Item Relatório de estágio supervisionado obrigatório com ênfase em extensão rural(2019-06-17) Nascimento, Simone Andrea dos Santos; Almeida, Rosa Honorato de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4319299572657528; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3647378652257643Item Uso do caulim no controle do pulgão preto do feijoeiro Aphis craccivora Koch (Hemiptera:Aphididae)(2019-07-16) Maciel, Thiago Nunes; Evangelista Júnior, Walter Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6728342264331935The present work had as objective to evaluate the effect of kaolin on the aphid Aphis craccivora black control Koch of the bean. The experiment was conducted in the experimental area of the academic unit of Serra Talhada, Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco in the municipality of Serra Talhada-PE. Evaluated the effect of kaolin on prevention of aphid infestation black and your effect on mortality of aphid in screenhouse nursery. As it was decided to split the methodology experiment in two steps, in both was used the variety of cowpea "Paulistinha", in the first step to evaluate the efficiency of kaolin as preventive agent was conducted in random blocks design where the treatments consisted of weekly sprays (i) kaolin and scatter adhesive, (ii) only scatter adhesive and (iii) witness (water), enough to cover the whole aerial part of plants, in the second stage in order to evaluate the effect of kaolin on the black aphid mortality the experiment was carried out in completely randomized design, being made manually infestation plants 20 days after your emergency and after the establishment of the colony of aphids the treatments consisted of a single spraying with: (i) kaolin and scatter adhesive and (ii) water, and made scores of individuals living and dead every 24 hours until the fifth day after application. The black aphid a. craccivora presented high infestation in the field, all blocks and treatments with greater than 90% infestation, not showing differences between blocks and treatments. The percentage of infestation per week of black aphid bean cowpea plants showed that in every week (1-5) with larger infestations in the first two weeks with decreasing values ranging of 88.21% 93.91%, respectively. The kaolin presented toxic effect on the black bean aphid with mortality of approximately 20% a day after application. It is concluded that the application of the kaolin as preventive agent in the emergence of the black bean aphid showed no significant effects, not showed your effect on the occurrence and population growth of the aphid, the reduction of the infestation occurred in all treatments. On the other hand, the kaolin caused mortality of black aphid, under controlled conditions, on the first day after application, so applications with kaolin, every two days, will promote a black aphid control in Cowpea bean culture. It is important socially to favor the permanence of the man in the field, reducing the rural and economic exodus, due to the greater appreciation of the naturally colored fiber, around 39 to 78% more than the white fiber, leading to greater profitability. The objective of this study was to evaluate the behavior of the BRS Verde colored cotton cultivar to the use of different doses of mepiquat chloride. The experimentwas conducted in a greenhouse between August and December 2018 at UFRPE / UAST, PE. The statistical design was completely randomized, where the treatments resulted in the application of 5 doses of growth regulator based on mepiquat chloride -0,0; 0.07; 0.14; 0.21; 0.28 Lha-1 and 4 replicates. The obtained data were submitted to analysis of variance and when verified the significant effect they were submitted to the analysis of polinomial regression through the Sivar software. Variations of plant height, distance between nodes, number of nodes, stem diameter, leaf area, dry shoot mass, root dry weight and total dry mass, height of first flower bud, height of first flower insertion , number of flowers, number of apples, number of beaks per plant, beet mass, fiber production and seed cotton production. The use of mepiquat chloride in BRS Verde colored cotton provided similar behavior in the plants that received application of the product, however when compared to the control plants there was a difference between them. The productive parameters of the BRS Green cotton are reduced with the use of mepiquat chloride from the dose of 0.07 L.ha-1 and tend to decrease simultaneously as the doses of the growth regulator are intensified. With regard to the analyzes of phytomass of shoot and root, with the application of mepiquat chloride in the BRS Verde cotton cultivar, the average values obtained were obtained, resulting in larger masses for the treatments used.Item Extratos da algarobeira como alternativa de controle do pulgão preto do feijoeiro Aphis craccivora(2018) Vieira, Domingos Sávio Marques de Menezes; Evangelista Júnior, Walter Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6728342264331935; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7384301568742851The extracts of plants are recommended in family agriculture, characterized by small and medium producers, mainly related to the organic production. One way of obtaining compounds or plant substances is through the isolation of active principles or specific chemical group with insecticidal action, among them the alkaloids. The Prosopis juliflora algarobeira presents several substances with insecticidal and antifungal properties. Thus, the objective of this research was to evaluate the insecticidal effect of the alcoholic and aqueous extracts of algarobeira leaves on the black aphid of the common bean Aphis craccivora (Hemiptera: Aphididae). The experiment was carried out in the UAST experimental area. Statistical analyzes were performed by analysis of variance, using the Tukey test with significance level at 5% probability, using the Sisvar 5.6 (2011) computational package. It was observed that the dosages of FAT (100, 50, 25 and 10 mL / L) did not present significant toxicity, where there was no mortality of A. craccivora. Using the aqueous extract of the algaroba, a mortality ranging from 5.94% and 30.12% of the black aphid was observed. It is concluded that the algaroba extract presented low efficiency on the mortality of A. craccivora.
