A ética na formação do educando como um ser social

Ethics deals with the formation of the character of people, institutions and peoples, allowing us to be aware. Therefore, there is a dialogical capacity among themselves, however it is factual that we need to cultivate habits that transform us internally through good works, the human being, while being sociable, needs each other in order to survive in a dignified and respectful way, thus feeding a just society and egalitarian, promoting freedom among his countrymen. This study aims to analyze the education of students for society. In this way, we need to reflect and question how the ethical and moral formation of the student is taking place in the school environment. Methodology: This descriptive research carried out an analysis of a qualitative (inductive) approach to the referenced data from the questionnaire answered by students in the 1st year of high school at the public school, EREM Des. José Neves Filho, located in Cajueiro Seco, Jaboatão dos Guararapes-PE. Involving 110 students, where we raise questions about ethics, morals and their teaching at school. Results: There was a minimum awareness about the ethics and morals of students at school. This training in its ethical / moral context tends to form a citizen focused on the discussion of their duties and rights within the community, however in the pedagogical praxis the presence of all those involved is essential. Conclusions: awareness of the minimum values necessary for humanized coexistence in bilateral relations was highlighted in this research. In addition, prior knowledge is present in the social context, where a maximum ethics aimed at happiness is sought.
A Lei da Transparência na gestão pública municipal: um estudo de caso

The collection of citizens for improvements in public management has become more effective with the new mechanisms of supervision and participation, especially from the so-called Transparency Law and other Laws and Decrees that complemented it. In this context, the federal government also created the Transparent Brazil Scale (EBT), to measure the degree of transparency of Brazilian municipalities. Thus, given the difficulties of small Brazilian municipalities, we sought to investigate how the Transparency Law was assimilated and managed by the public management of the municipality of Serra Talhada/PE, which in 2018 obtained a maximum score in the EBT. An exploratory-descriptive research was carried out, comparing the dimensions of EBT in the websites of four large municipalities of the Pernambuco hinterland (Serra Talhada, Salgueiro, Caruaru and Petrolina), in order to discover how the availability of information by municipal public managers can open a communication channel essential to the needs of society. It is perceived that a municipal public manager will be better fulfilling his role when he publishes all the necessary information for the citizen. To the extent that it complies with one of the five principles of Brazilian public administration, publicize, the municipal manager provides an important communication channel, which can, in turn, improve interactivity with the population.
Planejamento Estratégico e Políticas Públicas: Uma análise no município de Toritama-PE

Much has been discussed about the importance of strategic planning (PE) and its contribution to the construction of public policies, especially in the context of small municipalities. In this light, this study aimed to analyze the contribution of the EP based on public policies in the effectiveness of organizational administrative acts. A case study was carried out in the municipality of Toritama-PE, using a semi-structured questionnaire and consulting public documents. The importance of planning in the maintenance of public policies in the municipal sphere was perceived, with emphasis on the formation of a multidisciplinary team. As a challenge, the lack of active social control actors and effective civil servants in the public production chain is pointed out. The study carried out found significant changes in the organizational pattern in the municipality attributed to the results-oriented management model consisting of quality tools.
A saúde mental como política de assistência estudantil: um estudo de caso na Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco

The aspects of welcoming students in the university environment have given rise to research related to the problems of social adaptation and mental health, which often unfold in his academic performance. In this sense, the Higher Education Institutions play a fundamental role in the adaptation and insertion of the student, when they provide the necessary conditions for their stay in the Institution. This research aimed to investigate the student assistance policy related to mental health, as well as the psychosocial difficulties faced by the students of a large northeastern university, the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE). As for the methodology, it is characterized as a descriptive study, based on documents. The results demonstrate that UFRPE has a student assistance policy focused on consolidated psychosocial care, but with difficulties in relation to the number of employees and the infrastructure of care, which ends up reflecting on clinical care, leaving issues of promotion and prevention compromised. As a suggestion, it is expected that the units dealing with the subject promote continuous efforts to qualify psychosocial care in a more effective way, constantly promoting policies that evidence a better quality of life and mental health of the students present.
Saúde pública e gestão de pessoas: breves considerações sobre a produção de literatura científica

The general purpose of this study is to carry out a bibliographic survey of publications, in original article format, which study personnel management within the scope of public health organizations in Brazil, between the years 2008 and 2018, classifying the found publications’ level of scientific evidence through the Overview Quality Assessment Questionnaire. This is an integrative literature review, carried out through electronic searches on Bireme and SciELO platforms / databases. A total of six articles were selected, pointing out that the discussions about personnel management in the scope of public health covered several facets inherent to the theme, such as health performance evaluation, strategies for qualifying and structuring work management and education in SUS, experiences involving the National Health Humanization Program, among others. It is observed the importance of permanent education and practices of continuous monitoring of the group/ institutional environment and the active involvement of all parties included in the process. It is also highlighted the need for greater scientific production in the area, developed with greater scientific rigor in order to better explore the nuances of the theme.
