This paper aims to describe Nassim Taleb main contributions to economics through the study of risk and uncertainty, based on his books Risking one's skin, The Black Swan Logic and Antifrágil, works that deal with beliefs, religions, risk, uncertainty, everyday asymmetry, finance, protection and options. Taleb accepts in his texts that at all times we’re prone to the inevitable chance of the random Black Swan, which are unlikely events that can occur and devastate societies or even enrich people; according to Taleb we humans are prone to compile information and learn about limited areas of the world. Knowledge, rather than acquiring broad wisdom in knowledge,limitingus toavoidingtheunknownandmissingopportunities.Talebthen wonders if this wisdom is true or fabricated. When the Black Swan comes, who will be responsible for the bad choices of compiling knowledge? For Taleb when the Black Swan happens, the best position is to be Antifragile, for him to be Antifragile is not just a protection, but a way of life, to explain how being Antifragile Taleb uses theories such as options, probabilities, cognitive sciences with psychological bias. Therefore, this work will bring a guide on the random aiming at Antifragility according toTaleb.
