The research was carried out with the employees of a company in the construction material sector of Serra Talhada-PE, in order to highlight the importance that motivation provides in the organizational environment and what changes impact its scenario. Showing the changes in various spheres that motivation or lack of it brings to the work environment, both the improvements that can happen as well as the problems that the organization can face in the absence of motivation on the part of its employees. In addition, this article also presents the factors that influence employees to feel motivated to exercise their functions, as well as the opposite factors, which contribute to them feeling unmotivated. From these obeservações, it was possible to verify that it is necessary that there are motivational incentives and that provide greater satisfaction so that employees will feel motivated and consequently will produce more and better. And the methodology of this work was field research of qualitative nature.
