Item Reciclar, recriar e criar(2021-08-26) Silva, Leilane Jordão Pessoa da; Torres, Niedja Ferreira dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3501803097646190; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6106009687389793This research aims to highlight the discussions that permeate the thought and educational practice of teaching Arts, aimed at creating works of art with recyclable materials, bringing also awareness about environmental sustainability. The theoretical references consider discussions on the exaggerated consumption of material goods that is responsible for a good part of the environmental impacts, among which we can highlight the high production of waste, bringing a reflection on how art can contribute to improve this situation. For the theoretical discussions mentioned, the theoretical contribution will be based on Barbosa, (1991; 1998), Cavinatto, (1997), Marodin and Morais (2004), Valle (1995) and Zuben (1998), among other authors. At the same time, it cites some artists who use the materiality of garbage in their artworks as examples, Vick Muniz, Jota Azevedo, VeronikaRickterová. The methodological procedure adopted consists of a semi- structured interview with the art teachers of the school where the research was carried out in order to obtain data on the methodologies used. It is expected that the results obtained and the discussions proposed from them, contribute to an awareness and changes in habits in relation to the environment, awakening the students' creativity and keen eye for and with the Visual Arts.Item Artes na Educação de Jovens e Adultos: novos e antigos desafios(2021-08-26) Silva, Julieti Maria Torres da; Torres, Niedja Ferreira dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3501803097646190; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9342956216102099This research aims to analyze the challenges of Art Education faced by students and teachers of Youth and Adult Education (EJA). In order to achieve this purpose, the following specific objectives were listed: to discuss the relevance of teaching visual arts in the curriculum of Youth and Adult Education (EJA); examine if there is interest from the EJA students in the discipline of arts and identify which pedagogical practices are used by teachers of arts in EJA classes. The theoretical framework includes discussions based on the authors Ana Mae Barbosa (2003), Igor de Almeida Silva (2014), Rudimar Constâncio (2014), and others who bring reflections about the valorization of education through the preparation of the art teachers so they can act in order to stimulate the interest and creativity of the students. The methodological procedures adopted consisted of conducting semi-structured interviews with teachers and students of the school where I experienced a supervised internship. The research is based on a qualitative approach. This study is important for allowing reflections on the importance of teaching Arts for this age group and also reflections on the methods used in art teaching and the importance of rethinking, working on new teaching methodologies, developing stimulative and creative classes, which will provide learning, motivation and interest in Art in general.Item Mulheres negras nas artes: a representatividade das negras enquanto artistas nas artes visuais(2021-08-20) Souza, Jaciara Camila da Silva; Barros, Lilian Débora de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2102439803472317; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9789591053857985This research aims to discuss the impacts of the lack of representation of black women in the field of visual arts as artists, from the historical contextualization of art education and teaching for black women, reflecting on them in the field of visual arts as providers of representativeness and highlighting the challenges to achieve prominence as a black artist in the visual arts. The theoretical framework includes reflections on research in the history of education and art teaching for black women, representative artists, in addition to contextualizing and discussing the challenges and impacts of the lack of female representation in art, specifically black women. The methodological procedures adopted consist of a bibliographic survey and a semi-structured choice with black artists. The data obtained indicate that patriarchy, social and religious policies, social and gender inequality, racism, Eurocentrism, informality, anonymity, historical erasure, and devaluation of the productions of black artists in the visual arts, especially the of Pernambuco's northern forest are factors that caused and caused the absence of female representation, in addition to hindering the achievement of these artists' protagonism.
