At the same time, information systems emerge, which manipulate or generate organized data in order to help human beings, organizations and society as a whole. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the use of technology to improve the effectiveness of the management of the municipality of Vitória do Santo Antão - Pernambuco. The methodological procedures adopted were of a quantitative explanatory character, the intervention instrument developed was used in the form of a questionnaire for people who attend the city hall of Vitória de Santão Antão through Google Forms. The data obtained indicated that the technology that the information technologies have a great potential to develop any area of the city in which they are inserted, being they in the areas of health, education and attendance in the city hall, the information technology shows means that aim to facilitate this happens in many ways, whether with websites, applications to assist in customer service, personalization of this service, interconnection of information in different sectors, even a process of digitizing old documents. Thus, it can be seen as possible points of improvement of the system itself, of the unit and its usefulness as support in the decision-making of municipal public managers in each city. To contemplate discussions about the health care of the individual and the population and the importance of the use of technologies. An interview was conducted with the nurse (a) of the Basic Health Unit who answered a questionnaire, where they identify that all units make use of a management system. This provides agility and improvement in the performance of primary care that is to solve from simple to more complex problems from the individual to the collective, thus seeking to work preventively with guidance, diagnosis and appropriate treatment.Item Transparência na administração pública: uma análise dos portais eletrônicos das instituições públicas de ensino superior da Paraíba(2022-09-12) Braz, José Luis Rozendo; Jeremias Junior, Jair; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7159566689096665; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2410736249379627This study sought to identify the degree of transparency of the information disclosed on the electronic portals of the Public Institutions of Higher Education in Paraíba. As specific objectives: Characterize the Public Institutions of Higher Education of Paraíba; identify what information made available by the electronic portals of the Public Institutions of Higher Education of Paraíba fit into the components of IndexDUF; compare the transparency between the electronic portals of the Public Institutions of Higher Education of Paraíba. The theoretical framework included discussions about public transparency and transparency in Public Institutions of Higher Education, based on authors such as, Platt Neto et al., (2007), Cruz et al., (2012), among others. It is a research of quantitative nature, of descriptive type. For this, it was used the IndexDUF, proposed by Pessôa (2013), to identify the transparency of the electronic portals of four public institutions of higher education in Paraíba, namely, UFCG, UFPB, UEPB and IFPB. As for the results, it was found that the average percentage of overall disclosure of the electronic portals of the public HEIs of Paraíba was 77.65%. The individual results of the institutions pointed out a difference between the indexes, in which IFPB showed the lowest percentage of transparency, with an average value of general disclosure of 72.56%, followed by UEPB (75.46%), UFCG (80.76%), and UFPB, with 80.86%. Therefore, after analyzing the data obtained from the electronic portals of the HEIs, the need for improvement of the sites was verified, with the inclusion of items that were not identified during the survey, thus improving the level of transparency and allowing effective access by society to the information sought on the portals.Item Agricultura familiar e seus desafios em participar do Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA) de Sanharó – PE(2022-09-28) Benevides, Maria Paula Frassinette Vasconcelos de Meneses; Costa, Yascara Pryscilla Dantas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0874107322711076; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0204671623776128Family farming is the production of food for the families' own sustenance and the exchange or sale of the surplus, with a low cost and the guarantee of healthy food on the table. This research aims to analyze the factors that limit the participation of farmers from family farming in the municipality of Sanharó-PE to be marketed in the Food Purchase Program (PAA) for registered entities in the municipality of Sanharó - PE from the identification of the difficulties encountered by farmers to participate in the PAA; analyze the participation of the municipal government in encouraging and strengthening farmers in family farming to participate in the PAA program; and verification of the contribution of PAA for family farming in the municipality of Sanharó-PE. The theoretical framework included discussions about family farming, law 11.326/06 that contains the formulation of the National Family Farming Policy, description of public policies involving agriculture and application of the food acquisition program. The methodological procedures are of a descriptive research, with the application of questionnaires, individual interviews, conversation rounds with families who participated in the PAA program in the Purchase for Simultaneous Donation modality (CONAB). The data obtained indicate that over the years the PAA has grown in the city and has spread with the prospect that the program remains and evolves in the number of participating families, among the benefits are the disintegration of pesticides in production, obtaining a healthy product, free of the risks caused by pesticides both for the producer who has direct physical contact with the substance, as for consumers who introduce the residues present in food, is the PAA a way of disseminating their products and more profits, is an extra income for other families. Based on the results and discussions presented, we consider the search for research on facilitations for PAA members, initiatives that involve more government support for family farmers, especially in the financial cost of travel, the application of innovative courses to facilitate access to knowledge that they need and training that involves access to information technology.Item Políticas públicas de contratações sustentáveis: um estudo de caso na Prefeitura Municipal de Lagoa dos Gatos/PE(2022-09-28) Silva, Maria Adeilda da; Alexandre, Rodrigo Danniel da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3855895703137244; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8583679167314547The present work aims to analyze the bids carried out, through the electronic trading modality, in the municipality of Lagoa dos Gatos/PE, from a new panorama introduced by the global awareness of the need to preserve the environment. As a specific objective, it presents the following points: To verify the use of sustainable criteria in the bidding processes in the city hall of Lagoa dos Gatos/PE; identify the main obstacles in public administration for the promotion of sustainable bidding; and encourage innovation and sustainable municipal development. In the elaboration of this work, 6 interviews were collected and 38 electronic trading sessions were analyzed, carried out in the year 2021. The methodology used was the case study, with document analysis and interview analysis. The main obstacles found in the studied municipality, for the adoption of sustainable criteria in its bidding notices, were the lack of training of the servers responsible for preparing the Terms of Reference and conducting the process itself, and the prevalence of the economic criterion in relation to the criteria within the municipal public administration lagoagatense. From this study, the main difficulties are observed and possible solutions are presented so that the municipality of Lagoa dos Gatos / PE can safely and efficiently carry out sustainable bidding.
