Item Atividades artísticas no ambiente prisional(2023-12-21) Lima, Ana Carolina de; Carvalho, Marluce Vasconcelos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2780914280180020This research aims to analyze the impacts of artistic activities in the prison environment, based on the investigation of the potential of visual arts and crafts in prison environments, through research and authors who deal with the subject, as well as reflecting on the arts as tool to encourage self-knowledge, teamwork and individual resocialization. The theoretical framework includes discussions about the function of art from the beginning to its current use. The methodological procedure adopted consisted of a bibliographical review on the topic, aiming to obtain information and knowledge for writing this research. The data obtained indicate that artistic activities developed in prison environments, when planned with reflective proposals, result in positive use, taking the re-educated person from an idle state to an active state. Based on the results and discussions presented, it is considered that art is an effective means for self-knowledge, teamwork and resocializing results.Item Gestão prisional: ressocialização através da educação e profissionalização do preso(2019-11-27) Rêgo, Carlos André de Barros; Moura, Ana Carla Paiva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5199273241058354; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9976593931192519This study aimed to analyze the reality of a Paraíba State Maximum Security Penitentiary, demonstrating the need to promote the resocialization of the prisoner or convicted, termed by humanists as re-educating through formal education, training, professionalization and citizenship. The Government is responsible for promoting the most varied mechanisms in order to resocialize prisoners, developing their morality and professionalism so they can return to society and not relapse, demonstrating that prisons are not schools of crime, but a place where the convicted is to fulfill his sentence and to improve his character through personal promotion. It can be seen that the reality shown in this research does not represent the total reality of the Brazilian prison system nor the Estate of Paraíba. The study was based on Laws, Decrees, doctrine, reference documents, as well as observation of reality. It was observed that the resocialization of the inmate is possible.
