Considering the present context, technology is part of children’s lives. This research has the objective of analyzing the use mobile apps in Art lessons in primary education. Based on bibliographical research and interviews with teachers who have adopted these tools, we analyze their contributions to the teaching of Arts as well as the difficulties encountered by these educators. The theoretical framework addresses discussions about the advancements of technology and its influence in Art lessons, along with contributions to pedagogical practices made possible by mobile apps. Methodological procedures consisted in conducting interviews with primary school Art teachers based on the premises identified in literature. Through the elaboration of this one, it is possible to visualize the integration of the Poles and the Higher Education Institutions that compose them in the same environment, being able to supply with the current management needs of the didactic materials available to the libraries. This was raised through the analysis of requirements obtained at the Fishing Pole, which has the institutions: IFPE, UFPE and UFRPE. The research has a qualitative approach and the methodological strategies are through prototyping and case study. In order to verify the need for system development, an opinion poll was carried out. After that, the functions and their related actors, the attributes necessary for managing the guides and the functional, non-functional and functional requirements were studied. the business rules. Based on the data and what was presented, the prototype was elaborated, which can identify the real execution needs of the system since, besides having no computerized control of the material, there is also something that integrates in some way, the Institutions, the library and the Polo in the same virtual environment.
