| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho se desdobra dentro de uma reflexão de História da Arquitetura e tem por objetivo descrever e analisar o Real Colégio Jesuíta em Olinda no século XVI, período da sua idealização projetual e construção feita pelo arquiteto Francisco Dias. Inicialmente buscamos compreender a sua história, sua função social e o fortalecimento da Companhia de Jesus através deste centro de aprendizagem, cultura e política, bem como a sua concepção estilística, funcional e espacial. Em seguida, realizamos um levantamento das reformas feitas até chegarmos à edificação atual, tal como o Seminário de Olinda. | |
| dc.description.abstractx | This study is on a reflection on the history of architecture and seeks to describe and analyse the Jesuit School in Olinda, designed and built in the 16th century by the architect Francisco Dias, within a contemplation of the history of architecture. First we tried to understand the history, the social function and the reinforcement of the Society of Jesus through its learning centers, culture and politic. Then we examinated the architectural renovations made by the "Companhia de Jesus", such as Olinda Seminar. | |
