The best alternative to this is the use of recruitment tools and selection of people management that provide a framework of employees committed to the vision, mission, values of the organization and satisfied in the work they develop. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate how the recruitment and selection processes adopted by the agro industry located in the municipality of Serra Talhada-PE relate to the satisfaction of its collaborators. The methodological approach of the research is of a qualitative nature. The method consisted of a case study with the cooperation of 11 employees from various sectors of the company, including its manager. The choice of this agroindustry is due to the fact that it is a company that is linked to the agribusiness chain and shows itself expanding in the Brazilian northeast through its products. It is perceived that some changes are necessary in the procedures adopted in the studied agroindustry to select people, since because adopting few selection criteria bring serious risks to the organization such as: employee turnover, people Inaquedas to perform the positions, lower productivity and need to carry out a new selective process in the short term. From the contents covered in the interview with the company's manager, research with employees and personal observation of the researcher, he found that recruitment and selection directly and indirectly influence employee satisfaction.
