Item Conhecimentos sobre gestão em cursos de Licenciatura em Educação Física(2022-10-07) Melo, Ada Maria da Costa; Vieira, Ana Luiza Barbosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2045282789284599; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8194255230039120The objective of this study is to analyze the composition of the curricular matrices of the Public Institutions of Higher Education in the State of Pernambuco, verifying which subjects, competences and contents related to the theme of Management are treated during the academic formation of undergraduates in Physical Education. There is also the intention of emphasizing the importance of this knowledge for undergraduates, and thus, the research starts from the historical context, from the times when administration had not yet become a science, until contemporary times, enabling the analysis of the curricula of the courses, seeking to answer questions related to Management in Physical Education degrees, namely: What is the need for the Organization and Management of Physical Education for academic training? What are the reasons to study content apparently from another area of knowledge? Why should Physical Education graduates be concerned with management, be it environments, businesses or people, if a company will not be their place of work? Why promote events if the student's training will be (is) directed to conducting Physical Education classes? Since management is important for the academic training of Physical Education graduates, is this content also offered in other courses at higher education institutions in the public network? In this way, the study was carried out through a documentary research, where we analyzed the primary documents of the 05 public IES in the state of PE, such as: the Pedagogical Projects of the Course, Curriculum Grades and updated Teaching Plans, verifying how the disciplines related to the content of Physical Education Management. The results bring the analysis of the offer of the contents directly related to the management that are being offered by the institutions and the way in which this knowledge is attributed to what is expected of the students of each course, where we verify that the referred disciplines are divided in 'organization and events', 'administrative principles' and 'educational management', however, all offer content directly related to management, whether satisfactory or not for the objectives outlined in the course's pedagogical projects.Item Contribuição da formação em Educação Física para a atuação de professores de lutas ex-atletas da modalidade(2021-07-15) Bacelar, Camila do Nascimento; Beltrão, Natália Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1778511907021100; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3319233622504076Fights have been present in humanity since the beginning, when men disputed among themselves for food and territory, as well as fighting for survival with animals. Time has passed and Fights have gained other meanings, such as training athletes for belt or medal disputes, or simply keeping the body in activity. The Fights had their movements studied and perfected, they gained rules, norms, and media space. Physical Education, responsible for studying bodily practices, also focused on them, in the physical, technical, physiological aspects, among other aspects. However, a performance based exclusively on practical references and reproductions of pedagogical practices by the masters persists in the job market. The present research aims to verify if the knowledge acquired in the formation of physical education modifies the pedagogical practice of ex-athletes who are teachers of the sport. The study included 19 Fight teachers from the metropolitan region of Recife, from the Taekwondo, Karate and Judo modalities, who teach in clubs, schools, associations, or gyms. Teachers answered a semi-structured interview with questions related to their pedagogical practice. The results showed that there was a change in the pedagogical practice of these professionals, based on the answers they presented in the interview, concluding that the experiences and knowledge accessed in the training in Physical Education contributed to modifying the practice of these Fight professionals. Being the subjects in the health and training area the most cited by the interviewed professionals as a change in this practice, although there is an influence from previous generations, professionals report that there was an advance in terms of the reproduction of pedagogical practices and mistaken habits.Item Formação dos(as) professores(as) de educação física: contribuições do PIBID-UFRPE (2011 – 2018)(2022-06-02) Viana, Marilia de Araújo; Figueiredo, Erika Suruagy Assis de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7362331844844663; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2143270675331633The present study sought to recognize the contributions of the PIBID-UFRPE in the training of teachers of the Degree in Physical Education at UFRPE, from the graduates who participated in the Program, and who are working professionally as teachers in the area of education. physical education in public or private schools. We emphasize that the object of this research is situated in the context of deep attacks on education, with the lack of investments, continuous budget cuts and the dismantling of public policies. The PI-BID has been integrated into the Physical Education Degree at UFRPE since 2011, the year following the creation of the course itself. In the course of the research, we carried out an analysis of the PPP of the course, of the subproject of PIBIB-UFRPE-EF, establishing the links and relationships with the principles of ANFOPE. The research was built with the historical-dialectical materialism as a theoretical-methodological contribution, using a qualitative approach. As a data collection instrument, we used a questionnaire applied to course graduates who participated in the PIBID from 2011 to 2018. For data processing and analysis, we used content analysis (SEVERINO, 2013). Based on the answers analyzed on the contributions of PIBIB-UFRPE-EF in training, we found: 1) consistency in the theoretical basis on pedagogical and specific knowledge; 2) understanding the inseparable relationship between theory and practice; 3) the cultural expansion of graduates; 4) understanding of inter-disciplinarity; 5) the incorporation of research into their training process; 6) experiences of democratic management at school; 7) understanding of the social and political commitment to teaching and 8) reflections on the profession of physical education teacher and working conditions. In view of the above, we thus recognize the relevance of PIBIB-UFRPE-EF in the initial training of physical education teachers at UFRPE, considering the links and relationships with the pillars proposed by ANFOPE subsidizing the construction of the course curriculum and contributing to the performance of these teachers, consequently raising the quality of Brazilian basic education.
