Historically, the educational system belonged only to equals, including young adults and the elderly, as well as people with disabilities, led to reflections that drive the reformulation of educational practices, curricular proposals and, above all, public policies. This qualitative case study sought to analyze the construction of inclusive educational practices in EJA from the articulation between professionals involved (class teacher, AEE teacher, AEE assistant) in a municipal school in Recife and, weaving the relationship of these practices with the directions proposed in the documents “Teaching Policy of the Municipal Network of Recife, Youth and Adult Education and the decree of Law n 36.306”. In this context, we made use of documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews as data collection instruments, thus, we perceive the emptying of educational policies when related to the daily school life and the recurrent speech of the research participants about the lack of moments of interaction between the educational practices studied, in addition to the lack of continuing education for the professionals who make up the school institutions.

(2022-09-29) Silva, Emilayne Fabíola Ferreira da; Santos, Carmi Ferraz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2322696001671542; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2724062827185435

The present work seeks to understand and analyze how conceptions of the pedagogical field are presented for the education of individuals in deprivation of liberty, presented in the official document entitled as National Guidelines for the Offer of Education in Penal Establishments. Through documentary research, we reached our general objective using content analysis, with the delimitation of three essentially articulated specific objectives. The choice of this theme arose out of the need to learn about public educational policies for penal establishments and how the guiding documents for the construction of the school's curriculum and the pedagogical practice of education professionals in these spaces are articulated. The main authors who supported this research were Paulo Freire, Elenice Cammarosano Onofre, Arlindo da Silva Lourenço and Elionaldo Fernandes Julião. We seek to answer whether the document that guides the pedagogical guidelines for education in penal establishments is in line with the vision of a humanizing education, aimed at maintaining freedom and autonomy, adopted by theorists who are references in the field. The analysis of the results found directions that take into account the principles of Popular Education and Autonomy, presenting concepts consistent with Freire's pedagogical practice and having an extremely relevant educational value to conduct the teaching-learning process of this population.

This research was carried out at the Virgília Garcia Bessa Municipal School, in the Quilombola community of Castainho, in the EJAI modality class, and its general objective is to analyze and understand the practices of reading and writing as a means of affirming black identity. Understanding the Education of Youth, Adults and Elderly as one of the forms of knowledge construction combined with the strengths of the people's knowledge is a necessity for the changes in mentality in relation to ethnic heritage to be consolidated. This is only possible when the educational practices beyond the school are related in a liberating pedagogical praxis; and this practice involves the educator's ability to add knowledge, affection, criticality, respect, action and, together with the student, contribute to the transformation of the world. Its methodology is based on a qualitative approach and a case study, in which 6 subjects participated, namely: 2 teachers, 3 students and 1 community leader; for this, the following instruments were used: semi-structured interviews with all subjects, field observation with annotations and bibliographical research. This research took as theoretical basis the studies of Stecanella (2013), Soares (2008), Freire (2000), Munanga (2003), Brandão (1998), Bourdieu (2003) among others. We conclude that the EJAI modality needs, in addition to a contextualized teaching strategy, to educate and train critical subjects to overcome the structural racism that exists in our country.

(2018-12-20) Silva, Érica Cristina Pereira da; Santos, Carmi Ferraz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2322696001671542; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9275904435223285
This paper deals with the theme of literacy in the context of Youth and Adult Education - EJA. It sought to analyze how textual genres are included in the process of teaching reading and writing in an EJA class. This research has the characteristics of a case study, in which the work of literacy developed by a teacher, from a private institution, was the core of the observations of classes and from which the reflections about the use of the textual genres in the teaching of language . Soares (1998), Marcuschi (2002) and Santos (2006) are some of the fundamental theorists that were used to discuss and conceptualize the investigated phenomenon. The results point out some theoretical and methodological conflicts that arise in the teacher 's attempt to approach her practice of literacy theories, which, although very subtly, proposes a dialogue on social and functional aspects of texts.
