Item Aplicações da termografia infravermelha na Medicina Veterinária - revisão de literatura(2023-09-21) Cardoso, Ewerton Henrique Brito Silva; Souza, Daniela Maria Bastos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4856221548369438; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2019030550611885The Mandatory Supervised Internship is a compulsory course in the Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, which offers students the opportunity to experience and gain practical experience in up to two areas of veterinary medicine, totaling 420 hours of workload. Activities such as evaluation, medication administration, and collection of material from dogs and cats were carried out at the G-Vet Prevention and Veterinary Health Clinic, in the field of small animal medical practice. The primary purpose of the second part of this work is to produce a comprehensive literature review that addresses the use of thermography in veterinary medicine. In the field of veterinary medicine, thermography represents an imaging approach based on the detection of infrared radiation emitted by bodies, forming a visual representation of thermal variations on the body's surface.
