Item A história da astronomia na Bahia(2022-06-18) Costa, Antonio Manoel Pereira Vila Nova; Santos, Antônio de Pádua; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6474063049349847; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7880776182712563The history of Astronomy in the state of Bahia is very rich, however, the records of these narrations are fragmented and spread out in various ways and by different people; at totally different times, physical and geographical spaces. Bahia is today among the states in Brazil with the highest academic productivity and astronomy dissemination, thanks to initiatives such as the creation of astronomy clubs and amateur associations, which encourage or disseminate astronomical knowledge, among schools and universities, leaving their mark in the history of the state, in Brazil and in the world. In view of the above, the present study aims to develop an educational product in the form of a mini-documentary, on video, that can bring together the facts, characters and initiatives that are linked to the historical memory of astronomy in Bahia and that it is accessible to the public population and be present on digital platforms, social media and science dissemination channels, in the state of Bahia and Brazil.
