology the interaction of students in the classroom with open expository classes, group dynamics and extra-class activities, motivating the interaction of all students of the discipline Introduction Fisheries Engineering. The results of the monitoring were expressed in student / monitor evaluation questionnaires at the end of each experience with positive responses to the work performed by the monitor.Item Relatório de monitoria da disciplina Técnica Dietética(2019) Souza, Iasmin Azevedo; Silva, Celiane Gomes Maia da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3760947810306402; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2783325994343231
