Item Guia didático para iniciantes em astronomia(2022-06-11) Silva, Erika Gracyele da; Araújo, Matheus Levy Costa Viana de; Miranda, Antonio Carlos da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3236324734090101; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1237022223714693The didatic guide "A Beginner's Guide to Astronomy: First Steps to Observing the Constellations" is an instructional material that aims to serve as support material for high school classes, as well as a manual for astronomical amateur use. Though any reader, having access, can easily read and understand the knowledge brought and perform their activities. Its proposal is also linked to offering low-cost material to be accessible to all people, regardless of socioeconomic class. The guide consists of orientations for observing the sky with the naked eye, reading external materials and questions arising from the theme about understanding the universe, information about geographic location in the terrestrial sphere, characteristics and differences between stars and stars, position of the constellations, etc. In the process of elaborating the guide, the following steps were carried out: recording the themes, textual research, graphic design, illustrations, pedagogical resources and technological resources. It can be concluded that the guide can be used as a pedagogical material in the school context due to its interdisciplinary character and critical thinking, being aligned with the new proposals of the BNCC (Base Nacional Comum Curricular) and the new model of school, the New High School, in relation to the teaching of natural sciences. It also presents a simple and fluid reading, with the most current technological resources and the use of application images with the intention of attracting its readers.
