This study seeks to understand, through the discounted cash flow method, the valuation of the company Intelbras SA, a leader in the electronic security sector, a debutant on the Brazilian Stock Exchange and active in promising markets, such as solar energy, networks, communication, power and access controls. For the analysis of the company's value, assumptions are established based on the current and future perspectives in which the company finds itself, as well as macroeconomic data. The result found using a net revenue growth rate of 18.19% p.a. and a discount rate of 12.99% p.a., was consistent with the indicative range informed by Intelbras S.A. in its Initial Public Offering process.
