Item Leucemia linfoblástica aguda (LLA) com enfoque clínico em canino: relato de caso(2021-12-09) Barros Filho, Márcio Gustavo Cintra; Andrade, Lílian Sabrina Silvestre de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0894888392191039; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0112322068411906The Obligatory Supervised Internship (ESO) is part of the curriculum for the completion of the Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE). The internship was developed under the guidance of Profa. Dr. Lilian Sabrina Silvestre Andrade, following the routine of the veterinarian Dr. Adriano Machado (supervisor) who provides care in private clinics in the metropolitan region of Recife, working in the region of surgical clinic for small animals. The student completed his total workload of 420 hours from August 17th to November 27th. This paper aims to report the activities carried out during the ESO, which are a case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in a 13-year-old Maltese dog in the city of Recife-PE, in order to describe the clinical signs that led them to the suspicion of the disease and the examinations that led to the conclusion of the diagnosis, it was divided into two chapters. ESO has made an extremely rich contribution to the training of students, as it is a practical subject, allows the application of technical knowledge and the daily monitoring of a veterinarian in the required area of specialization.
